Inspiration and strategies to discover, develop, and declare your voice of encouragement. "If you have been given a voice of encouragement, then use it often." Romans 12:8 a, The Voice
Prayer Champions, I am so happy to be back with you in prayer. On this first day of October, we will ask God for wisdom all month long so that we are not deceived. We will pray for those devastated from the damage caused by Hurricane Helene. Let's also pray for those who are sick, bereaved, in lack, and those dealing with mental health issues. Finally, we shall pray as we remember that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Greetings Prayer Champions! Welcome to the first Wednesday of September 2023. Please keep me in prayer as I have decided to extend my sabbatical to January 2024. Remember you can access prayer resources through my web site www.RevDianaRWilliams.com and find prayers on my Youtube channel DRW Ministries9822. In the meantime, please enjoy snipprts from the 33 minute prayer! “Let us, therefore, come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” (Hebrews 4:16, NKJV)
Prayer Champions we are still calling Mayday, mayday for urgent and fervent prayer. This time we are praying for mothers. When things threaten to overwhelm us and as mothers we are not quite sure how we should proceed, we must each decide to lay aside every weight of fear and anxiety and press on. We must never quit because the source of our strength is the joy of the LORD. Like JESUS, we must be passionate about GOD’S business and enjoy doing what GOD has called us to do! "As a mother comforts her child, so I will comfort you;” Isaiah 66:13, CEB
Prayer Champions welcome to the first Wednesday of May 2023! When you hear someone say mayday, mayday do you recognize it as an urgent call for help? Today and the rest of the month, I am putting out the mayday distress call, but I do not want you to panic. I want you to pray fervently. Acoording to James 5:16b, The effective, fervent prayer of the righteous main avails much, NKJV.
Prayer Champions, we know that effective prayer is direct communication with God. It acknowledges individual faith in the highest power who can help, guide, and bring comfort. As I have said before, many see prayer as the last resort for out-of-touch people in over their heads. But we know that prayer is the very first tactic of powerful, resourceful people living completely dependent on God. God has said in the word in Isaiah 55:11, KJV, "So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it."
Prayer Champions, I want to share an excerpt from my book You Are Set Apart and Transformed today. I am reading from the chapter entitled Divine Dominion. On our way to complete transformation, it is crucial that we understand who we are and to whom we belong. We are no longer your own because we were bought with a price and now belong to the LORD. Prayer Champions, we are set apart and exist within the kingdom of GOD. This kingdom is where dominion, splendor, and glory belong to GOD. HE establishes the order in the heights of heaven, and God rules everywhere over the nations. Jesus said at John 14:1-4, NKJV, “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father’s house are many [a]mansions; if it were not so, [b]I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. 4 And where I go you know, and the way you know.”
Prayer Champions, we will come boldly to the Throne of Grace to obtain mercy and to make our request known! We will ask in Faith because it is in GOD we live and move and have our being. We depend upon the LORD and want our lives to bring GOD Glory as we pray for ourselves and others confidently and in faith through the power of the Holy Spirit. When we pray, we praise GOD in thanks and declare that our petition is granted according to GOD’s powerful word! Our prayers do arouse GOD’S attention because they come from a place of sincerity, humility and love. As Prayer Champions we stand upon the scripture promises of James 1:5-7, CEB, “But anyone who needs wisdom should ask God, whose very nature is to give to everyone without a second thought, without keeping score. Wisdom will certainly be given to those who ask. 6 Whoever asks shouldn’t hesitate. They should ask in faith, without doubting. Whoever doubts is like the surf of the sea, tossed and turned by the wind.7 People like that should never imagine that they will receive anything from the Lord.”
Prayer Champions, welcome to the first Wednesday of April 2023. This is the month with the birthstone of the diamond and the birth flowers of the daisy or the sweet pea. This is a high holy month for us Christians as this is the month that we celebrate the resurrection of the Lord of Lords and King of Kings! Then the multitudes who went before and those who followed cried out, saying: “Hosanna to the Son of David! ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’ Hosanna in the highest!” Matthew 21:9, NKJV
Prayer Champions, using the Gospel of encouragement, spreads comfort, support, and love, relieving discouragement for persons to stimulate change and spiritual growth. A key aspect of encouragement is its ability to alleviate the suffering of those coping with grief, depression, conflict, and illness. Comforting words are the encouragement found throughout scripture for a renewed hope of God’s loving-kindness towards us. "If your gift is encouragement, devote yourself to encouraging," Romans 12:8a, CEB. "The Lord God gives me the right words to encourage the weary. Each morning he awakens me eager to learn his teaching;" Isaiah 50:4, CEV.
Prayer Champions this re-broadcast of the 'Turn it Around' prayer reminds us that sometimes we can receive bad news, and the very thing we did not want to happen happens. That is when we need a turnaround prayer that takes a bad situation and turns it around to bring about a blessing. The Bible gives us examples of situations and circumstances again and again of seemingly hopeless situations, when God makes a way out of no way and provides when provisions seem out of reach. Today we are asking God to turn it around for those under the sound of my voice who need a turnaround blessing! "Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. 4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. I have been young, and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his descendants begging bread. 26 He is ever merciful, and lends; And his descendants are blessed." Psalm 37: 3-4, 25-26, NKJV
Prayer Champions, let's devote today's session to pray for pastors who are serving faith communities all over the world. "And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding." Jeremiah 3:15 KJV
Prayer Champions, let's set the atmosphere for prayer with music! Studies suggest that certain melodies can figuratively transport someone from despair to a place of peace and tranquility. Some music even can energize and restore confidence just by the cadence and combination of notes. According to the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA), music can diminish physical and emotional pain, decrease stress, and facilitate empowerment. Music with a strong beat can stimulate brain waves and provide an overall sense of well-being. Praise Him with the sound of the [c]trumpet; Praise Him with the lute and harp! Psalm:150:3, NKJV
Prayer Champions, think of the spring imagery for our prayer lives. Think of this month as a time of renewal, coming out of hibernation, and sowing seeds in preparation for a bountiful harvest. We start this time by recognizing how marvelous God is in our lives as we worship and praise. We do not let one wonderful act of kindness go unacknowledged. We appreciate everyday miracles in our lives and thank God. In our prayer time we use God’s holy word in our prayers to plant seeds of adoration. Be persistent and devoted to prayer, being alert and focused in your prayer life with an attitude of thanksgiving. Colossians 4:2, Amplified.
Prayer Champions, Jesus came to teach us a new way of understanding what is required of those who love and follow Him. From the Sermon on the Mount, we are to apply those teachings for a more excellent way to be in the world, in our relationships. Jesus wants us to embrace righteousness as a way of life. Not as fulfilling legalistic listing of duties, the motivation that governs our actions. By righteousness we mean “right conduct, and correct observance in accord with God’s will as revealed in the Bible. We will let nothing separate us from the love of God!
Prayer Champions, we must be unwavering, unfaltering, and persistent in exercising our faith. We must remain strong and committed to our faith in God as we take every problem to Our Lord in prayer. Whether it is trouble on the horizon, sickness, bad news, catastrophe, mass shootings, social injustice, earthquakes, spy satellites, or any other situation, we must not allow anything to shake our faith. “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.” Hebrews 11:1-3,NKJV
Prayer Champions, it is imperative to our prayer lives that we have faith in God. It is in God we live and move and have our being. We are dependent upon the Lord and want our lives to bring God glory as we pray for ourselves and others, confidently and in faith through the power of the Holy Spirit. When we pray in faith, we believe that God can answer our prayers. It means that we trust God no matter how things may seem. When we ask in faith, it indicates that we know that God has the solution for our problem. “So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.” (Mark 11:22, NKJV)
Prayer Champions, welcome to the very first day of February! I want to extend birthday greetings for every one celebrating this month. We give God glory for another year on your behalf. Our theme this month is Faith February. In Hebrews the 11th chapter we read, now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him; Hebrews 11:1,6, NKJV.
Prayer Champions, here are some scriptures shared in Dodie Osteen's book, Healed of Cancer. She declared then over her life daily and was healed of metastatic cancer of the liver in 1981. "But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes, we are healed." Isaiah 53:5, NKJV
Prayer Champions, today I want to talk about your personal testimony. Each of us has an account of the wonderful things God has done for us if we will take the time to think about it. There is a popular gospel song with the lyrics, “As I look back over my life and I think things over, I can truly say I’ve been blessed; I have a testimony!” Wikipedia defines testimony in law and religion as a solemn attestation to the truth of a matter. Merriam-Webster dictionary defines it as something presented in support of the truth or accuracy of a claim. In other words, it is something that the testifier knows first-hand to be true. "Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony... Revelation 12:10-11a, NKJV
Prayer Champions mercy involves the synonyms of compassion, clemency, forgiveness, kindness, understanding, generosity, leniency, benevolence, forbearance, grace, and blessing. What often accompanies God’s mercy is God’s goodness. When we read the 23rd Psalm in the 6th verse, we hear, 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. NKJV
I am so thankful for the very first Prayer Champions’ International Broadcast of the New Year! To GOD Be The Glory! Prayer Champions, we each have a wonderful opportunity to come together on this first Wednesday of a brand new month and a brand new year. Many people take this time to make declarations and set intentions for the year during this time. If you are making resolutions too, do it with God’s guidance. 19 Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? Isaiah 43:19
Prayer Champions, Christmas is one of the most joyous and sacred times of the year. Christmas brings so many pleasant memories to many of us. It is a time of love, celebration, festivities, family, decorations, good cheer, gift-giving, Christmas concerts, plays, and reflection. JESUS came to earth and changed the course of history for all of humanity. We now have access to the Throne of Grace because JESUS came. Let us worship this month as we prepare to celebrate Christmas with our loved ones. "When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy. And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary, His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him. And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Matthew 2:10-11, NKJV.
Christmas is a time of worship, joy, and appreciation of JESUS CHRIST and HIS arrival on earth. Starting on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, many churches light the advent candles on the advent wreath. The Advent wreath is made of evergreen boughs, symbolizing everlasting life. The circle represents the continuous love of God, with no beginning and no end, and the soul's immortality. Each of the four colored candles in the Advent wreath represents a week leading to Christmas. Traditionally, three of the candles are purple, and one is pink. The final candle is white and is located in the center of the wreath. It is lit on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. Isaiah 9:6-7, KJV
Prayer Champions, I am so thankful that we have reached the last day of November with 90 reasons to thank the Lord! Many of us took the challenge to write down 3 things each day to thank God. Many of us celebrated Thanksgiving Day with family and or loved ones. It was a special day that I placed on my list, like many of you. I thanked God for the food on our table! Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe, you would see the glory of God?” Then they took away the stone [d]from the place where the dead man was lying. And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. And I know that You always hear Me, but because of the people who are standing by I said this, that they may believe that You sent Me.” John 11:40-42, NKJV
We are not only thankful for our blessings but we are also thankful for the authority and the anointing we have in Christ as Prayer Champions. In Matthew 18:18, JESUS assures us that we have the authority to bind or forbid things on earth and that it will be bound or forbidden in heaven. We have also been given the authority to lose or set free or allow things on earth and they will be loosed or set free or allowed in heaven. We have a big part through our prayer by ushering the kingdom and GOD’S will on earth as it is in heaven. At John 15:7, Jesus gave us the instruction that if You and I abide in HIM and His words abide in us we can ask what we will and it will be granted to us. We are to ask, seek and knock.
Prayer Champions, let's welcome Pastor Dana Taft as she teaches on active thanks! Consider the story of the lepers in Luke 17, starting in verse 11 -19; on his way to Jerusalem, Jesus went along the border between Samaria and Galilee. As he was going into a village, ten men with leprosy[b] came toward him. They stood at a distance and shouted, “Jesus, Master, have pity on us!” Jesus looked at them and said, “Go show yourselves to the priests.” On their way, they were healed. When one of them discovered that he was healed, he came back, shouting praises to God. He bowed down at the feet of Jesus and thanked him. The man was from the country of Samaria. Jesus asked, “Weren’t ten men healed? Where are the other nine? Why was this foreigner the only one who came back to thank God?” Then Jesus told the man, “You may get up and go. Your faith has made you well.”
We must go to God with our entire souls. We go with all of our affection, passion, and faith. We also must ask God for wisdom concerning our families and loved ones. As intercessors, we must pray for our loved ones by name. Husbands pray for your wives and wives pray for your husbands. Parents pray for your children, and children pray for your parents. Siblings pray for each other. “With all prayer and petition, pray [with specific requests] at all times [on every occasion and in every season] in the Spirit, and with this in view, stay alert with all perseverance and petition [interceding in prayer] for all God’s people.” Ephesians 6:18, Amp.
Prayer Champions let's thank God for 3 things each day this month! We can keep a gratitude journal and by the end of the month we will have 90 blessings listed. "Oh give thanks unto the Lord for God is good! God's mercy endures forever!" Psalm 136:1
Prayer Champions let's welcome special guest Pastor Tedd Washington, Grace for Living Ministries, Longwood Florida! Now it came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to Him, “Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.” So He said to them, “When you pray, say: Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us day by day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins, For we also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one.” Luke 11:1-4, NKJV
Prayer Champions let's use scriptures to have unmovable faith and confidence in God! We will cast the whole of our care - all our anxieties, all our worries, all our concerns, once and for all on the LORD. Believe that GOD cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. We will make affirmations directly from scripture to live a life of trust in GOD and abundance. The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness, I have drawn you. Jeremiah 31:3, NKJVlet's
Prayer Champions choose to have unmovable faith and confidence in God’s ability and willingness to help so that you are not struggling and plagued by anxiety and fear of the unknown. Choose to cast the whole of your care - all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all on the LORD. Believe that GOD cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. Give your concerns to GOD and take your hands off! Stop worrying and trust GOD to lead you through a brand new life of abundance. The choices you make today will affect your future. The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness, I have drawn you. Jeremiah 31:3, NKJV
Prayer Champions welcome to the first Wednesday of October and the start of the 4th quarter of 2022! this month we want to be intentional about reaching out to the people in our sphere of influence. In Matthew 28:19 -20, we read, Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations [help the people to learn of Me, believe in Me, and obey My words], baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always [remaining with you perpetually—regardless of circumstance, and on every occasion], even to the end of the age.” Amplified
Prayer Champions, let's welcome back our special guest, Pastor Patricia Washington from Grace for Living Ministries in Longwood, Florida! On this last Wednesday of Self-Care September, she shares with us teachings on Joy. Now to GOD who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceedingJoy,To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen, Jude 24-25 NKJV
Prayer Champions, as we continue Self-care in September, I want to talk about your spirit. This week, we want to talk about the innermost aspect of our personhood, the spirit, which is defined as the vital essence or vital force within us as living beings. Sometimes the soul and spirit are used interchangeably, while some scholars argue that they are 2 separate things, with the spirit thought of as higher than the soul. They differentiate the soul as where the psychological activity, thinking, emotion, memory, desires, and will reside. The spirit is considered the real self where wisdom, love, happiness, compassion, harmony, and peace reside. God, create a pure heart in me, and make my spirit strong again. Psalm 51:10, ERV
Warmest greetings Prayer Champions as we continue our focus on Self-Care September! Today's broadcast shares 21 scriptures we shall use to pray for the mind.2 Timothy 1:7, NKJV, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” 2 Corinthians 13:11, AMPLIFIED Classic, Finally, brethren, farewell (rejoice)! Be strengthened (perfected, completed, made what you ought to be); be encouraged and consoled and comforted; be of the same [agreeable] mind one with another; live in peace, and [then] the God of love [Who is the Source of affection, goodwill, love, and benevolence toward men] and the Author and Promoter of peace will be with you.
Prayer Champions, let us get back into the practice of focused prayer each week. The theme for this month is Self-Care September. Our key verse is from 3 John 2, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. NKJV, Listen to that same verse in the Amplified version, Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually]. The NLT puts it this way, Dear friend, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy in body as you are strong in spirit.
Prayer Champions as we prepare for our month-long hiatus remember to keep on praying! We pray the very words of scripture to build up ourselves in our most holy faith and to strengthen our resolve to stand in the gap interceding for our world in prayer. We call on the words of Psalm 121, I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? 2 My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. 3 God will not allow your foot to [a]be moved; God who keeps you will not slumber. Therefore Prayer Champions, we will make a joyful noise unto the Lord, and serve the Lord with gladness!
Prayer Champions our Sovereign and Immutable God, Maker of Heaven and Earth, sits on the throne. Therefore our posture must be full of awe, respect, reverence, and devotion. We do not approach in a cavalier manner or with an attitude of entitlement. We do not come to God with impure motives or merely to present a list of requests. As Prayer Champions, we must approach God in an atmosphere of worship. Our worship must be in spirit and in truth according to John 4:24. Our souls must be redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. We must be transformed by the renewing of our minds, our hearts must be pure, our consciences clean, and we approach with praise on our lips.
Prayer Champions as we thank God for this second week of broadcasting this month let's reflect on our prayer assignment. We are people who have developed powerful prayer lives through ardent adoration and passionate devotion to God. As Prayer Champions, we have become skilled, proficient, and extremely knowledgeable about direct communication with God Almighty! We pray prayers that arouse God’s attention and get results every time. The Prayer Champions’ foundational scripture is; “Let us, therefore, come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” (Hebrews 4:14, NKJV) Our mandate is, Pray Without Ceasing found at 1 Thessalonians 5:17 and our ministry assignment is to offer fervent prayers that create mighty breakthroughs and set free love, joy and peace in abundance!
Prayer Champions for the month of July let's choose to be joyful and content! Joy is also a spiritual practice and decision. As Prayer Champions, we can choose to be full of Joy or joyful each day. Contentment flows from the joy decision. Philippians 4:11-13, NASB, 1 Not that I speak [g]from want, for I have learned to be [h]content in whatever circumstances I am. 12 I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need. 13 I can do all things [i]through Him who strengthens me.
Prayer Champions rejoice in hope! Prayer Champions, from this point forward as we go into the second half of the year, let’s hold fast to our hope. Jesus said, “Come to Me, all You who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28, NKJV) Our gracious Lord knows what we need and is our source for life’s material necessities like food, clothing, and shelter as well as the intangibles of love, joy, and peace. We can go to God and boldly ask for miracles when we need healing in our bodies. Our behavior should reflect sincere devotion to God. As we strive first for the kingdom and God's righteousness, we have the assurance of God’s promise to supply our needs.
Prayer Champions, keep the Faith! According to the Westminster Dictionary of Theological Terms, “faith affects all dimensions of one’s existence: intellect, emotions, and will.” To have faith is to believe and to trust. The Bible defines faith as “the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” in Hebrews 11:1, (NKJV). The Voice Translation puts it this way, “Faith is the assurance of things you have hoped for, the absolute conviction that there are realities you’ve never seen.”AsPrayer Champions, we must have faith to pray effectively to arouse God’s attention and get results.
Prayer Champions let's welcome special guest John Williams as he shares his prayer tips. John Williams is my prayer partner and joins me in prayer as we lift up the concerns of our listeners. But You, O Lord, are a shield for me, My glory and the One who lifts up my head. I cried to the Lord with my voice, And He heard me from His holy hill. Selah Psalm 3:3-4, NKJV
Prayer Champions as we celebrate our birthdays each year, let's remember to give thanks and show our appreciation for seeing another year. We can also hold on to promises found in scripture about God's faithfulness! Isaiah 46:4, CEV, I will still be the same when you are old and gray, and I will take care of you. I created you. I will carry you and always keep you safe.
Welcome to June 2022 Prayer Champions! Receiving the HOLY SPIRIT is, The Seal of approval, or our access and acceptance! – GOD gives the HOLY SPIRIT to those who believe in JESUS as a Divine presence in our lives! This is the mark that we belong to the family of GOD. The HOLY SPIRIT baptizes us and dwells in us! The HOLY SPIRIT leads and guides us, comforts us, advocates for us intercedes in prayer for us, and gives us power! And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever—17 The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome, take to its heart), because it does not see Him or know and recognize Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly] and will be in you. John 14:16-17, AMP
Prayer Champions, our response is always prayer! “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.” (2 Corinthians 10:3-5, NKJV)
Prayer Champions, at every fork in the road and every twist of fate, trust God. If you abide in HIM and you keep His word in you, you can face tomorrow. Goodness and mercy will surely follow you as He releases you to walk in new levels of fullness, prosperity, celebration, and joy. God wants you to have more boldness, confidence, and greater resolve! "This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope. Through the Lord’s mercies, we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness." Lamentations 3:21-23 NKJV
Prayer Champions do not be baffled, perplexed, or surprised when you go through fiery trials. Trials are not strange, unusual things that happen only to you. Don’t become disoriented, confused, and discouraged. Even though Trials will test your faith, keep praying and keep trusting GOD! Like a refiner of silver, HE will sit and closely watch as the dross is burned away . . . . refining them like gold or silver, so that they will do their work for GOD with pure hearts. Malachi 3:3, TLB,
Prayer Champions welcome to the first Wednesday of May 2022! This month we want to manage our emotions by recognizing how great and powerful God is! Know that God created everything in this world. Nothing happens in life without God. We need God now and forever. God is omniscient; He knows everything. God is omnipotent; HE is all-powerful. God is omnipresent; He is present everywhere. Nothing or no one is greater. God is trustworthy, and it becomes easier to have confidence and to believe when you search the Holy Scriptures to gain insight about God’s character. Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not to your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5 NKJV
Prayer Champions more and more people find themselves serving loved ones as caregivers. Whether it is caring for an elderly parent, spouse, child, or other family members the need for caregivers has risen tremendously especially since this pandemic started. Caregiving is defined as providing care or assistance for the physical health and emotional well-being of another. We define care in this context as having concern and responsibility for our loved ones who need our assistance in their day-to-day life due to chronic illness, injury, or the challenges of aging. Sometimes caregiving can be for a short term, like after a horrific injury, or surgery and in other cases, it can last years as a new way of life for our aging family members. Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs, and don’t forget to thank God for His answers. If you do this, you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. God’s peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7, TLB
Prayer Champions we have a treat! Special guest, Pastor Patricia Washington of Grace For Living Ministries in Longwood, Florida will share with us today. Her topic is, Turn your worry into prayers.
Prayer Champions at 2 Peter 1:5 -9, NKJV we can read, But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, 6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control [d]perseverance, to perseverance godliness, 7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. 8 For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither [e]barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.
Welcome Prayer Champions to the very first Wednesday of April 2022 and our first broadcast this month. I want to say happy birthday to all Prayer Champions who celebrate April birthdays and share with you some facts about April! April is the 4th month of the year in the Gregorian calendar and the 1st of 4 months that have 30 days. The Roman name was Aprillis and the word April comes from the verb aperire which means to open. The birthstone for April is a diamond. The birth flower for April is the daisy or sweet pea..In Genesis 8:22 we read, “While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night Shall not cease.” (KJV).
Prayer Champions, scripture assures us that they that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. We ask the Lord in this prayer for the strength and fortitude to wait.
Prayer Champions we are so thankful to see a brand new season as we embrace this first Wednesday broadcast of Spring! GOD’S everlasting love towards us is so amazing, so abundant, so extravagant, and so tremendous! This is not an ordinary love, this is extraordinary love! This is not the love of natural humankind. No! This is a supernatural love of the heavenly kind. This is the greatest love! The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee. Jeremiah 31:3, KJV.
Prayer Champions, we must use our prayer resources in order to live successful and fruitful lives. Matthew Henry’s commentary says that GOD is true and neither fickle nor false. GOD cannot lie! Just like GOD made a promise to Abraham, GOD made promises to us! In times like this COVID-19 Pandemic, we should declare the promises of GOD when we pray. "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. Isaiah 43:1 NKJV
Prayer Champions, ‘Nevertheless’ prayers are often prayed when the person is facing something they wish to avoid. Llet’s consider Jesus’ example when He prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane. The synoptic gospels share the accounts in Matthew 26:36-44, Mark 14:32-38, and Luke 22:41-44. As we read, we discover that Jesus was so sorrowful about the ordeal that He was soon to face that He took Peter, James, and John with Him and asked them to watch with Him. At Matthew 26:39 we read, “He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.” (NKJV)
Welcome to the first Wednesday of a brand new month. March is the third month of the year and brings the start of Spring in the Northern Hemisphere. March's birthstones are aquamarine and bloodstone symbolizing courage. March's birth flower is the daffodil which represents Spring and new beginnings. Although March was named after Mars the Roman god of war, and in ancient times was called the month of war, we engage in spiritual warfare to defeat the enemy of our souls. " 3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not [a]carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ," 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, NKJV
Welcome Prayer Champions to the last Wednesday broadcast of this month. We've made it thus far with so much for which we are grateful! Through all of the pandemic news, catastrophic weather incidents, and unprecedented climate extremes, we can continue to profess God's enduring love for us and our determination to remain faithful. Be persistent and devoted to prayer, being alert and focused in your prayer life with an attitude of thanksgiving. Colossians 4:2, Amplified
Prayer Champions, how do we approach God’s throne? What is our posture? What is our mindset? Our foundational scripture instructs us to approach the throne of grace boldly, confidently, courageously, valiantly, and shamelessly. This can only be accomplished by completely comprehending ‘Who’ sits on the throne and responding with recognition, reverence, and adoration. “Let us, therefore, come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews” 4:16, NKJV
Prayer Champions you are a part of an intercessory network of people who are fearless, daring, resolute, and steadfast in fervent prayer. There are others just like you who are praying for those in their circle of influence. As intercessors, it is essential that we pray for our loved ones by name. Husbands pray for your wives and wives pray for your husbands. Parents pray for your children and children pray for your parents. Siblings pray for each other. Prayer Champions we should regularly pray for the people we love, the friends and associates we care about, and the people we encounter on a regular basis. There will also be times when the Holy Spirit will lead us to pray for complete strangers with whom we have a chance to encounter on an airplane or at a supermarket, etc. “Again I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever [anything and [a]everything] they may ask, it will come to pass and be done for them by My Father in heaven.” (Matthew 18:19 Amplified)
Prayer Champions let's continue to trust God. The chorus of an old church hymn says, Trust and obey, for there’s no other way to be happy in Jesus but to trust and obey. Those lyrics remind us that there is a purpose for trusting and obeying God. The words of two of the verses say, But we never can prove the delights of His love, Until all on the altar we lay; For the favor, He shows, for the joy He bestows, Are for them who will trust and obey. Then in fellowship sweet, we will sit at His feet, Or we’ll walk by His side in the way; What He says we will do, where He sends we will go; Never fear, only trust and obey.
Prayer Champions, we must forgive if we do not want our prayers hindered. The act of forgiving is something that one chooses to do. It is a willingness to give up the desire to punish someone who has caused an offense. Choosing to forgive leads to our emotional healing. It is the process of letting go of negative emotions and having total peace about who we are, what we are doing, and where we are going, individually and in a relationship with others. "In prayer there is a connection between what God does and what you do. You can't get forgiveness from God, for instance, without also forgiving others. If you refuse to do your part, you cut yourself off from God’s part."(Matthew 6:14, Message)
Our faith assures us that God will allow things to work together for our good.
Prayer Champions, what scriptures inspire you? When you need inspiration, do you have verses that you can turn to for motivation? Do you have scriptures that prompt you or empower you to move forward? One of my favorite inspirational scriptures is Proverbs 16:3, NIV, Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.
Happy New Year Prayer Champions! We made it! Thank You, Lord! After our month-long Hiatus, we are back again for the first Prayer Champions’ International Broadcast of 2022! Not only is this the first Wednesday of a brand month, but it is also the very first Wednesday of a brand new year! God is making all things new! And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” And He *said, “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” Revelation 21:5, NASB
Prayer Champions, let’s give thanks unto the Lord! God is great and God is greatly to be praised. As we know prayer champions, our intimate relationship with God grants us access to the throne of Grace. We also know how to pray in various formats. All prayer is not warfare, or petitions, or seeking God only when we are in trouble. As prayer champions, we offer prayers of worship, adoration, and also prayers of thanksgiving. Today is that type of prayer day. Today we say thank You for all that God has done for us. Today is all about expressing our gratitude and our love for our Lord.
Prayer Champions, let's welcome Pastor Tedd Washington, founder of Grace for Living Ministries! Under the direction of the Holy Spirit, Pastor Washington has evolved into a strong teacher of the Word, delivering dynamic motivational teachings with humor, and anointing to both church audiences and religious seminars. Appreciative to God for the many opportunities given to him, Pastor Tedd’s resounding message is: “God will truly provide Grace for Living.”
Prayer Champions let's greet our special guest, Candace Norris Williams as she concludes her teaching on the prayer closet. Each second Wednesday of the month we learn to use the letters in the prayer closet to help us remember the privilege and benefits we have in our prayer closets. "But you, when you pray, enter your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly." Matthew 6:6, MEV
Prayer Champions, we have made it to the start of another month! Thank You, Jesus! Let's take the time every day to count our blessings and express the things and people in our lives for which we are grateful. Although we are still in the midst of a global pandemic, we can still express our gratitude for what we do have! Oh give thanks unto the Lord, for God is good!
Prayer Champions, although we are here on earth, we have an Advocate, Comforter, Helper, and Sustainer that was sent by Christ and who dwells within us. It is the Holy Spirit that according to 1 John 4:4, is greater within us than what is out there in the world. It is this divine privilege that sets us apart and, transforms our lives. We have a superior existence empowered by the Holy Spirit. Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield. Psalm 5:12, NIV
Prayer Champions, let's welcome our special guest, Pastor Patricia Washington! She is the co-founder of Grace For Living Ministries in Longwood, FL. As is her character she is totally dedicated to the ministry and most especially to the “People of Grace” for whom she spends countless hours fasting and praying. Much of her time is spent counseling women in the way of the Word. She is a strong advocate of breaking generational curses. Pastor Patricia is an anointed exalter with strong praise in her heart and on her lips. She desires to see others commit themselves to Christ. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 (KJV)
Prayer Champions, lets greet our special guest, Candace Norris Williams for continued teaching on the prayer closet.
As Intercessors, there is a Purpose for serving each Wednesday during this International Prayer Broadcast. We are no longer our own. We were bought at a price and now belong to the Lord with dominion granted by God over a sphere of influence. We exist in a world that is both spiritual and natural. There are tangible things that we can handle with our five senses. There are also intangible things that exist in another, spiritual realm that cannot be seen. With this prayer assignment, we have greater authorization and power residing in us because we belong to Christ than those who are merely in the world. Ezekiel 22:30, CEB, I looked for anyone to repair the wall and stand in the gap for me on behalf of the land, so I wouldn’t have to destroy it. But I couldn’t find anyone.
Be Encouraged Prayer Champions! Often, fear can cause us to miss the positive things in our lives. Instead of seeing the good, fear causes us to focus on the negative. As Prayer Champions, we are not to allow fear to rule our lives. Perfect love for JESUS CHRIST allows us to cast out all fear. We have the authority to confidently face fearful situations armed with the knowledge that the greatest power is on GOD’S side.
Greetings Prayer Champions and welcome to the first day of autumn or Fall here in the United States. In the fall we transition from hot weather to cold weather. It is the season when the duration of daylight decreases and the length of the night increase. One of the main features of fall is the change of color of the green leaves of deciduous trees as they prepare to shed. God’s handiwork is glorious if ever you get out in nature and take a fall foliage tour around forests, nature parks, and other places where trees grow. “While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and summer, And day and night Shall not cease.” Genesis 8:22, NKJV
Prayer Champions, when I think of other words for fear, I can list the words terror, dread, anxiety, horror, distress, fright. Panic, alarm, trepidation, apprehension, worry, concern, be afraid, frightened, scared, fearful, or full of fear. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7, NKJV Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.] John 14:27, AMPC
It is a pleasure to welcome back special guest, Candace Norris Williams for continued teaching on the prayer closet.
Welcome back Prayer Champions from our August hiatus! I trust that you have enjoyed your time in private reflection, prayer, and praise. On this first day of a brand new month, let us prepare to pray for our nation and the world at large. If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14, NKJV
Prayer Champions, there are numerous prayer resources available to us through Christian authors who have researched, written, and published books about prayer. Today I want to share with you from E. M. Bounds Book on Prayer. It is 622 pages packed with prayer information backed up with scripture and sections entitled; Purpose in Prayer, The Necessity of Prayer, The Possibilities of Prayer, Essentials of Prayer, Obtaining Answers to Prayer, Power Through Prayer, and The Weapon of Prayer.”
Prayer Champions, we go boldly to the Throne of Grace! We always thank and praise God in everything and in every situation, then we are ready for the blessings of God to overtake us. We refuse to allow things that are beyond our control to torment us. God wants each of us to reap an extraordinary harvest from the word seeds we sow. God’s love for us is so lavish, protective, and everlasting that He will never abandon us. Remember, God will always send His peace to comfort and sustain us. God’s peace is enough to soothe our doubts and calm our misgivings. We are also encouraged as Jesus speaks to our hearts from the Holy Word. No matter what the future may hold, or how long we have to wait for a change in our situations, we know beyond any doubt that God loves us with everlasting love. We are encouraged to continue praying the scriptures. “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to God’s will, God hears us. And if we know that God hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked.” 1 John 5:14-15, NIV
Prayer Champions, let's welcome Special Guest Candace Norris Williams as she continues her teaching on The Prayer Closet for July! Today we will deal with the letter "c" to start the word, closet. Remember, if you have missed any of the previous teachings, you can go to archives to listen!. "But you, when you pray, enter your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly." Matthew 6:6, MEV
Prayer Champions, The HOLY SPIRIT has empowered us with forbearance, endurance, fortitude, unflappability, and serenity. We must trust God absolutely and will not cast away our confidence in the Lord no matter what we are facing. We know that nothing will separate us from God's everlasting Love! They that wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31, NKJV
Prayer Champions, our foundational scripture is found at Hebrews 4:16, and I will read it to you from the NKJV, Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. So today’s topic is Pray With All Boldness.
Prayer Champions, there are times that we will receive bad news or experience unexpected and disappointing incidents in our lives. After the shock has lifted, our recourse is to pray. GOD has promised to perfect those things that concern us and has assured us that instead of worrying, we can pray! “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs, and don’t forget to thank God for His answers. If you do this, you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. God’s peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7, TLB
Prayer Champions, some have become discouraged because life has happened and it seems that the enemy has snuck in and stolen many of our blessings. Some are struggling each month to make ends meet to meet the financial obligations of paying for the basic needs of rent or mortgage, food, clothing, transportation, and everything it takes to successfully run a household. That’s why today, we are praying the Prosperity Prayer. Not only do we want to ask God to prosper us, but we want to ask that we continue prospering from this day forward until we are indeed very prosperous. "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers." 3 John 1;2, NKJV
Prayer Champions, let's welcome Special Guest Candace Norris Williams as she continues her teaching on The Prayer Closet! For the month of June we will deal with the letter "r" to complete the word Prayer. Remember, if you have missed any of the previous teaching, you can go to archives to listen!. "But you, when you pray, enter your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly." Matthew 6:6, MEV
Prayer Champions, let's pray in a spirit of worship today. We have seen the start of another month of surviving this horrible pandemic. Therefore, let's worship God in the beauty of holiness. We show our gratitude for all God has done for us! “And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever—17 The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome, take to its heart) because it does not see Him or know and recognize Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly] and will be in you.” John 14:16-17, (AMP)
Prayer Champions, you can pray for modern miracles armed with God’s word. State your case and ask with confidence. and say, according to the promise; Lord, You know what I need. We can count it done and begin to thank and praise GOD! Get ready for the blessings of GOD to overtake you! "Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him." 1 John 5:14-15, NKJV
Prayer Champions. let's continue the teaching on healing. We will asks GOD for healing for our bodies, our emotions, our relationships and for our land. But before we ask for healing as prayer champions we understand that each type of prayer has a specific "rule" or set of principles that governs it. Effective prayer is a result of following these principles. "But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed." Isaiah 53:5, NKJV
Prayer Champions, let's welcome Special Guest Candace Norris Williams as she continues her teaching on The Prayer Closet! After the song, we will have a special treat with prayer from her young daughter. "But you, when you pray, enter your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly." Matthew 6:6, MEV
Prayer Champions, faith is the key element in successful spiritual healing. Faith is a noun defined as belief that does not rest on logical proof and material evidence. It is a firm belief in something for which there is no proof. It is the conviction that is developmental in direct response to a spiritual understanding. This faith is an intangible force that propels tangible action. To put it another way, faith is the thing a person does, not merely something one believes. Faith, or the intangible tangible, causes one to boldly go forth in areas that may seem impossible to garner the things desired in life. “Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see. Hebrews 11:1, NLT
Prayer Champions, we have a special treat with an extended, hour-long broadcast. Since so many people are still struggling with the decision to get the Covid-19 vaccine or not, I have invited special guests; John Williams, Pastors Tedd & Patricia Washington, Anita Moore, Emojoy Brown, John Williams II, Pastor Dana Taft, Christian Vanleer, and Jennifer Baker to share their testimonies about their experiences with becoming fully vaccinated. My prayer is that at the close of the broadcast, others will be helped to make a quality decision about the Covid-19 Vaccination process. "Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding." Proverbs 4:7, NKJV
Prayer Champions, how do you make a quality decision? Is it, eenie- meanie-minie- Moe or let me flip a coin? Is it, heads I’ll ask GOD or tails I’ll do what I think is best. Do you make a list of pros and cons around a decision, or do you seek the advice of others to see what they think you should do? “I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live;” Deuteronomy 30:19, NKJV
Prayer Champions, let's welcome Special Guest Candace Norris Williams as she continues her teaching on The Prayer Closet! "But you, when you pray, enter your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly." Matthew 6:6, MEV
Prayer Champions, let's welcome back Pastor Patricia of Grace for Living Ministries as she teaches on The Heart for Prayer. Pastor Patricia takes us through the Bible so that we can understand why we must prepare our hearts to pray. No matter what we face and no matter the situation, we are always to pray. We have a special relationship with God Almighty that gives each of us access to the glorious throne and the sacred altar of God. As Prayer Champions, we must take all of our concerns, big or small, to God in prayer on a regular basis. “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! You shall love the Lord Your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.” Deuteronomy 6:4-5, NKJV
Prayer Champions, are you suffering because of it or overwhelmed by it. Are you tormented by It, saddened by it, grieved by it, angry about it, worried about it, or humiliated because of it! No matter what your particular IT is, we must release IT and let IT go by placing IT on the altar. We will not drag IT around any longer I want to remind you from the words of Jesus as he hung on the cross. We can begin reading at John 19: 28 – 30, NKJV, After this, Jesus, knowing[e] that all things were now accomplished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, “I thirst!” Now a vessel full of sour wine was sitting there; and they filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on hyssop, and put it to His mouth. So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.
Prayer Champions, The HOLY SPIRIT empowers us to do this work of prophetic prayer. The power provided is dominion, competence, and strength that allows us to be effective in prayer. Through the HOLY SPIRIT we are qualified for it, equipped for it, proficient at it, gifted for it, and of great influence in prophetic praying. It is with this Divine power that we can be steadfast in our service unto GOD as Prayer Champions. Therefore we are not merely living in the flesh, working our own agendas, but we are anointed for prophetic prayer whenever prompted by GOD. In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's.” Romans 8:26-27, NIV
Prayer Champions, we will come boldly to the Throne of Grace to obtain mercy and to make our request known! We will ask in faith because it is in GOD we live and move and have our being. We are dependent upon the LORD and want our lives to bring GOD Glory as we pray for ourselves and others confidently and in faith through the power of the Holy Spirit. When we pray, we praise GOD in thanks and declare that according to GOD’s powerful word, our petition is granted! Our prayers do arouse GOD’S attention because they come from a place of sincerity, humility, and love.
Prayer Champions, let's welcome special guest, Candace Norris Williams as she continues her teaching on the prayer closet! We thank God for encouraging our hearts and sending us comfort through prayer. "And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you [a]ask anything in My name, I will do it." John 14:13-15 (NKJV)
Prayer Champions, let me ask you a few questions and I want you to think about your answers. Can you pray for 10 minutes? How about 15, 20, or 30 minutes? I spoke to someone who told me that she runs out of things to say after praying a few minutes … is that you too? Please understand that short prayers can be very effective especially in acute situations when you must get straight to the point. But what I am talking about today is your personal, intimate prayer time with the Lord. I want to tell you how to maximize that time so that when you are done, you will have spent quality time with our Lord. "Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him." 1 John 5:14-15, NKJV
Prayer Champions, as we hear of more and more incidents of acute suffering, sudden and tragic deaths, chronic illness and times of sadness, it has become clear that many folks don't know what to say to bring comfort to others. Instead of resorting to thoughtless cliches and empty platitudes, let's search for the scriptures to encourage others instead of piling on more pain. "The Lord God gives me the right words to encourage the weary. Each morning he awakens me eager to learn his teaching." Isaiah 50:4, CEV
Prayer Champions, how resilient are you? Resilience adapts the mind, body, and spirit to the present life situation and is “the capacity of individuals to cope successfully with significant change, adversity, or risk” Scholars, No matter how things may seem and the horrors we have witnessed during this past year, our lives are not over. We must not lose hope.
The hand of the Lord came upon me and brought me out in the Spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones. 2 Then He caused me to pass by them all around, and behold, there were very many in the open valley; and indeed they were very dry. 3 And He said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” So I answered, “O Lord God, You know.” Ezekiel 37:1-3, NKJV
Prayer Champions, let's welcome back Candace Norris Williams. Prayer Champion Candace Norris Williams teaches on the importance of developing a Prayer Closet in our homes for intimate, and uninterrupted times of communion with God. As a young wife of a military officer and mother of four children ranging from 8 to 2, she shares her experiences of pausing from her hectic schedule to spend time with God. Candace made an acronym of Prayer Closet to cover 12 points for fulfillment, joy, and peace in our prayer lives! “But when you pray, go into your most private room, close the door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees [what is done] in secret will reward you.” Matthew 6:6, Amplified
Prayer Champions, are you, friends, with God? As God's friend, we don’t have to compete or fight others for our position in Christ. God has us where He wants us. We can bloom where we have been planted. God wants us to have healthy relationships with others and enjoy our lives to the fullest. God grants us the spirit of discernment so that we don’t have to be fooled by people who want to harm us. A right relationship with God will help us to develop the right relationship with others. By His Spirit we will be able to Pray for, Honor, Encourage, Accept, Live in Peace With, Comfort, Forgive, Serve, and, Be Kind To one another. John 13:34-35, "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." NIV
Prayer Champions, hope is specific and is patient. It never gives up no matter the odds against it. Hope is audacious and boldly stands against all that would come against the sufferer to destroy her. Finally, hope is communal particularly in the church. God’s deliverance in the past to look towards the future with hope. Hope is an action and God’s favor for the future will sustain us through the journey. Psalm 42:11, “Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.” NIV. This type of putting one’s hope in God is continuing to act with hope even when feeling no hope.
Prayer Champions, today is Inauguration Day in the United States. All over the country, people are either; celebrating and rejoicing over the installation of this country's new leaders or some are upset and angry. Some people are nervous and anxious about the political climate in America, while others are panicking and afraid. Prayer Champions, our posture today should not be one of fear or worry. We should be at peace because we know that God is sovereign and who we turn to in troubling times.
1 Peter 2:9-10, ERV, says: But you are his chosen people, the King’s priests. You are a holy nation, people who belong to God. He chose you to tell about the wonderful things he has done. He brought you out of the darkness of sin into his wonderful light. 10 In the past you were not special people, but now you are God’s people. Once you had not received mercy, but now God has given you his mercy.
Prayer Champions, let's welcome Special Guest Candace Norris Williams as she begins her teaching on The Prayer Closet! "But you, when you pray, enter your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly." Matthew 6:6, MEV
Happy New Year Prayer Champions! I thank God for each of you! And I am so glad to be back in the studio with you, this first Wednesday in January of a brand new year! I invite you to come boldly with me to The Throne of Grace so that we may obtain mercy and seek God’s face for our concerns while we stand in the gap interceding for others. "You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men. 14 “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:13-16, NKJV
Happy New Year Everyone! This is Dr. Diana R. Williams and I am so excited for our 5th anniversary & Farewell Worship Service! It has been my honor and privilege to serve as your Pastor for these past 5 Years! Without fail, we have been blessed to broadcast our worship services every 1st Sunday during these last 5 years. With the technology, we have at our disposal those who could not listen live, could listen later by accessing this station’s archives, iTunes, or Stitcher! What a Blessing!
When we started Adore the Lord Online Christian Faith Community that 1st Sunday of 2016, we came together as a fellowship of Christian believers who love The LORD Our GOD with all of our heart, soul, and mind. Our mission has been to worship The LORD Our GOD in Spirit and in Truth, broadcasting over the airwaves with those who are homebound or without church homes.
We expressed our adoration of The LORD in worship through our passionate prayers, perpetual praise, and prophetic preaching of the Word of GOD. In obedience to The Great Commission we sent forth our broadcast to make disciples of all nations and in remembrance of our LORD’S passion we joined together in Holy Communion. We have listeners all over the globe! Hallelujah! To God be the Glory!
Adore The Lord OCFC, I am so thankful that we have made it to this first Sunday in the last month of this year! Some of us may be grieving, some may wonder how this year will end. Some may be preoccupied with covid 19 and worry about if the vaccine will eradicate it. Some may be in despair because they are wondering if things will ever get back to normal. Whatever state you may be in, be grateful that we have made it thus far and know that we can continue to put our trust in God! "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." Isaish 9:6, NKJV
Prayer Champions, we are on Hiatus for the entire month of December. Use this time to pray and seek God's face with so of your favorite past broadcast! Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16, NKJV
Prayer Champions, all month long we have thanked the Lord each day with grateful hearts! The first week, we were thankful for who God is! The second week, we were thankful for what God has done for each of us! Last week we were thankful for relationships and our special guest taught us to first be thankful for the relationship we have with God and then we can pray with grateful hearts for others! As we end this month’s thankful broadcasts, we are so grateful for the promises of God that give us hope for our future, even in the midst of this pandemic. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think… Ephesians 3:20, NKJV
An anointed exalter with strong praise in her heart and on her lips she desires to see others commit themselves to Christ. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 (KJV)
Prayer Champions, let's thank God for all that he has done! Through God's Holy Word, God has spoken wholeness, prosperity, and fruitfulness into your life. You and your family will feast in the presence of the Lord your God, and you will rejoice in all you have accomplished because the Lord your God has blessed you. You will be blessed wherever you go. God promised that you will not work in vain, and your children will not be doomed to misfortune. You are blessed by the Lord, and your children too will be blessed. God will answer you before you call; and while you are still talking to God about your needs, God will go ahead and answer your prayers. Oh give thanks unto the Lord!
Prayer Champions, it is the day after the general election and we still have much that we can give thanks to God! Thankful Prayer Champions, we must count our many blessings and respond with appreciation. 1 Thessalonians 5:18, TLB, No matter what happens, always be thankful, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. The Message Bible puts it this way, “Be cheerful no matter what; pray all the time; thank God no matter what happens. This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live.” Prayer Champions, as we prepare to pray this week, remember the power we have when we are thankful is that we are lifted above our circumstances and in the right frame of mind to hear clearly from GOD to receive guidance with the reassurance that all things will work together for our good.
Adore The LORD Online Christian Faith Community, did you know that there is Power in being thankful! Did you read the scripture at 1 Thessalonians 5:18, NKJV, “in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” Today, on this very first Day of November, we will Take the Time during this worship Service to express our Gratitude to our Mighty God because we live in the very center of God’s will with our thankful hearts. We will show forth our attitude of gratitude with our prayers, the songs we sing, and manner in which we attentively receive God’s worth in a spirit of appreciation. Even though we are in the midst of this horrible Covid-19 Pandemic and social unrest, we still Take the time to thank the Lord because we know that GOD is good and GOD has been good to us.
Prayer Champions, A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Ephesians 6:10-17, NLT
Prayer Champions, let's continue to affirm the word of God! The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD forever. Psalm 23, ESV
Prayer Champions, This is what the Lord says: “Don’t let the wise boast in their wisdom, or the powerful boast in their power, or the rich boast in their riches. But those who wish to boast should boast in this alone: that they truly know me and understand that I am the Lord who demonstrates unfailing love and who brings justice and righteousness to the earth, and that I delight in these things. I, the Lord, have spoken! Jeremiah 9:23-24, NLT
Prayer Champions. let affirm our faith with daily scriptures upon which to stand each day this month! “The Lord God gives me the right words to encourage the weary. Each morning He awakens me eager to learn His teaching;” Isaiah 50:4, CEV - It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it. Isaiah 55:11, NLT - Since ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you, who acts on behalf of those who wait for him. Isaiah 64:4 TNIV After Hezekiah received the letter from the messengers and read it, he went up to the Lord’s Temple and spread it out before the Lord. And Hezekiah prayed this prayer before the Lord: “O Lord, God of Israel, you are enthroned between the mighty cherubim! You alone are God of all the kingdoms of the earth. You alone created the heavens and the earth. 2 Kings 19:14-15, NLT - But it is good for me to draw near to God; I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, That I may declare all Your works. Psalm 73:28, NKJV - Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this: The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each morning. I say to myself, “The Lord is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in Him!” Lamentations 3:21-24, NLT - For the Lord will remove his hand of judgment and will disperse the armies of your enemy. And the Lord himself, the King of Israel, will live among you! At last your troubles will be over, and you will never again fear disaster. For the Lord your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” Zephaniah 3:15,17, NLT

