While Adrienne Unae has committed to assist with a vocational training center, an English and computer training center as well as spearhead the disposable sanitary napkin project in East Africa (Kenya) villages, she is excited to announce her immersive cabaret styled comedic funny whodunit that plays at various locations in NYC and South Florida. Her first career was that of a film, television, dance, and musical theater performing artist who created a 501©3 girls based arts organization and dance ministry. The funny whodunit serves as the capital raise for her Kenya mission work as well as her girls’ cotillion.

So, God gave us the ability and inner tools such as OUR BRAINS THAT CAN BE USED TO HELP US FEEL GOOD via neurotransmitters-sending messages from brain to body. After a brief TWO MINUTE & THIRTY-SEVEN SECOND intro about myself and purpose, we are going to focus on releasing stress relieving hormones that create an anesthetizing effect on our nervous system and body with a Biblical factor.
This information will also give you insight on why people who pursue a life doing what they love to do and are passionate about, makes them happiest than those working at a job that they hate or can't fully grow in. or that individual who is not engaging in activities they love, like and passionate for.

The workshop we collaborated on was designed for women-thinking or planning to shift from corporate America to run/manage/lead your own company/ program. Ok, so I wanted to share an interview experience I had a couple of years ago that reminded me of how my mother always say, "Follow Your First Mind." Meaning, follow you gut and strong feeling inside your heart/spirit/mind that indicates which direction to take or not take. Also, oft times, Believers such as myself, we also ignore the leading of the Lord because of our desires or sometimes simply miss God due to various reasons. Anyway, I pray my experience encourages you to pay closer attention to God's leading, your God-given Intuition, inner wisdom, and acknowledging your values, beliefs and fit with people, groups, organizations, etc.

We're talking about FIBROMYALGIA awareness with my guest Amanda Elise Love who is a registered holistic nutritionist who works with those with fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is become more common but scientist and doctors are still learning more about it as it becomes more common and its origin. Well, my guest Amanda's takes a holistic approach when addressing health and discussing nutrition including supplements. She is here to talk on holistic care, meaning the integration of the mind ,body and spirit when addressing health issues. Amanda has a long history of illness which culminated with the diagnosis of fibromyalgia at the age of 20. She knows this syndrome and its symptoms from her own experience.
The Good News is, Amanda no longer suffers/battles with the pain, fatigue and headaches associated with this syndrome. Now, Amanda helps others diagnosed with fibromyalgia by sharing her journey of combating it using a holistic approach and transformation.

Many of our parents did the best they could with the energy they had, and taught about savings, sharing, and household budgeting (to some degree). Really, for me, growing up in the hood, I never really heard a lot of financial discussions on stocks, bonds, mutual funds, retirement savings, 401 K's, etc.

This is my take from the