Prayer Champions, what do you do when you are in so much pain that you can hardly stand it? The type of pain I’m talking about is acute mental or emotional distress or suffering. How do you keep yourself from wallowing in the anguish of it all? How can you keep from becoming stuck and overwhelmed by all that has happened to you? You saw who you created me to be before I became me! Before I’d ever seen the light of day, the number of days you planned for me were already recorded in your book. Psalm 139:16 TPT
Re-Broadcast. Prayer Champions, hear Danella Hagen’s powerful testimony after testing positive for Covid-19. She spent a week in the hospital with double pneumonia as a result of the coronavirus and tells of her ordeal. She credits her faith, early intervention, and fervent prayer for her recovery. Have faith in God and know that God does provide miraculous healing! “Acknowledge your faults one to another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. For the fervent prayers of the righteous avail much.” James 5:16, RGT
As you know, Prayer Champions are people who have developed powerful prayer lives through ardent adoration and passionate devotion to God.
Prayer Champions at Exodus 15:26 we can read, “If we diligently heed the voice of the Lord our God and do what is right in God's sight, give ear to God's commandments and keep all God's statutes, God declares, " For I am the Lord who heals you" This is a powerful promise we can hold fast and apply it today in the midst of this horrible pandemic. We can ask for healing from God in faith! Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; Save me, and I shall be saved, For You are my praise. Jeremiah 17:14, NKJV
Praise the Lord for another Labor Day weekend! Even in the midst of this pandemic, we can continue to worship God and be grateful for our lives. We are a fellowship of Christian believers who love The LORD Our GOD with all of our heart, soul, and mind. Prayer Champions, we are still in the midst of a pandemic. Many of us are hurt by the things we see around us and the people we thought we could count on but now know that they are not for our good. Some of us are grieving the loss of loved ones and the way of life we once enjoyed. Still others of us are deeply disappointed for a number of reasons and we need God's help to stop the pain. So we Stand Still and see the deliverance that the Lord will bring. O Eternal Lord, You are the True God, and Your words are always true, and You have made this good promise to me, Your servant. 2 Samuel 7:28, The Voice
Prayer Champions, no matter how things may seem, God has not abandoned nor forgotten us. Even in this horrible pandemic, we are inscribed in the palms of God's hands. We allow our faith to look up to God as we continue to pray for deliverance, healing, and modern day miracles. "See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands: your walls are continually before me." Isaiah 49:16, NKJV
Prayer Champions, what are you doing with YOUR time? Each full day that we are alive, we have 24 hours. Each hour gives us 60 minutes and every minute grants us 60 seconds. When we add it all up, we have 86,400 seconds or 1,440 minutes every day. How many seconds or how many minutes are we using every day to pray? Every week, we get 10,080 minutes that we can spend how we choose and every month we have 43,829 minutes. As you can now see, we have plenty of time to pray if we so choose. There is a right time for everything, and everything on earth will happen at the right time. Ecclesiastes 3:1, ERV
Prayer Champions, our God is faithful! Without hope, the heart would break. By recalling to mind the faithfulness of GOD, hope comes and gives the courage to look to the future! Whatever hard things we suffer, we must never entertain any hard thoughts of God! No, we must have audacious hope, persistent hope, and transformational hope! Without hope, we are people most miserable. We must know that as bad as things may seem in our lives, it is because of God’s tender mercies that they are not worse. This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope. Through the Lord’s mercies, we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22 – 23, NKJV

Prayer Champions, we are on hiatus the entire month of July. Each Wednesday this month I invite you to go to the archives and select a previous broadcast and pray that prayer again. Don't give up the ground you have gained thus far. Keep the faith and continue to pray without ceasing!
Prayer Champions, I invite you to listen to this RE-Broadcast as I deal with the loss of my family member. Matthew 5:4, NKJV - Blessed are those who mourn, For they shall be comforted. God blesses those who mourn, for they will be comforted. NLT
The Amplified Versions explains blessed in this context as refreshed by God’s grace.CEV says, God blesses those people who grieve. They will find comfort! I am so thankful for the assurance of this verse, although I may be grieving now, I will be comforted. As each day goes by my strength will increase with the consolation that comes from the Lord.
Each year at my birthday, it is my personal ‘New Year’, a time of reflection, thanksgiving, adoration, and seeking GOD’s revelation for my personal ministry assignment. Birthday time is also my time to let go of things that are unproductive or that produce heaviness and undue stress. The particular goals that I want to achieve during the next few months are re-assessed, and if adjustments are needed, this is the time to make them. Hebrews 12:1-2, Amplified Classic Edition, “Therefore then, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses [who have borne testimony to the Truth], let us strip off and throw aside every encumbrance (unnecessary weight) and that sin which so readily (deftly and cleverly) clings to and entangles us, and let us run with patient endurance and steady and active persistence the appointed course of the race that is set before us, Looking away [from all that will distract] to Jesus, Who is the Leader and the Source of our faith [giving the first incentive for our belief] and is also it’s Finisher [bringing it to maturity and perfection]. He, for the joy [of obtaining the prize] that was set before Him, endured the cross, despising and ignoring the shame, and is now seated at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Happy June! On tonight’s worship service we celebrate Fathers! Chairman John Williams and other fathers who support Adore The LORD, OCFC will lead us as we uplift fathers, stepfathers, fathers-in-law, god fathers, grandfathers, spiritual fathers and all who serve in the capacity of fathering. Our special guest speaker is Major John M. Williams II with an inspirational message to encourage us all! Here at Adore The LORD, we are a fellowship of Christian believers who love The LORD Our GOD with all of our heart, soul, and mind. (Matthew 22:37, NKJV) Our mission is to worship The LORD Our GOD in Spirit and in Truth, broadcasting over the airwaves with those who are homebound or without church homes. (John 4:23, NKJV) In obedience to The Great Commission we send forth our broadcast to make disciples of all nations and in remembrance of our LORD’S passion we join together in Holy Communion. (Matthew 28:19, Luke 22:19)
Prayer Champions, as we prepare for the summer season, we take a look at the vision of the summer fruit as covered in the 8th chapter of Amos. That vision spoke of God's judgement and the things that would happen due to the sinful oppression of the poor and needy in the land. That vision also spoke of a time when there would be a lack of oracles from the Lord. We can see the parallel to our world today and therefore we must continue to pray. When we turn the page to chapter 9, there is hope and the promise of restoration!
Be encouraged Prayer Champions! The reason we can live at peace with GOD and others, content with our lives, with unspeakable joy, in divine favor, full of steadfast hope as we wait for good things and our hearts desire to come to pass, is the GOD we serve is faithful! Even in the midst of this pandemic we will continue to worship because the Bible assures us that we are deeply and lavishly loved by God Almighty! "The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us,[b] not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance." 2 Peter 3:9, NKJV
Prayer Champions, enjoy this rebroadcast as we continue to trust God! God’s everlasting love towards us is so amazing, so abundant, so extravagant, and so tremendous! This is not an ordinary love, this is extraordinary love! This is not the love of the natural humankind. No! This is a supernatural love of the heavenly kind. This is the greatest love! Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean GOD no longer loves us if we have because we are in the midst of a pandemic? Of Course Not. GOD Loves us! Let's continue to pray!
Prayer Champions, while we are insulated in this 'holding pattern' or COVID-19 Pandemic, we pray. And as we pray we can declare to the Lord, YOU are our shepherd. LORD we shall not want nor be in lack. YOU allow us to lie down in green pastures; YOU lead us beside the still waters. YOU restore our souls YOU lead us in the paths of righteousness
For YOUR name’s sake. Yea, though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, we will fear no evil; For You are with us; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort us.
Prayer Champions, during this COVID-19 Pandemic we must be proficient in different types and forms of prayer to fit the situation at hand. Prayer Champions, we must know when to call upon others for additional power in agreement through prayer partnerships, triads, and circles. Additionally, there may be times to proclaim a fast for a particular petition or occasions when prophetic prayer is employed. The best way to know which strategy to use is to turn to the Bible. Even though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. The weapons we use are not carnal but mighty in God to pull down strongholds, arguments, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. Our weapons are faith laced, powerful prayer fueled by the Word of Almighty God. Scripture reminds us in Ephesians 6 that we will encounter struggles and challenges that are beyond our human capacity to handle. At verse 12 we can read, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (KJV).
Our special worship service celebrating Mothers with guest preacher, Pastor Dana Taft! Even in the midst of this COVID-19 Pandemic, we give God praise for mothers, grandmothers, godmothers, mothers-in-law, foster mothers, spiritual mothers, and all who serve in the capacity of mothering. We are a fellowship of Christian believers who love The LORD Our GOD with all of our heart, soul, and mind. (Matthew 22:37, NKJV) Our mission is to worship The LORD Our GOD in Spirit and in Truth, broadcasting over the airwaves with those who are homebound or without church homes. Prayer Champions, as we continue to shelter in place during this COVID-19 Pandemic, we need godly wisdom to make good decisions about when it is safe to move about in public again. I want to urge you to take the social distancing advice seriously. Please, please, please, don’t put other people’s lives at risk. Keep your distance. The advice about social distancing is designed to saves lives. A younger woman who thought she was doing a good deed by taking some things to an older woman’s home was now infected with the coronavirus. She was a-symptomatic when she visited but could have also infected, the older 68-year-old woman who is also a cancer survivor. Thankfully the older woman's test came back that she does not have it. Praise God! If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5, NKJV
Prayer Champions, we have no idea what life will be like when we come out of this COVID-19 pandemic. Maybe there is still fear and anxiety about whether or not this virus will strike your home. Maybe there is concern for someone who is sick or for when this sheltering in place can end. Whatever the case, we must continue to call on the name of Jesus. God’s Word Translation of Psalm 91:15 says, When you call to me, I will answer you. I will be with you when you are in trouble. I will save you and honor you.
Re-Broadcast. Prayer Champions even in times like these, our strategy is to continue in prayer. Never have we ever seen anything like this in our lifetime. Because of the coronavirus we are to remain in our homes with no social contact to stop the spread of this horrible disease. Many of us may feel helpless because we are searching for answers and are seeking God’s protection for ourselves and our loved ones. We are praying for our nation and those on the front line who are witnessing first-hand the horrors of this disease and the effects it is having on all areas of our lives. So we seek the Lord in prayer. We pray the very words of scripture to build up ourselves in our most holy faith and to strengthen our resolve to stand in the gap interceding for our world in prayer. And David built there an altar to the Lord, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the Lord heeded the prayers for the land, and the plague was withdrawn from Israel. 2 Samuel 24:25,NKJV
Prayer Champions, I want you to just breathe. Take a deep breath, release all of your tension, and breathe. During this pandemic, some are having a tough time sleeping, with no appetite or just the opposite, by nervously eating everything they can get. First and foremost – we must pray. We pray specifically and daily about whatever thing is troubling us. If it is a lack of sleep, if it is fear, if it is loneliness, we will ask God for help in that area. Be persistent and devoted to prayer, being alert and focused in your prayer life with an attitude of thanksgiving. Colossians 4:2, Amplified. Today, instead of a song of praise, we will use the following breathing exercise to relax and let go of the stress before we pray.

Prayer Champions, as we start another month living in the midst of this coronavirus pandemic, many of us are dealing with grief. How many under the sound of my voice know someone personally who has died due to covid 19? As the scientist predict that the number will continue to grow, and we hear of news reports of death totals, there are still reports of those who have survived the virus and are recuperating. This means that we must continue to pray, Prayer Champions. We must continue to seek God’s protection. We must continue to ask for healing for those who have been stricken with the virus. We must continue to trust God and hold fast to our faith. Never give up praying. And when you pray, keep alert and be thankful. Colossians 4:2, CEV Be persistent and devoted to prayer, being alert and focused in your prayer life with an attitude of thanksgiving. Amp

Prayer Champions, our response to the coronavirus and all that is happening around us is to pray! Never in all of our life have we ever seen anything like this. But, we will not panic, we will not cast away our confidence, and we will not fear. Instead, we put all of our concerns on the altar and ask for God's help. Because God loves us, we do not face this pandemic alone. With God’s love, we are equipped to meet each new day and the challenges they bring. This love is so full and complete that we have the authority to go boldly to the throne of grace to obtain mercy.
Re-Broadcast - Prayer Champions, God has granted us the privilege to declare the things we want in our lives! Making faith declarations are acts of confidence and trust that says no matter the circumstances in our lives, we know that God has heard our prayers and will bless our lives with abundance. God has given us the tools through the Holy Word to stand upon the promises found in the bible and claim them for our lives today. We have faith in God therefore we speak it aloud to release it in our lives!
Prayer Champions, prophetic prayer is prompted by the Holy Spirit. Often it comes to warn us of danger, to guide us when we need direction, or to give clarification when there is confusion. Prophetic prayer allows us to seek God before we make hasty decisions or when we face challenges that seem too big to handle. Often times, this type of prayer will bring peace in the midst of a storm and serves to remind us that God is with us and will never leave us. With God for us, who can stand against us as we ask our Savior to heal our land!
(John 4:23, NKJV) We express our adoration of The LORD in worship through our passionate prayers, perpetual praise, and prophetic preaching of the Word of GOD. (1 Thessalonians 5:17, Psalm 34:1, 2 Timothy 4:2) In obedience to The Great Commission we send forth our broadcast to make disciples of all nations and in remembrance of our LORD’S passion we join together in Holy Communion. (Matthew 28:19, Luke 22:19)
Prayer Champions, we have forgiveness from God for all of our mistakes and sin if we ask for it. We repent or make the decision to stop doing the things we know are wrong and God will wipe the slate clean. We are no longer guilty and there is no condemnation. This means that our prayers will not be hindered because we come to God with clean hands and pure motives. We have the assurance that God loves us and will not forsake us. This prayer is a vehicle we can use to affirm our fresh start!

Because God loves us, we can stand on the promises in the Holy Word that bestows upon us favor, honor, deliverance, peace, comfort, joy, and victory in every situation. God does not change his mind about whom he chooses and blesses. Romans 11:29, GNT. Finally, brethren, farewell (rejoice)! 2 Corinthians 13:11, AMPLIFIED Classic,
Prayer Champions, while we are waiting for things to manifest in our lives or for our next ministry assignment, we must remain steadfast in our commitment to God. We resist the urge to give up or to become discouraged. Instead, we continue to press onward. "But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired." Prayer Champions, like so many of you, I was stunned to hear of the helicopter crash on Sunday that ended the lives of 9 people. My heart went out to the families and loved ones who are now grieving. When we are rendered speechless, searching for the words to adequately express the pain and sorrow in my heart while at the same time expressing hope, we have to turn to scripture and pray. Today we pray for the families of Kobe & Giana Bryant, John, Kerri & Alyssa Altobelli, Sarah & Payton Chester, Christina Mauser, and Ara Zobayan.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, NKJV,
These topics in The Precious Prize of Office Politics and Frienemies deal with a range of harmful emotions. A Frienemy is someone who is not really your friend but not quite your enemy. Envy is a painful or resentful awareness of an advantage enjoyed by another joined with a desire to possess the same advantage. (Dictionary.com) Jealousy is not limited to romantic relationships, jealousy can also arise among siblings competing for parental attention, among co-workers, or in friendships. (Psychology Today) These discussions share ideas about how we should handle it should we encounter these types of unpleasant situations.
The Precious Prize Book Discussions are interviews with ‘The 12’ who each talk about one of the topics or challenges encountered in the plot. Joya is our central character who embarks upon a roller coaster week of self-discovery. She has mysteriously suffered each year with acute sadness for the entire month of June. To find her answers, she must confront the demons of her past and examine her faith in the Lord. She is forced to take a closer look at her marriage, her career, and where life is leading her. By the end of the week, Joya is a wealthy woman with a brand new direction for her life! The topics covered are; Adultery & Marriage, Depression in Christians, Counseling and Therapy, Office Politics, Friends and Frienemies, Tragedy and Gun Violence, Money & Debt, Secrets in Relationships, Generational Curses, Travel, Dreams & Interpretations, and Workplace Romances.
Some have become discouraged because life has happened and it seems that the enemy has snuck in and stolen many of our blessings. Some are struggling each month to make ends meet to meet the financial obligations of paying for the basic needs of rent or mortgage, food, clothing, transportation, and everything it takes to successfully run a household. Others are dealing with healthcare issues, doctor’s visits, the high cost of daily medications and other complications brought about due to illness. There are some who have lost jobs and never recovered because the company downsized, or got rid of all of its older workforces. Still, others have lost homes or suffered damage due to weather catastrophes and have to rebuild. And the list goes on. That’s why today, we are praying the Prosperity Prayer. Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. 3 John 1;2, NKJV
Prayer Champions, we must each examine our own heart. We understand that loving God is the First thing and the most important thing we can do to serve God! We are talking about the noun and verb form of the word love. It is an active word and requires action on our part. This love that we have for God is an intense feeling of deep affection. It is not passive, nor is it strictly emotional, but it is our active response in faithfulness to God. The bible teaches us that out of the heart flows the issues of life, good or the bad. That’s why we must love God with our entire heart, not half-hearted, but wholeheartedly. The heart is the seat of life and the central place of emotion, will, and intentions! The Dictionary of theological terms defines agape or the highest form of love as a primary characteristic of GOD. This love is the supreme expression of Christian faith and action. Love as a noun means we can describe it and observe it. The beauty of it is we can also see it in action. Love is the greatest thing we can do. Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. Matthew 22:37 - 38, NKJV
Prayer Champions, It is very important that we put on the whole armor of God this year! We do not want to be deceived or carried away by false visions or feel-good proclamations! We want to know the truth. Ephesians 6:10 says, Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. NKJV. In God's Word Translation it reads, Finally, receive your power from the Lord and from his mighty strength. This verse reminds us that we need God’s help as we face the challenges in our lives today. We are engaged in spiritual warfare and must never forget it. The objective is to defeat us. But remember, the battle is not ours. It belongs to the Lord. As Prayer Champions, we will pray in the Spirit in every situation. We will use every kind of prayer and request there is. As Prayer Champions, we will pray without ceasing and watch God make all thing new on our behalf.
We are celebrating our 4th Anniversary worshipping online each first Sunday evening with the homebound and those without church homes for the past four years! We are so grateful for the faithful listeners and praise God for those who have made this an international broadcast! (John 4:23, NKJV) We express our adoration of The LORD in worship through our passionate prayers, perpetual praise, and prophetic preaching of the Word of GOD. (Matthew 28:19, Luke 22:19)
Prayer Champions, I want to encourage you! Do not cast away your confidence. Despite everything we see around us, we have crossed over to a brand new decade. 2020 is The Year of Precision Vision! We must be grateful that we have our lives and that things are as well as they are! We can thank and praise God that not only will we see in the natural, but God is granting us the supernatural anointing that conveys precisely the revelation for our lives. We can see clearly and will not be deceived if we continue to trust God and pray for the correct and unflawed directions for our paths. This is the year to pray for guidance and not to lean on our own understanding. This is the time to acknowledge God in all of our ways. This is the year that we forgo indecision, instead, we walk with perfect vision, precision vision, 20/20 vision as we sharpen our prayer lives to accurately address the areas in our personal lives that need prayer. if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14, NKJV
Prayer Champions, trust God! God wants us to have unmovable faith and confidence in His ability and willingness to provide for us. We are not to be choked by the cares of the world and plagued by anxiety and fear about what we do not have. Worry is the opposite of faith and causes one to fret about problems that seem impossible rather than grasping GOD’S divine care. Matthew 6:27a states, “And can any of you by worrying add a single hour to your span of life?...”* Not only is worry unproductive, but worry takes one’s focus away from serving GOD and places it squarely on oneself. Worry is a waste of energy that accomplishes nothing but unbelief, doubt and fear. Worry places undo stress upon the body which can lead to all types of physical and mental health issues. Additionally, worry can rob one of much needed rest causing acute bouts of insomnia. From this point forward, let’s live an anxiety-free life! JESUS said, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
Prayer Champions, God wants us to lay aside every weight so that we may run the race set before us with patience. We let God release us and set us free from bondage. Our days of oppression and dishonor are over. We accomplished this through times of intimate and passionate prayer. We always seek God in prayer about every decision in our lives; then we obediently follow God's leading. At every fork in the road and every twist of fate, we trust God. Because we abide in the Lord and devote ourselves to studying the Word, God releases us to walk in new levels of fullness, prosperity, celebration, and joy. As Prayer Champions, we are now entitled to enjoy certain privileges and are empowered to succeed in Christ. We can rest assured that God will prosper us and elevate us. With God’s help, our lives will move forward much better than they are going thus far. "...pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much." James 5:16b, NKJV
Prayer Champions, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, God keeps His promises! Once God says it, it will happen! God is not slack concerning His promises and cannot lie. Once God decrees a blessing, we are truly blessed. The coming of CHRIST changed everything for the world because Christ being born and giving his life for us is a blessing for all of humanity and the foundation of our Hope! We now have the abundant blessings of salvation, redemption, eternal life, everlasting love, joy unspeakable, perfect peace, divine favor, and so much more! Prayer Champions, we can sing joy to the world because no matter what it looks like, we are blessed. "And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God." Luke 1:35, NKJV
Thanks be to God Prayer Champions! We have the victory! Whether it is trouble on the horizon, sickness, bad news, catastrophe, or any other situation, we must not allow anything to shake our faith. Prayer Champions, we must be unwavering, unfaltering, and persistent in our faith. We must remain strong and committed to our faith in God that every problem can be solved if we take it to Our Lord in prayer. We can cast our care upon God with the full assurance that He cares for us. Prayer Champions, we can turn to Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith for help. “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to God’s will, God hears us. And if we know that God hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked.” 1 John 5:14-15, NIV
Prayer Champions, we must declare that we are indeed blessed and highly favored of the Lord! Based on our intimate relationship with God derived from the promises in the Bible, we know that God hears our prayers and will grant our petitions as we walk uprightly before the Lord. Where the SPIRIT of the LORD is, there is liberty and emancipation from bondage. The enemy is defeated. JESUS broke the chains of injustice, got rid of exploitation against HIS chosen, and has canceled the debt of sin. We are deeply loved for all eternity. Because the LORD our GOD has blessed us, we will be blessed wherever we go. GOD will answer us before we call; and while we are still talking to GOD about our needs, HE will go ahead and answer our prayers. ! Remember as we pray today that God is not slack concerning HIS promises and will keep us far from oppression. GOD will rejoice over each of us to do us good! Prayer Champions, GOD will not allow any weapon against us to prosper! GOD will open doors for us!
Prayer Champions, we meet at midnight for urgent prayer. We do not have to face our troubles alone. We must never allow anything to keep us from seeking GOD in prayer. There is nothing too great; nothing too enormous; nothing too colossal or nothing too terrible for prayer. There is also nothing too dreadful or distressing; nothing too awkward or embarrassing; nothing too shocking or appalling and nothing too insignificant to take to our GOD. If it concerns you and me, it concerns GOD.“Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.” Psalm 37:3-5, NKJV
Let's Celebrate and Worship in this season of Advent!
Sometimes Prayer Champions, we need to take the time to tell God all of the things that are on our hearts. We changed the format to spend the entire broadcast in prayer. At John 5:7 (NKJV) we read, If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. The CEV puts it this way, Stay joined to me and let my teachings become part of you. Then you can pray for whatever you want, and your prayer will be answered. At 1 John 5:14-15, NKJV we read, Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. Let us pray with confidence and get ready for the blessings of God to overtake us!
As Prayer Champions, we pray for our churches throughout the world. Therefore, we will come boldly to the Throne of Grace to obtain mercy and to make our request known! Our prayers do arouse God's attention because they come from a place of faith, sincerity, humility, and love. “Faith is the assurance of things you have hoped for, the absolute conviction that there are realities you’ve never seen. 2 It was by faith that our forebears were approved. 3 Through faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God; everything we now see was fashioned from that which is invisible.” Hebrews 11:1 -3, VOICE
Prayer Champions, Keep Praying! I will exalt you, Lord, for you rescued me. You refused to let my enemies triumph over me. O Lord my God, I cried to you for help, and you restored my health. You brought me up from the grave, O Lord. You kept me from falling into the pit of death. Sing to the Lord, all you godly ones! Praise his holy name. For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime! Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning. Psalm 30:1-5, NLT
Meet me at midnight Prayer Champions for prayer that arouses God's attention! Prayer and praise at midnight bring about supernatural results immediately, at once and without delay! By praying and praising God at midnight for whatever we need in our lives, we take our authority declaring the end of the captivity of a number of things in our lives, and we start our new day standing on the promises God has granted us. "And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them! And suddenly there was a great earthquake so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed." Acts 16:25-26, NKJV
Join me and Special Guest John M. Williams in prayer! Prayer Champions, it is important to have prayer partners who can unite with you in prayer as you seek God's face for your concerns. Prayer Champions,’ you are a part of an intercessory network of people who are fearless, daring, resolute, and steadfast in fervent prayer. There are others just like you who are praying for those in their circle of influence. As intercessors, it is essential that we pray for our loved ones by name. Husbands pray for your wives and wives pray for your husbands. Parents pray for your children and children pray for your parents. Siblings pray for each other. “Again I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever [anything and [a]everything] they may ask, it will come to pass and be done for them by My Father in heaven.” (Matthew 18:19 Amplified)
God responded immediately and delivered Paul and Silas who were praying and praising at midnight. The enemies around them had to treat them kindly. So we follow their example by praying and praising God at midnight for whatever we need in our lives. We take our authority in the middle of the night because we are declaring the end of the captivity of a number of things in our lives, and we start our new day standing on the promises GOD has granted us. At midnight I will rise to give thanks to You, Because of Your righteous judgments. Psalm 119:62, NKJV
Let's enjoy our time in prayer with the Lord, Prayer Champions! When we talk about our God, we say that Our God is Awesome! Our God is Amazing! Our God is Wonderful and Omnipotent! But our God is so much more than that. And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose. Romans 8:28, Amplified
Many people are asleep at midnight, but Prayer Champions, we have decided to come together at midnight to pray and to praise God. Looking at Act 16:25, we can read that at midnight, Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises to God! They had been beaten with rods that tore into their flesh, and held in the inner prison, with their feet in stocks, yet, at midnight, deep in the dungeon, and in the midst of their suffering they prayed and sang praises to God! James 5: 13 says, Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. Psalm 119:62 says, At midnight will I rise to give thanks unto thee. Prayer at Midnight brings about supernatural results!
When we talk about our God, we say that Our God is Awesome! Our God is Amazing! Our God is Wonderful and Omnipotent! But our God is so much more than that. A wrong attitude and failure to always love and trust GOD will hinder our praise. Praise is learning to speak the goodness of the LORD no matter what happens. When we understand the importance of praising the LORD there will be nothing that we cannot accomplish through HIM. Praise is also a verb and is something we must do. The Bible urges everything that has breath to praise the LORD. It is expressing warm approval, admiration or congratulation. It means to commend, to applaud, and to magnify. I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the Lord; The humble shall hear of it and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me, And let us exalt His name together.

Prayer Champions, I want you to consider yourselves writers. I want each of you to think about your life and the testimony of your life as the book you are writing. Based on what you feel right now, what would be the title of your book? What is the overall mood or theme of your book or your story! Is it uplifting, joyful, exciting, peaceful, dark, gloomy, hopeful, or loving? Are you thankful for your life with an attitude of gratitude? What about some of the wonderful places you have been and the great times you had. Are you thankful for God’s presence in your life? Do you recognize the times God rescued you and turned difficult situations in your favor? No matter the challenges, continue to give thanks daily. Do not allow one single act of kindness to go unacknowledged. Find the hidden blessing in everything you encounter. Not that I complain of want; for I have learned, in whatever state I am, to be content. Philippians 4:11, RSV
Prayer Champions, God wants us to have unmovable faith and confidence in HIS ability and willingness to provide for us. We are not to be choked by the cares of the world and plagued by anxiety and fear about what we do not have.
These short three-minute encouragement spots are designed as pick me ups for the listeners. Everyone needs encouragement from time to time. Encouragement will instill courage to reduce fear, perseverance to combat the urge to give up, confidence to heighten low self-efficacy, inspiration to resolve a lack of motivation, and finally hope to diminish pessimism for the future (Wong, 2015). Dr. Diana wants to inspire hope and confidence to her audiences that they have what it takes to confront the challenges they face and to pursue their full potential!
GOD’S everlasting Love towards us is so amazing, so abundant, so extravagant, and so tremendous! This is not an ordinary love, this is an extraordinary love! This is not the love of the natural human kind. No! This is a supernatural love of the heavenly kind. This is the greatest love! Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean GOD no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity? Of Course Not. GOD Loves us! The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee. Jeremiah 31:3, KJV.
Each first Sunday we worship with those who are homebound or without church homes! REBROADCAST. As Prayer Champions we must recognize that our time in prayer is a sweet and privileged time. It is a time of love and a time of intimacy with our Dear Lord and Mighty God. We can enter into GOD’S gates with thanksgiving, and into God's courts with praise. It is also a time of abundant blessings as we enter into the Holy realm of God's eternal presence. Today we will prepare ourselves to offer a prayer of deliverance. We will ask God for healing for our bodies, our emotions, our relationships and for our land. But before we ask for deliverance, as Prayer Champions, we understand that each type of prayer has a specific "rule" or set of principles that govern it. Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5 NLT
Re-Broadcast. At the point that we accept Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior, an entire group of gifts and rewards are accessible to each of us. From that point forward, Christ redeemed us, and we are never again to travel through life alone. The act of salvation as taught by the Bible defines God’s redemptive work of capturing what was lost and rendering it found, or gathering what was outside of God’s will to restore it to God’s will. The fact that faith in Christ produces this process is the mysterious plan designed and sanctioned by God. The scriptural promise of personal salvation as a gift from God is obtained through faith. “And because of Christ, all of us can come to the Father by the same Spirit. You Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens with everyone else who belongs to the family of God.” Ephesians 2:18, 19, CEV

After a horrific storm, we need to utilize strategic prayer tactics to combat feelings of fear, hopelessness, and utter despair. Prayer Champions, we need to continue to stand on the promises of God as we pray to bring about triumphant change. The greatest weapon believers own is the ability to employ faith-laced, fervent and continuous prayer. When we do our part of praying scripture promises to combat troubles, things can turn around holding the urge to panic at bay. Scripture promises are not to remind GOD about HIS word, rather they are to propel us into action. We have the authority to bind or forbid things on earth and those things are forbidden in Heaven. GOD authorizes us to lose or set free things on earth with the assurance that they will be released in Heaven. And when we don't know what to say, we don't cast away our confidence and hope because we have the Advocate on our side. “In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.” Romans 8:26 NIV.
As we start this brand new month, Prayer Champions we will continue to trust God! Despite the challenges and the things happening all around the world, our faith looks up to God. We are asking God to help us remain steadfast as Prayer Champions who offer effective, fervent prayers to supernaturally turn situations around, create mighty breakthroughs, and set free love, joy, and peace in abundance! May the Divine Favor of God surround each of us as a shield from this day forward, and may our lives be transformed to attract God's richest blessings as we continue to trust! “Let us, therefore, come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” (Hebrews 4:14, NKJV)
Happy Labor Day weekend! Enjoy the worship service from a previous broadcast at our new times! (7pm-EST, 6pm-CST, 4pm-PST).
ReBroadcast! Prayer Champions, whenever faced with troubling times, remember to find scripture assurances to stand upon. Today's 21 scriptures all full of God's grace, mercy, and faithfulness towards us. These scriptures also remind us to praise our way through as well. When praises go up, blessings will come down! The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you; Numbers 6:25, Amplified
Prayer Champions, Favor is more than good luck! Favor is good fortune, good will, and kindness many times coming in unexpected ways. It causes people to do nice things just to be helpful. The special authority we have as members of God’s family is favor that surrounds us as a protective shield. Unlike shields that people use in battle that can only protect a certain area in one direction at a time, favor from God surrounds us and protects on all sides at once. Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield. Psalm 5:12, NIV
Prayer Champions, I have been appointed to tell each of you under the sound of my voice, not to lose heart or become faint. God is perfecting those things that concern you because you are entering into a new season. God is rebuilding, remaking, and refreshing you. Don’t become stuck on what has happened in the past. Yesterday is gone, and God will help you to get over it. I’ve said these things to you so that you will have peace in me. In the world you have distress. But be encouraged! I have conquered the world.” John 16:33, CEB
Be Encouraged! (Matthew 28:19, Luke 22:19)
Prayer Champions, Your Family Matters! A woman’s family is held together by her wisdom, but it can be destroyed by her foolishness. Proverbs 14:1, CEV Godly wisdom brings meaning and enjoyment in life and guarantees success. Every person upon recognizing the limits of human knowledge should desire godly wisdom. Exercise your privilege now. Ask God for wisdom today! God promises to give it to anyone who asks. The commentary in the Message Bible’s introduction of Proverbs says, “Wisdom is the art of living skillfully in whatever actual conditions we ?nd ourselves.” Godly wisdom is necessary for every facet of a successful and prosperous life. It determines how we handle our personal and family relationships, ?nances, careers, and even how we cultivate emotions. Godly wisdom teaches us how to honor our bodies and guard our health. We also use wisdom to activate the promises and provisions of GOD. The wisdom that comes from heaven is pure, considerate, submissive, and full of good fruit. Heavenly wisdom loves peace and is impartial and full of mercy.
Prayer Champions, again, whenever faced with troubling times, remember to find scripture assurances to stand upon.
Every day for 3 weeks, find a scripture promise to declare and focus your prayers upon Prayer Champions! Remember, you have a sure foundation to stand upon no matter the circumstances or the situation you are confronting. The Bible promises, "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14, NKJV

REBROADCAST - Prayer Champions, they that wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Some of those on our prayer list are waiting for God's provision by way of jobs, income, and financial blessings. But God does not want us to be anxious or worried about anything. As we pray, the Lord can step in now and call forth the very thing needed along with the Divine connections to bless us above all that we can ask or think. We must remain steadfast and unmovable as we wait patiently fully expecting our deliverance to come. Let's ask for strength that comes from the Joy of the Lord so that we do not lose heart!
Prayer Champions, I wanted to share with you again the first 21 Days of Scripture Promises I used in a 90-Day Prayer Focus during a very intense and difficult time. Did you know that one of the benefits of being a child of God is the power and the authority we each have to decide what good things we will permit or release into our lives? You and I can definitely decide to let loose the blessing of wonderful things for our future. With every problem or care that we face we can always take it to God in prayer based on promises in the Word of God. Scripture assures me, ‘Because the Sovereign Lord helps me, I will not be disgraced. Therefore, I have set my face like a stone, determined to do His will. And I know that I will not be put to shame.” Isaiah 50.7, NLT
Re-Broadcast. Prayer Champions, what do you do when you are ready to go forth but obstacles are blocking your way? When things don't go as you have planned and you are in a static situation, waiting for progress or change. You are in a 'holding pattern' and need to pray while you wait.
Repeat Broadcast -To be strategic and intentional in our prayer life, we must be persistent and devoted to prayer. Prayer Champions, we must become proficient in different types and forms of prayer to fit the situation at hand. The extensive prayer dominion in which we flow may call for spiritual warfare to break strongholds and set the captive free. We must also know how to enlist others for additional power in agreement through prayer partnerships, triads, and circles. There may even be times to proclaim a fast for a particular petition, set a prayer focus or occasions when prophetic prayer is employed. Today, I want to talk about the power unleashed in agreement prayer. “Again I say to you, that if two [a]believers on earth agree [that is, are of one mind, in harmony] about anything that they ask [within the will of God], it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.” Matthew 18:19, AMP
When circumstances and situations in life cause us to be shocked, stunned, and sad; we don't give up Prayer Champions. We stand. We stand on the promises found in the word of God to bolster our confidence and feed our souls. We stand in faith knowing that God will never leave us nor will God ever forsake us. We are often troubled, but not crushed; sometimes in doubt, but never in despair; 9 there are many enemies, but we are never without a friend; and though badly hurt at times, we are not destroyed. 2 Corinthians 4:8-9, GNT
We celebrate Fathers with words of inspiration from Bishop Henry Joyner. We are a fellowship of Christian believers who love The LORD Our GOD with all of our heart, soul, and mind. This is a Rebroadcast! Prayer Champions, enjoy this prayer as we practice contentment in serving our Lord! God is not unfair. He will not forget the work you did or the love you showed for him in the help you gave and are still giving to other Christians. Hebrews 6:10, GNT
This is a re-broadcast. Prayer Champions, do you know how much God loves us? Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Think how much the Father loves us. GOD loves us so much that he lets us be called his children, as we truly are. For GOD has said, “I will never [under any circumstances] desert you [nor give you up nor leave you without support, nor will I in any degree leave you helpless], nor will I forsake or let you down or relax My hold on you [assuredly not]!” Hebrews 13:5b, AMP, Don’t be discouraged or grow weak from fear! The Lord your God wins victory after victory and is always with you. GOD celebrates and sings because of you, and GOD will refresh your life with his love.” The Lord has promised: Your sorrow has ended, and you can celebrate, Zephaniah 3:16 -17, CEV
Prayer champions, while we wait for things to improve in our lives, we pray because we know the power of calling upon scriptural promises to bring about triumphant change. The greatest weapon believers own is the ability to employ faith-laced, fervent and continuous prayer. When we do our part of praying scripture promises to combat troubles, things can turn around holding disaster at bay. Scripture promises are not to remind God about His word, rather they are to propel us into action. We have the authority to bind or forbid things on earth and those things are forbidden in Heaven. God authorizes us to set free things on earth with the assurance that they will be released in Heaven. “Truly I tell you, whatever you forbid and declare to be improper and unlawful on earth must be what is already forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit and declare proper and lawful on earth must be what is already permitted in heaven” Matthew 18:18 Amplified Our prayer affirms our confidence that everything that GOD allows in our life will work together for our good.

We celebrate Mothers and Motherhood during this worship service. In our appreciation for our Mothers, Grandmothers, Godmothers, Mothers-in-law, and those who have nurtured us as mothers, Guest Preacher Pastor Dana Taft, teaches about mercy and how we can apply it to our lives today! Prayer Champions, we shall refuse to waste our time by dwelling on past mistakes, rehashing old hurts and crying over missed opportunities of the past. Those days are gone and cannot be recaptured. We repent and will use our new freedom to change the toxic things in our present circumstances. In addition, we shall no longer allow fear to paralyze our movement towards a promising future. Starting from this very moment we choose to adjust our outlook, to focus on pleasant things, and to jubilantly embrace the abundant life we now create for ourselves! Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.” Psalm 37:3-5, NKJV
During Holy Week let's remember the sacrifice Jesus made for us. We are now accepted in the beloved because of Calvary! Later, Jesus knew that everything had been done. To make the Scriptures come true he said, “I am thirsty.”[a] 29 There was a jar full of sour wine there, so the soldiers soaked a sponge in it. They put the sponge on a branch of a hyssop plant and lifted it to Jesus’ mouth.30 When he tasted the wine, he said, “It is finished.” Then he bowed his head and died. John 19:28-30, ERV
As Prayer Champions, we need to stand in the gap for our pastors. There are men and women of God who are true to their calling and need our support. We shall ask for God's divine favor to surround our pastors as protective shields to rebuke deception, hurt, and tragedy. "Some of us have been given special ability as apostles; to others he has given the gift of being able to preach well; some have special ability in winning people to Christ, helping them to trust him as their Savior; still others have a gift for caring for God’s people as a shepherd does his sheep, leading and teaching them in the ways of God." Ephesians 4:11, TLB
We thank the Lord for another 1st Sunday Worship Service as we celebrate what Easter means to us this month! (John 4:23, NKJV) We express our adoration of The LORD in worship through our passionate prayers, perpetual praise, and prophetic preaching of the Word of GOD. (Matthew 28:19, Luke 22:19)
The Bible assures us that all the promises of GOD are yes and amen! GOD made great and marvelous promises so that HIS nature would become ours too. The promise is to us and to our children and to all who are afar off, as many as the LORD our GOD will call. As we honor GOD, GOD transforms us, is kind to us and will allow us to live in perfect peace! GOD gives us the power as we invite THE HOLY SPIRIT to live within us and change us from within. This is a time of blessing, favor and unspeakable joy! At Isaiah 43:19a, “Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it?”
Sometimes we can receive bad news and the very thing we did not want to happen, happens. That’s when we need a turnaround prayer. A prayer that takes a bad situation and turns it around to bring about a blessing. The Bible gives us examples of situations and circumstances again and again of seemingly hopeless situations when GOD makes a way out of no way and provisions when there seems that provisions are out of reach. Let us hold on tightly to our confession of hope, without being diverted; the one who announced the message to us is trustworthy! Hebrews 10:23, NTE
God is Able! Remember, God has not given us the spirit of fear, but one that produces love, power, and a sound mind. Troubling times are not battles that any of us need to fight on our own. We have been given the gift of the HOLY SPIRIT. He is our advocate and defender. If it concerns you and me, it concerns GOD.
Have you ever had a dream that caused you to wake up with feelings of foreboding or anxiety about the future? Did you ever dream of someone and feel as if they were in imminent danger and needed to be warned? What about dreams that made you feel sad, or afraid or angry, or any to cause you to wake up weeping? Prayer Champions, sometimes as intercessory prayers God will prompt us to pray for someone based on a message or impression we receive in our dreams. Prophetic Prayer is praying is that is prompted by God and accomplished with the help of the Holy Spirit. Sometimes God will send a warning through dreams, or impressions. We are not to react in fear or alarm, but as Prayer Champions we are to respond with a prayer of bold faith. The dreams may appear fuzzy or unclear about what things may mean. Perhaps all you can recall is who was in the dream and the emotions that surfaced from the dream. Whatever the situation, as the people prompted by God to intercede on behalf of others, we need the Holy Spirit to speak to our hearts.
Prayer Champions, even though there are consequences for disobeying God, we serve a merciful and loving God full of grace, and that grace is unmerited or undeserved favor granted to us. When we are in trouble we are to pray. We pray acknowledging that we were wrong. Most of the time the trouble we are in may have come based upon our own actions or non-actions, some of the relationships we have, or a direct consequence of pure disobedience. We must not sugar coat it. Instead, we must admit it. Prayer Champions, indeed there are consequences for disobeying GOD, but there are so many more blessings for obeying God.
March's worship is all about serving the Lord in obedience. (John 4:23, NKJV) We express our adoration of The LORD in worship through our passionate prayers, perpetual praise, and prophetic preaching of the Word of GOD. (Matthew 28:19, Luke 22:19)
Without hope, the heart would break. By recalling to mind the faithfulness of GOD, hope comes and gives the courage to look to the future! Whatever hard things we suffer, we must never entertain any hard thoughts of God! His compassion never ends. It is only the Lord’s mercies that have kept us from complete destruction Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. Lamentations 3: 22-23,NKJV
Our faith assures us that God will allow things to work together for our good.
GOD loves you! GOD cares about everything you are experiencing in your life. I want to share some scriptures with you first to usher you into a time of intimacy wherein you can bask in GOD’S love. I want you to know beyond a shadow, how much, how deeply, how immensely and permanently GOD loves you, and each of us! This is holy and ecstatic love that is far superior to any type of human romance. This mystical love GOD has for us will never fade away! It transcends death, goes beyond the grave and transports us to the heavenliest of heaven where nothing can ever harm us! How do I know? Just listen to the reassurances found in GOD’S Holy Word. "The Lord appeared to us in the past. He said, “I have loved you with a love that lasts forever. I have kept on loving you with a kindness that never fails." Jeremiah 31:3, NIV
The theme for the month of February is LOVE! Today I want to talk about GOD’S everlasting Love towards us! GOD’s love for us is so amazing, so abundant, so extravagant, and so tremendous that at John 3:16 we read, that GOD so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes on him will not perish but will have everlasting life! GOD’S love for us is so Infinite and Magnificent that it comes with blessings! (John 4:23, NKJV) We express our adoration of The LORD in worship through our passionate prayers, perpetual praise, and prophetic preaching of the Word of GOD. Prayer Champions we will use music as a strategy to encourage, inspire, and uplift our spirits in preparation for prayer. We want to enter into a posture of worship with unrestrained joy. Joy is a spiritual practice and decision.

Welcome special guest, Myrtice Robinson from Orlando, FL. She is the Founder and President of the Christian Reading Tea Society Ministry, Inc. She is here to tell us all about a special day of prayer they are organizing! Sunday, January 20th will be a special day of prayer for youth and young adults the world over. Hebrews 4:16 invites us to, therefore, come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. We can come boldly, not because we deserve it, but because GOD is so good, so gracious, and GOD lovingly forgives us. We must ask, sincerely repent, no matter what we have done, and don’t do it again. Scripture tells us at 2 Chronicles 7:14 "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land."
It is the 3rd Anniversary of Adore The LORD Online Christian Fellowship! Three years ago, when we started the first worship service, it was with the purpose of providing an opportunity to serve those who are homebound or without church homes. Our broadcast is international with faithful listeners who are indeed worshipping our God in spirit and in truth! We are a fellowship of Christian believers who love The LORD Our GOD with all of our heart, soul, and mind. (Matthew 22:37, NKJV) In obedience to The Great Commission we send forth our broadcast to make disciples of all nations and in remembrance of our LORD’S passion, we join together in Holy Communion. (Matthew 28:19, Luke 22:19)

Prayer Champions, we re-broadcast the teachings on the prayer shut-in. Hebrews 10:24 makes suggestions for our conduct and says, And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works. But some cannot do this because we have been wounded, and hurt. We cannot love as we ought because our hearts are scarred or we have built walls of defense around them vowing never to let anyone close enough to ever hurt us again! We have to change and we can ask GOD to help us! We can go to GOD in prayer when we are suffering and confronted with emotional pain. We can find scriptures that we can declare as seek GOD’S face when we are in pain. As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us. As a father pities his children, So the Lord pities those who fear Him. Psalm 103:12-13, NKJV
Today it is with great joy and thanksgiving that I come to you on this first Sunday in December and first Sunday of the Advent Season. I’m Pastor Diana R. Williams and it is my pleasure to serve Adore The Lord Online Christian Faith Community! We are a fellowship of Christian believers who love The LORD Our GOD with all of our heart, soul, and mind according to Matthew 22:37. Our mission is to worship The LORD Our GOD in Spirit and in Truth, broadcasting over the airwaves with those who are homebound or without church homes. Come let us adore the Lord in true worship!
Prayer Champions did you know that there is power in being thankful! The thankful person who is praying, or the person who prays with a thankful heart, is a person who prays with an attitude of gratitude and a spirit of appreciation. Prayer Champions we must recognize that God is good and God has been good to us. 1 Thessalonians 5:18, NKJV, “ in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
Prayer Champions, we are deeply loved! But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8, NKJV For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8: 38-39, NKJV
We pray without ceasing in every situation we encounter. Many see prayer as weak, spineless and the last resort of out-of-touch people in over their heads. I beg to differ. Prayer is the very first tactic of powerful, resourceful people living in the favor of GOD. Prayer allows mere humans to transcend the supernatural and contend with the forces of evil. Prayer champions know the secrets of calling upon scriptural promises to bring about triumphant change. “Truly I tell you, whatever you forbid and declare to be improper and unlawful on earth must be what is already forbidden in heaven, and whatever you permit and declare proper and lawful on earth must be what is already permitted in heaven” Matthew 18:18 Amplified
Today, I want to talk to you about the times that may cause each of us to feel less than victorious. Let me ask you, how do you handle those emotions? When you feel vulnerable, overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, or sad, what are the ways you confront those feelings? Emotions have a physical component, a psychological component, and a behavioral component. Emotions govern what we do, say, and even what we think. Emotions should serve us and help us make quality decisions. Unfortunately, sometimes emotions can cause us to react instead of responding rationally to a given situation. I’ve said these things to you so that you will have peace in me. In the world you have distress. But be encouraged! I have conquered the world.” John 19:33, CEB
As many go out to the polls today, we pray for God's blessings. Be a good citizen. All governments are under God. Insofar as there is peace and order, it’s God’s order. So live responsibly as a citizen. If you’re irresponsible to the state, then you’re irresponsible with God, and God will hold you responsible. Duly constituted authorities are only a threat if you’re trying to get by with something. Decent citizens should have nothing to fear. Romans 13:2, Message.

(1 Thessalonians 5:17, Psalm 34:1, 2 Timothy 4:2) In obedience to The Great Commission we send forth our broadcast to make disciples of all nations and in remembrance of our LORD’S passion we join together in Holy Communion. I urge you today Prayer Champions! Have faith in GOD! JESUS said if we ask the FATHER anything in HIS name, it will be given to us! Mark 11:22-23, NKJV, So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. 23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. We can believe that we receive the things we prayed for by releasing most holy faith. We pray for the love; power and the sound mind God has granted each of us!.
Nevertheless, not my will, but Your will be done, Lord! We go with our whole soul to God, all of our affection, all of our mind, all of our memory, all of our passion, hopes, fears and all of our faith. We will not be denied, it must come to pass we have the holy boldness to say, I will not let you go until you bless me! This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to God’s will, God hears us. 1And if we know that God hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked. 1 John 5:14-15, NIV. Never give up praying. And when you pray, keep alert and be thankful. Colossians 4:2, CEV
While we are waiting for God to move on our behalf, we pray! Prayer Champions, the Bible assures us that all the promises of God are yes and amen! God made great and marvelous promises so that God's nature would become ours too. The promise is to us and to our children and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call. As we honor God, God transforms us, is kind to us and will allow us to live in perfect peace! GOD gives us the power as we invite The Holy Spirit to live within us and change us from within.
Prayer Champions, God wants us to understand His holy word and how to apply it to our lives. God also wants us to have healthy relationships with others and enjoy our lives to the fullest. God grants us the spirit of discernment so that we will not be deceived but can walk in the center of His will for us! A right relationship with God will help us to develop right relationships with others. By the leading of the Holy Spirit, we will be able to make wise decisions about every area of our lives. “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Proverbs 4:7, KJV
Join us for October's Worship Service! We are a fellowship of Christian believers who love The LORD Our GOD with all of our heart, soul, and mind. (Matthew 22:37, NKJV)

I know what it means to lack, and I know what it means to experience overwhelming abundance. For I’m trained in the secret of overcoming all things, whether in fullness or in hunger. And I find that the strength of Christ’s explosive power infuses me to conquer every difficulty. Philippians 4:13, TPT So there’s a secret for overcoming all things? Prayer Champions the Voice translations puts it this way, I can be content in any and every situation through the Anointed One who is my power and strength. Voice
So then is contentment, learning to be content, or gratified, pleased, comforted, and gladdened, in Christ Jesus the answer? When we pray about the things we must face, the challenges we must confront, the problems we have to solve, and sometimes the crises that occur in our lives, can we be content that God has the situation hand and will help us? Can we cast those cares on the altar and leave them there? Today's broadcast helps us pray, I can do it!
After the storm – be encouraged and thankful for your life! You have survived! And despite what has happened, GOD longs to bless you still. Although catastrophe and chaos may seem to abound in every direction, a ray of hope is always present. Although your natural life may be altered by the weather disasters, you can embrace a more powerful spiritual life and start to build something brand new. If you already believe, do not cast away your confidence. God has not abandoned you. From this moment forward, live your life under GOD’S protection and securely within the family of believers. Let your faith grow! Don’t be afraid of what lies ahead. Speak words of love, joy, and peace over your life! Be thankful for even the small things and wonderful acts of kindness that will begin to show up for you! Expect GOD’S favor to perfect those things which concern you! “Don't be afraid. I have rescued you. I have called you by name; now you belong to me. When you cross deep rivers, I will be with you, and you won't drown.” Isaiah 43 1&2 CEV

Some situations are so acute we cannot carry on business as usual. Look at the example that Jesus gives us in the 6th chapter of Luke. Jesus had healed the man with the withered hand on the Sabbath day, therefore, the Scribes and Pharisees got indignant. At Luke 6: 11-12, And they were filled with madness, and communed one with another what they might do to Jesus. And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God. The Living Bible puts it this way, At this, the enemies of Jesus were wild with rage and began to plot his murder. – Make no mistake about it, they were his enemies, and they wanted to kill Jesus! If Jesus had to pull away, shut in and pray all night, in a life or death situation, we might have to as well.
As prayer champions, we have decided to spend this entire month thanking and praising the Lord in Prayer for all of the wonderful blessings in our lives! When we enter into the praise of our LORD, either alone or corporately, it is like being taken up to a high place in the LORD. High above everything and everyone around us. Our hearts become fixed on GOD with a heavenly glow resting upon our countenance. So wrapped up in the radiance of the LORD, we can quickly make my way out of sadness, gloom, and disappointment!
Happy Labor Day Weekend! Let's worship the Lord and give thanks together. God is great and greatly to be praised!
Prayer is the very first tactic of powerful, resourceful people living in the favor of GOD. Prayer allows mere humans to transcend the supernatural and contend with the forces of evil. Prayer champions know the secrets of calling upon scriptural promises to bring about triumphant change. Our prayer affirms our confidence that everything that GOD allows in our life will work together for our good. We then respond by loving HIM with all of our heart, mind and soul acknowledging that if He never does anything else for us, we are already blessed to be in the kingdom. HIS HOLY SPIRIT frames our prayers to coincide with GOD’S purpose for our life. “In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.”
To be strategic and intentional in our prayer life, we must be persistent and devoted to prayer. “19 “Again I say to you, that if two [a]believers on earth agree [that is, are of one mind, in harmony] about anything that they ask [within the will of God], it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.” Matthew 18:19, AMP
As school start all over the country, we continue in prayer for our schools. We pray for every Student - K-12, college & university – as well as, teachers, principals, school staff, aides, cafeteria workers, school counselors, school nurses, janitors, bus drivers, office personnel, and librarians. We also pray for school administrators, from the superintendents and all cabinet members, who govern and run school system, school board members and volunteers. We ask that God’s favor be upon the school buildings and facilities, and college campus surrounding them with a protective shield.
Today as many are preparing for the start of another academic year, let’s pray for our schools and college campuses. First, we pray for students, teachers, principals, school staff, aides, cafeteria workers, school counselors, school nurses, janitors, bus drivers, office personnel, and librarian. We also pray for administrators; from the superintendents and all cabinet members, who govern and run school systems as well as school board members and volunteers. Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. 1 John 5:14-15, NKJV
We celebrate the start of a new school year and dedicate tonight's worship service to students starting and returning to class!
On today's broadcast, we examine the outcome of a group of women who met each sabbath for prayer!
Jesus told his disciples at Matthew 18:20, For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them, NKJV Prayer groups can have a start and stop date, be created around a purpose or an event, or function as an extension of a ministry. Prayer groups can meet as an ongoing established event or be called to address a specific problem. And on the Sabbath day, we went out of the city to the riverside, where prayer was customarily made; and we sat down and spoke to the women who met there. Acts 16:13, NKJV
One of the ways we can increase our accountability and power is with the help of a prayer partner. I urge each of you to make sure to have prayer partners in your life. There is power released in agreement! In this manner, we are verbalizing the thing we want from God, and we ask our partner to stand in agreement with us. By joining together with the request, we are calling forth the very object that we desire by faith. I promise that when any two of you on earth agree about something you are praying for, my Father in heaven will do it for you, Matthew 18:19, CEV
Prayer Champions, GOD is now moving to make things right for you! GOD is working behind the scenes to open doors in your behalf and to put many wonderful things in place for you! This does not mean that there is nothing left for you to do. Your part is to remain faithful in your prayer life. As you pray, start by acknowledging that GOD is your Heavenly Parent who hears you. Make sure that there is no doubt or fear blocking your requests. Lift your faith up to GOD and begin to thank GOD for the awesome power released in your behalf. JESUS said if you ask the FATHER anything in MY name, it will be given to you! Believe that you receive the things prayed for by releasing your most holy faith. “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will[b] ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.” John 15:7 NKJV
“Do not allow this world to mold you in its own image. Instead, be transformed from the inside out by renewing your mind. As a result, you will be able to discern what God wills and whatever God finds good, pleasing, and complete.” The Voice
In order to ReNew Your Mind, you must understand who you are and whose you are! You are no longer your own. You were bought with a price, and you now belong to the LORD. You are set apart and exist within the kingdom of GOD. This kingdom is where dominion, splendor, and glory belong to GOD. Dominion is control or sovereign rule over a territory, realm, or domain. It is power and authority over a sphere or in?uence. In the earthly sense, dominion is limited to speci?c areas or dimensions. The dimensions have boundaries of length, height, width, and breadth. The size or the span of earthly dominion is measured in girth and duration. In contrast, GOD’s dominion is supreme, immeasurable, everlasting, and in?nite. GOD’s dominion has no boundaries. It is limitless and far superior than mortal thought can imagine. It cannot be defeated and will not fail. This dominion is ascendant and surpasses all others in power or impact. It rises above all beings and in every situation.
Re-Broadcast! As Prayer Champions, we will pray today about the state of our Joy and Contentment. Since Joy is the second fruit of the Spirit, it is Divinely given to us as a gift to strengthen us and fill us with hope for the future. Joy comes right after love and just before peace. The significance of this trio of attributes or fruit – love, joy, and peace - is how they work together to help us thrive in our lives and move steadfastly forward with the remaining fruits of patience (longsuffering), kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. We can thus shout with the voice of triumph because our victory in Christ is assured.
God will heal our land! Adore The LORD Online Christion Faith Community, to grow in grace is to understand and appreciate the nature of the grace and the divine favor that is bestowed on the believer. Becoming a disciple is not based upon righteous works or personal goodness. Rather, it is the acceptance of the free gift of a brand new life as given by Jesus’ salvific work at Calvary and the grateful response of living a life fully submitted to God. Therefore Christian leaders must be intentional about the process of helping people grow in grace and the knowledge of Christ by drawing closer to God, nurturing their spirits, loving their neighbors, and fulfilling their purpose. Let's worship together as we grow in grace and ask God to heal us.
GOD is faithful to heal our land! (John 4:23, NKJV)
We express our adoration of The LORD in worship through our passionate prayers, perpetual praise, and prophetic preaching of the Word of GOD. Prayer Champions, at 2 Timothy 1:7, NKJV, we read, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” Therefore we must be strategic and intentional in our prayer life. We must also be persistent and devoted to prayer. The difference between the prayer warrior and the Prayer Champion is the extensive prayer dominion in which Prayer Champions flow. While spiritual warfare is a particular dimension of prayer that is needed to break strongholds and set the captive free, all prayer is not combative. Thus, Prayer Champions have become proficient in different types and forms of prayer to fit the situation at hand. Prayer Champions must know when to call upon others for additional power in agreement through prayer partnerships, triads, and circles. Additionally, there may be times to proclaim a fast for a particular petition or occasions when prophetic prayer is employed.
As Prayer Champions, we can choose to be full of Joy or joyful each day. Contentment flows from the joy decision. Philippians 4:11-13, NASB, Not that I speak from want, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need. I can do all things through Him who strengthens me. In order to make this statement, we may have to go to GOD in prayer for help. Sometimes when we are faced with challenges or what can be frightening news our decision to be joyful or our state of contentment may wane. We may be given in to the old habits of fear, anxiety, worry, frustration, or weariness from dealing with certain problems. It then becomes important for us to pray the scriptures:
As Prayer Champions, we are chosen by GOD to serve the LORD through our prayer lives. Not only do we pray about the things that concern us, be we pray for others as well. We submit ourselves to GOD and ask for pure motives, clean hearts, and Godly wisdom and discernment. “Like a refiner of silver he will sit and closely watch as the dross is burned away. He will purify the Levites, the ministers of God, refining them like gold or silver, so that they will do their work for God with pure hearts. Malachi 3:3, TLB. “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 1 Peter 1:9, NKJV
Footprints in the Sand – There are many versions of that allegory out there in Christendom as well as a number of artist renditions. But did you know that the poem is actually inspired from scripture at Deuteronomy Chapter1 when Moses reminded the children of Israel just before they were about to go to possesses the promised land that it was God that carried them through the wilderness. At Deuteronomy 1:31, NRSV, - and in the wilderness, where you saw how the Lord your God carried you, just as one carries a child, all the way that you traveled until you reached this place. In other words you didn’t make it on your own God carried you.
Celebrating fathers with our Online Faith Community! Chairman John M. Williams shares words of inspiration for fathers, grandfathers, godfathers, and all listeners about enjoying life! (John 4:23, NKJV) We express our adoration of The LORD in worship through our passionate prayers, perpetual praise, and prophetic preaching of the Word of GOD. We can read testimonies from the Old & New Testament about those who were sick and suffering in pain. From Job, Hezekiah, the Shunammite Woman’s Son, Lazarus, Peter’s Mother in Law and Dorcas, they all suffered in acute pain and needed healing. We must remember that there is nothing too hard for GOD. Even in pain, we can pray for deliverance for ourselves and as Prayer Champions, we can stand in the gap and pray for healing for someone else. Today as we pray for healing, we are going to use our authority to bind and loose. According to Matthew 18:18, We know “Assuredly, whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever we loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Therefore we are specifically asking for healing and binding physical pain by the authority we have through Christ. We Binding it through this prayer so that acute pain no longer torments us, and our loved ones.
As Prayer Champions we will come boldly to the Throne of Grace to obtain mercy and to make our request known!
"So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. 23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says." Mark 11:22-23, NKJV
Rebroadcast- Waiting on the Lord - We have the ability to call forth the things we need by simply asking for them in prayer. Prayer Champions, we must believe that GOD will prosper us and elevate us! We have no idea what the future will hold because no eye has seen, no ear heard, and no mind conceived what God has prepared for each of us. God will bless us abundantly! "They that wait on the YOU Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
When things threaten to overwhelm us and we Mothers are not quite sure how we should proceed, we must each decide to lay aside every weight of fear and anxiety and press on. We must never quit because the source of our strength is the joy of the LORD. Like JESUS, we must be passionate about GOD’S business and enjoy doing what GOD has called us to do! As we continue to learn the lessons of humility, kindness, selflessness and grow in our commitment of excellence in everything we do, know that we serve GOD by nurturing the babies, children, teenagers, young adults, and adults that see us as mother , godmother, foster mother, mother-in-law and grandmother. We must not shrink back from what GOD has planned for us even if it means taking tiny baby steps and making small victories. We keep moving forward because we now know that there is still much to accomplish! “As a mother comforts her child, so I will comfort you;” Isaiah 66:13, CEB
We Celebrate Motherhood with special guest preacher, Pastor Dana R. Taft from Oasis Church in Nashville TN. Special thanks to the mothers who served in worship, Keisha Olinger, Anita Moore, and Emojoy Brown. We are a fellowship of Christian believers who love The LORD Our GOD with all of our heart, soul, and mind. Lift your faith up to GOD and begin to thank GOD for the awesome power released in your behalf. “Your weeping during the night has ended. You are standing on the dawn of a new day.” GOD is your shield and your great reward. No good thing will HE withhold from you as you walk uprightly before HIM. The precious blood of JESUS redeemed your life from destruction. Do not be afraid, and do not cast away your con?dence.
We have a mighty SAVIOR who died for us and redeemed our lives. The good news is that GOD loves us so completely and lavishly that we never have to fear what is ahead of us. The transforming power of our LORD makes our lives brand-new. Prayer Champions, it will give us a fresh start, so that what used to hurt us loses its power to destroy our lives. The enemy of all righteousness has been defeated; therefore, our struggle is over. The battle belongs to GOD, and GOD ?ghts on our behalf. GOD sees the end from the beginning and knows about the things that trouble you. As we pray, we can rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying according to Romans 12:12.
As Prayer Champions, we will pray today about the state of our Joy and Contentment. Since Joy is the second fruit of the Spirit, it is Divinely given to us as a gift to strengthen us and fill us with hope for the future. Joy comes right after love and just before peace. We can thus shout with the voice of triumph because our victory in CHRIST is assured. "You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore." Psalm 16:11, NKJV
When Prayer Champions trust GOD, we will see all types of wonderful blessings occur in our lives and in the lives of our loved ones. We have learned to trust GOD even in difficult and perplexing times. We know that GOD is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and immutable. GOD who is the very essence of love actively cares about us! Through this time of prayer, we invite GOD to be involved in every area of our lives. "Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding." Proverbs 3:5, AMPC
Prayer Champions while waiting for prayers to be answered allow the Lord to renew your strength. Scripture reminds us at Isaiah 40:31, Classic Amplified Version, But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired. AMPLIFIED Classic. Therefore, Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And God shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord! Psalm 27:14, NKJV

Adore The LORD, OCFC. let's worship GOD this Resurrection Sunday with grateful hearts! We are a fellowship of Christian believers who love The LORD Our GOD with all of our heart, soul, and mind. Prayer Champions, Jesus prayed for you! "After Jesus had finished speaking to his disciples, he looked up toward heaven and prayed: Father, the time has come for you to bring glory to your Son, in order that he may bring glory to you. And you gave him power over all people, so that he would give eternal life to everyone you give him. Eternal life is to know you, the only true God, and to know Jesus Christ, the one you sent. I have brought glory to you here on earth by doing everything you gave me to do. Now, Father, give me back the glory that I had with you before the world was created." John 17: 1- 5, NKJV
To be strategic and intentional in our prayer life, we must be persistent and devoted to prayer. Today, I want to talk about the power unleased in agreement prayer. “19 “Again I say to you, that if two [a]believers on earth agree [that is, are of one mind, in harmony] about anything that they ask [within the will of God], it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.” Matthew 18:19, AMP
Enjoy the Rebroadcast of the Wait on the Lord Prayer. According to the Holy Scriptures we know that those who wait on the YOU Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Help us to remain steadfast and unmovable as we wait patiently fully expecting our deliverance to come. Strengthen us with YOUR Joy so that we do not lose heart. YOUR word assures us that our momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison no matter how it seems.
Prayer Champions, our weapons are faith laced, powerful prayer fueled by the Word of Almighty God. As Prayer Champions, there are scriptures upon which we stand when we are engaged in spiritual warfare. We should commit them to memory and include these promises in our warfare prayers. The scriptures are also excellent sources for self-encouragement when dealing with deception and betrayal. We should make declarations with them or post them in places where they can be seen on a regular basis for our spiritual fortification.“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9, NKJV) “The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.” (Deuteronomy 28:7, NKJV)
Greetings from Pastor Diana R. Williams! It is good to worship with each of you another first Sunday, especially in this season called Lent. Lent or the Lenten season is the period of forty week-days prior to Easter beginning on Ash Wednesday. It is the time that many Christians commemorate the sacrifice Jesus made on our behalf at Calvary through special prayers and other acts of devotion. Our mission is to worship The LORD Our GOD in Spirit and in Truth, broadcasting over the airwaves with those who are homebound or without church homes. (John 4:23, NKJV) In obedience to The Great Commission we send forth our broadcast to make disciples of all nations and in remembrance of our LORD’S passion we join together in Holy Communion. (Matthew 28:19, Luke 22:19)
Prayer Champions, we must be focused and determined as we make our specific requests known at the Throne of Grace. God wants us to have unmovable faith and confidence in His ability and willingness to help us. We are not to be choked by the cares of the world and plagued by anxiety and fear about the things we need. Throughout the Bible when situations occurred, prayer made the difference for the person praying. We are not to worry about our family’s well-being or for the provisions of food, clothing, shelter; etc., instead, we are to pray specifically about the thing needed. “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs, and don’t forget to thank God for His answers. If you do this, you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. God’s peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:6-7, TLB)
Hebrews 10:24 makes a suggestions for our conduct and says, And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works. But some cannot do this because we have been wounded, and hurt. We cannot love as we ought because our hearts are scarred or we have built walls of defense around them vowing never to let anyone close enough to ever hurt us again! We have to change and we can ask GOD to help us!
It’s Valentine’s Day and we are praying with special Guest Lavinia Marshall! We must remember to be tender with one another and to use gentle speech to encourage one another, pray for one another, and show compassions for others. Soft words can be a healing balm to soothe and to invoke the sure promises of God. When we put love in action, GOD can depend on us to care for one another.1 John 4:7-8, says, Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. NKJV
One of the strategies we use as Prayer Champions in troubling times is music. Studies suggests that certain melodies can figuratively transport someone out of despair to a place of joy, peace and tranquility. Some music even has the capacity to energize and restore confidence just by the cadence and combination of notes. With the understanding that people have an innate responsiveness to music, research has also shown that music with a strong beat can stimulate brain waves and provide an overall sense of wellbeing. Music can also help to bring meaningfulness and pleasure to delight the spirit. Like the soothing sound of cascading water trickling over rocks in a stream, one’s mood can be influenced and sustained by sound.
February’s Sermon - Love One Another - We need to ask ourselves, are we obeying the command to love one another? Are we patient with each other or do we find ourselves easily provoked? What about kindness? Do we tell our loved ones that we love them? Have they heard us say it to them recently? Husband, are you telling your wife daily that you love her? Wife, are you telling your husband daily that you love him? Parents, do you tell your children that you love them? Children, do you tell your parents you love them? Siblings, what about you? Do you say I love you to each other? How else will they know for certain that we still love them?A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this, all will know that you are My disciples if you have love for one another.” John 13:35-36, NKJV
Does God always answer our prayers? Or does God sometimes tell us no when we pray? What about when we pray for something, and it doesn’t happen? The scripture referenced above says if we ask anything according to God’s will, is that the Caveat? If that is the case, how do we know God’s will when we make our requests? Prayer Champions, let’s consider Jesus’ example when He prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane. As we read, we discover that Jesus was so sorrowful about the ordeal that He was soon to face that He took Peter, James, and John with Him and asked them to watch with Him. The three prayer times Jesus had with God gave Him the strength to go through what was ahead. Instead of asking for the cup to be removed, He was able to change His prayer and get His second petition granted. The ‘Nevertheless’ request was the petition that was of God’s will.“This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to God’s will, God hears us. And if we know that God hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked.” 1 John 5:14-15, NIV
As Prayer Champions, we will pray today about the state of our Joy and Contentment. Since Joy is the second fruit of the Spirit, it is Divinely given to us as a gift to strengthen us and fill us with hope for the future. Joy comes right after love and just before peace. The significance of this trio of attributes or fruit – love, joy and peace - is how they work together to help us thrive in our lives and move steadfastly forward with the remaining fruits of patience (longsuffering), kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. We can thus shout with the voice of triumph because our victory in CHRIST is assured. You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Psalm 16:11, NKJV

The prayer scripture for today is Philippians 4:6-7- Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
As Prayer Champions, we also have direct access to God. We do not have to ask someone else to speak to God for us. Because of the right standing we now have in the Kingdom, we can ask God directly with authority granted in Jesus’ name. “No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you. You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.” (John 15:15-16, NKJV)
Second Anniversary Celebration Worship Service! This Special Anniversary Celebration marks the completion of 2 years of broadcasting each first Sunday evening with those who are homebound or without church homes. GOD has been faithful to us and allowed us to share the good news each month without fail. Tonight, we as we enter our third year on the air, we are expecting Divine Fullness and greater manifestation of GOD’S anointing for each listener! LORD You are good and Your mercy endures forever. Be blessed indeed!
Today we are wiping the slate clean, as we start 2018! Before we start our 2018 Prayer, we must remember that we have a special relationship with God Almighty that gives each of us access to the glorious throne and the sacred altar of God. Therefore, we must make sure that there is nothing in our way to hinder our prayers for this entire year. First, we must make sure that if there are changes we need to make, that we do it now. We repent and ask GOD to change us. No matter the painful mistakes, erroneous actions, or periods of full ?edged rebellion, once repentance occurs, our slates are wiped cleaned. According to Jeremiah 29:11, we are assured of the plans GOD has for us!
Let’s finish the year strong! This is the last Prayer Champions’ broadcast of the year, therefore we must settle certain things before we start a brand new year. Many people struggle with deep wounds, issues, and issues that interfere with living enjoyable lives. Some may say, Pastor Diana, You don’t know what I am dealing with. It is so painful that I am suffering because of it or I am overwhelmed by it. I’m tormented by It, saddened by it, grieved by it, angry about it, worried about it, or humiliated because of it! Prayer Champions, we want to stop all of that. No matter what your particular IT is, we must release IT and let IT go by placing IT on the altar. We will not drag IT into the New Year. "So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit." John 19:30, NKJV
Christmas is one of the most joyous and sacred times of the year. Christmas brings so many pleasant memories to many of us. It is a time of love, celebration, festivities, family, decorations, good cheer, gift giving, Christmas concerts and plays, and a time of reflection. Prayer Champions I like to read the biblical accounts of Christ’s birth. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.” And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying: “Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!” Luke 2:11 -14, NKJV
"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." John 13:34-35, NIV
We pray today to ask God to help us to wait. But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired. AMPLIFIED Classic. Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord! Psalm 27:14, NKJV
Join us for the last service of 2017! (Matthew 28:19, Luke 22:19) Our worship services are held on the first Sunday each month at 7:00 pm CST, (8:00 pm EST, 6:00 pm MST, 5:00 pm PST)
To be strategic or intentional in our prayer life, we must persistent and devoted to prayer. “Be earnest and unwearied and steadfast in your prayer [life], being [both] alert and intent in [your praying] with thanksgiving.” (Colossians 4:2, Amplified Classic Edition)
REBROADCAST- Prayer Champions did you know that there is Power in being thankful! 1 Thessalonians 5:18, NKJV, “ in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” Today’s prayer focus is The Thankful Pray-er. The thankful Pray –er has discovered the importance of gratitude. They don’t take it for granted when things are going well, they are grateful and give thanks. When extraordinary things occur they are grateful and give thanks. “Be cheerful no matter what; pray all the time; thank God no matter what happens. This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18, MESSAGE
Our Focus is Prophetic Prayer. Prayer Champions, have you ever had a dream that caused you to wake up with feelings of foreboding or anxiety about the future? Did you ever dream about someone and feel as if they were in imminent danger and needed to be warned? What about dreams that made you feel sad, or afraid or angry, or any to cause you to wake up weeping? Prayer Champions, sometimes as intercessory prayers we will be called upon to pray for someone based upon our dreams. In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's. Romans 8:26-27, NIV
Throughout the Bible when situations occurred, prayer made the difference for the person praying. The common thread prevalent in these prayers was a sincere link to GOD. True prayer fellowship recognizes that there is nothing too hard for GOD. There is also nothing off limits in the prayer request. Long or short, what garner results from GOD are the faith, love and motivation behind the prayers! Bend down and listen as I pray. Show me your unfailing love in wonderful ways. By your mighty power you rescue those who seek refuge from their enemies Psalm 17:6-7, NLT
Oh Give Thanks Unto the Lord for God is Good! We are a fellowship of Christian believers who love The LORD Our GOD with all of our heart, soul, and mind. Prayer Champions, how do we approach GOD’S throne? What is our posture? What is our mindset? Our foundational scripture instructs us to approach the throne of grace boldly, confidently, courageously, valiantly, and shamelessly. This can only be accomplished by fully comprehending ‘Who’ sits on the throne and responding with recognition, reverence and adoration. “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews” 4:16, NKJV

Our Focus today is a Prayer of Conquest. As Prayer Champions, we are more than conquerors! We win and have great success because of our intimate relationship with Almighty GOD. Prayer Champions, the Conqueror’s positive and confident outlook we have can determine the type of life we will live. It will also determine whether or not we can experience joy and overall contentment in whatever circumstance or situation life brings our way. We are empowered for victory as conquerors through the Holy Spirit. Acts 1:8 - But the Holy Spirit will come upon you and give you power. Then you will tell everyone about me in Jerusalem, in all Judea, in Samaria, and everywhere in the world.” CEV
Today, we want to pray for our emotional healing. It is the process of letting go of negative emotions and having total peace about who you are, what you’re doing, and where you’re going, individually and in relationship with others. We start the process by Releasing the Past – Confess to God the times you have failed, and release the times others have failed you by moving in full forgiveness. Isa 43:18-19,"Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert. NKJV
REBROADCAST: So thankful for your faithful prayers each week. GOD’S tender mercies that are brand new each day! Today we are praying while we wait! Patience is long-suffering with an even temper despite the situation! We are thankful that the HOLY SPIRIT has empowered us with forbearance, endurance, fortitude, unflappability, and serenity. “They that wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Isaiah:40:31, KJV

REBROADCAST - We go with our whole soul to GOD, all of our affection, all of our mind, all of our memory, all of our passion, hopes, fears and all of our faith. Prayer Champions, prayer isn’t a last resort for us. Prayer is the very first tactic of powerful, resourceful people living in the favor of GOD. When we get the forecast about hurricanes on the horizon, we are to join our faith together and pray. The meteorologist will forecast the hurricane’s path, wind speed, when they think it will hit land and so forth. As Prayer Champions, that should propel us into action. We can pray in faith asking for mercy for "dismantling the storm". After the storm, you must not panic but continue to trust GOD. “Don't be afraid. I have rescued you. I have called you by name; now you belong to me. When you cross deep rivers, I will be with you, and you won't drown.” Isaiah 43 1&2 CEV
Prayer Champions, GOD wants us to have unmovable faith and confidence in GOD’S ability and willingness to provide for us. We are not to be choked by the cares of the world and plagued by anxiety and fear about what we do not have and what is happening all around us. Worry is the opposite of faith and causes one to fret about problems that seem impossible rather than grasping GOD’S divine care.

Most people want to hear good news and are happiest when the good news will bring personal bene?t. Fixing our minds on things that are winsome, gracious, and of a good report causes our actions to follow. However, Prayer Champions, whenever we hear bad news, our strategy is to always pray. “Be earnest and unwearied and steadfast in your prayer life, being both alert and intent in your praying with thanksgiving. Colossians 4:2, Amplified, Be cheerful no matter what; pray all the time; thank God no matter what happens. This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Message
The Bible gives us examples of situations and circumstances again and again of seemingly hopeless situations, when GOD makes a way out of no way and provisions when there seems that provisions are out of reach.Psalm 37: 3-4, 25-26, NKJV - Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. 4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. I have been young, and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his descendants begging bread. 26 He is ever merciful, and lends; And his descendants are blessed.
Consider the kind of extravagant love the Father has lavished on us—He calls us children of God! It’s true; we are His beloved children. And in the same way the world didn’t recognize Him, the world does not recognize us either. 1 John 3: 1, VOICE
Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. Matthew 7:7-8, NLT Never give up praying. And when you pray, keep alert and be thankful. Colossians 4:2, CEV Be persistent and devoted to prayer, being alert and focused in your prayer life with an attitude of thanksgiving. Welcome to our international listeners as we celebrate Youth and Young Adults in preparation for the start of a new school year! (John 4:23, NKJV) We express our adoration of The LORD in worship through our passionate prayers, perpetual praise, and prophetic preaching of the Word of GOD. (Matthew 28:19, Luke 22:19)
We read in the Bible at Luke 18:1, AMPC, “Also [Jesus] told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not to turn coward (faint, lose heart, and give up).” “Prayer Champions,” we can go boldly to the Throne of Grace to obtain mercy and make our requests known for our situations and on behalf of others. Today as many are preparing for the start of another academic year, let’s pray for our schools and college campuses. This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to God’s will, GOD hears us. 15And if we know that GOD hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked. 1 John 5:14-15, NIV
Repeat Broadcast - Prayer Champions, we can go to GOD in prayer when we are suffering and confronted with physical pain. We can find scriptures that we can declare as seek GOD’S face when we are in pain. O LORD, do not rebuke me in your anger or discipline me in your wrath. Be merciful to me, LORD, for I am faint; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are in agony! My soul is in anguish. How long, O LORD, how long? NIV Psalm 6:1-3, For He has not turned away from the suffering of the one in pain or trouble. He has not hidden His face from him. But He has heard his cry for help. Psalm 22:24 NLV
Pray Again! “Faith is the assurance of things you have hoped for, the absolute conviction that there are realities you’ve never seen. 2 It was by faith that our forebears were approved. 3 Through faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God; everything we now see was fashioned from that which is invisible.” VOICE
What does it mean to pray in faith? When we pray in faith, we believe that GOD is able to answer our prayers. It means that we trust GOD no matter how things may seem. When we ask in faith, it means that we know that GOD can do something about our problem.
Prayer Champions did you know that there is Power in being thankful! The Thankful PRAY – ER is the thankful person who is praying, or the person who prays with a thankful heart, a person who prays with an attitude of gratitude, a person praying in a spirit of appreciation. The thankful Pray –er has discovered the importance of gratitude. They don’t take it for granted when things are going well, they are grateful and give thanks. Thankful Pray-ers count our many blessings and respond with appreciation. 1 Thessalonians 5:18, TLB, No matter what happens, always be thankful, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. Message Bible puts it this way, “Be cheerful no matter what; pray all the time; thank God no matter what happens. This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live.”
Our focus today is the “Refining & Releasing Prayer”. It is important for us as Prayer Champions because we must be free from bondage to serve the LORD with gladness and to live a blessed life of abundance. GOD blesses us to be a blessing to others. We are able to go boldly to the Throne of Grace as Prayer Champions because of the intimate relationship we enjoy with the LORD. The Bible speaks of the refiner at Malachi 3:3, TLB,
Like a re?ner of silver, HE will sit and closely watch as the dross is burned away . . . . re?ning them like gold or silver, so that they will do their work for GOD with pure hearts.

Today’s prayer focus is on emotional pain. Prayer Champions, we can go to GOD in prayer when we are suffering and confronted with emotional pain. We can find scriptures that we can declare as seek GOD’S face when we are in pain. As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us. As a father pities his children, So the Lord pities those who fear Him. Psalm 103:12-13, NKJV
The Merriam Webster Dictionary defines pain as localized physical suffering associated with bodily disorder (such as a disease or an injury). For example, the pain of a twisted ankle; also : a basic bodily sensation induced by a noxious stimulus, received by naked nerve endings, characterized by physical discomfort (such as pricking, throbbing, or aching), and typically leading to evasive action like the pain of a bee stings. Prayer Champions, we can go to GOD in prayer when we are suffering and confronted with physical pain. We can find scriptures that we can declare as seek GOD’S face when we are in pain. The LORD nurses them when they are sick and eases their pain and discomfort. Psalm 41:3 NLT
Each year at my birthday, it is my personal ‘New Year’, a time of reflection, thanksgiving, adoration, and seeking GOD’s revelation for my personal ministry assignment. This past Saturday on June 10th, we celebrated a milestone birthday for my husband with our family and loved ones and on Sunday June 11th, we celebrated my birthday. With the time spent with our children, and grandchildren as well as the well-wishes from close friends and associates it was a day filled with absolute joy and contentment. Birthday time is also my time to let go of things that are unproductive or that produce heaviness and undue stress. The particular goals that I want to achieve during the next few months are re-assessed, and if adjustments are needed, this is the time to make them. Hebrews 12:1, Amplified Classic Edition, “Therefore then, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses [who have borne testimony to the Truth], let us strip off and throw aside every encumbrance (unnecessary weight) and that sin which so readily (deftly and cleverly) clings to and entangles us, and let us run with patient endurance and steady and active persistence the appointed course of the race that is set before us,
All have made mistakes and each of us have done wrong at some point in our lives. We can each thank GOD for the relationship we have through our prayer lives as Prayer Champions! Hebrews 4:16 invites us to therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. We can come boldly, not because we deserve it, but because GOD is so good, so gracious, and GOD lovingly forgives us. We must ask, sincerely repent, no matter what we have done, and don’t do it again. Scripture tells us at 2 Chronicles 7:14, if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

Pentecost is Koine Greek for 50th - It was originally the Jewish Festival of Weeks (Exodus 23:14-17), which began when the first fruits of the harvest were presented to GOD, 50 days after Passover (Dictionary of Theological Terms). The Day of Pentecost, 50 days after the resurrection of Christ, the Holy Spirit came to the Church. It was an important event in for the world because The Holy Spirit is the 3rd person of the Trinity who is fully and holy GOD, not an impersonal force, or lesser being! Same divine status with GOD the Father and GOD the Son – The HOLY SPIRIT is Co Eternal! When JESUS walked with the disciples HE taught them about The HOLY SPIRIT in John 14:16-17, AMP

As we continue to celebrate Mothers and Motherhood we pray today for Open Doors. Doors are used to grant or deny access. Open doors represent opportunities and new direction. When GOD opens a door for you, GOD grants you access to abundance, blessings, favor, healing, lavish love, unspeakable joy, and perfect peace. Through the open door is healing for your body and soul. You now have access to limitless possibilities! “I know your [record of] works and what you are doing. See! I believe that marvelous modern day miracles happen all around us every day! Somehow and someway we avoid catastrophic incidents, just miss calamity and survive accidents that defy explanation. We must open our spiritual eyes and appreciate GOD’S grace, mercy and protection that just in the nick of time prevent disaster and tragedy. When we notice these miracles we must give all of the glory to GOD in thanksgiving. We don’t call it luck or serendipity, instead we recognize that at work are GOD’S divine favor and miraculous protection.
Miracles are so wonderful that they seem impossible to explain by natural laws. Miracles are unusual, exceptional, and pleasant events regarded as supernaturally brought about by an act of GOD. Miracles typically invoke a sense of admiration, awe, and wonder in the recipients and witnesses. Primarily miracles have the common thread of bene?ting a person or a group of persons. The true test of miracles is their being wrought in support of GOD’s Holy Word.
Praise the Lord and pray in his name! Tell everyone what God has done. Sing praises to the Lord! Tell about God’s miracles. Celebrate and worship his holy name with all your heart.” Psalm 105: 1-3, CEV

We are dependent upon the LORD and want our lives to bring GOD Glory as we pray for ourselves and others confidently and in faith through the power of the Holy Spirit.
When we pray, we praise GOD in thanks and declare that according to GOD’s powerful word, our petition is granted!

Prayer should never be our last resort, Prayer is the very first tactic of powerful, resourceful people living in complete dependence on GOD.Throughout the Bible when situations occurred, prayer made the difference for the person praying.
The first example of prayer that gets GOD attention is The LORD’S Prayer. Often called the Model Prayer, this prayer uses the formula of reverence for GOD first, petitioning, asking for forgiveness and then closing with praise. When asked by HIS disciples, JESUS taught HIS followers to pray with sincerity and without pretext. The tone that this prayer sets is reliance upon the LORD to meet needs.

Prophetess Artherrine Grimes-Hoskins joins me and teaches on Putting on the Whole Armor of GOD. 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age,[c] against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints Ephesians 6:10 -18, NKJV
Rebroadcast; Prayer Champions GOD sends confirmation of HIS presence just when we need it most. As we pray, read our Bibles, and meditate on HIS Holy Word, GOD speaks to our hearts. What a powerful bene?t we have. GOD’s encouragement operates outside of time and without interruption to furnish us with a new level of spiritual anointing. GOD gives us all the blessed assurance that our times are in HIS hand. Our light and momentary troubles grant us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. We must put our attention on the unseen because what we see is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. “Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things unseen. Prayer Champions, We rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; 4 and perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us! “Take courage; keep moving forward.” There was a ?erce battle won on our behalf long ago. We had a SAVIOR who fought for us and redeemed us from destruction. JESUS paid the price for our liberation with HIS very precious blood, and now we are free.
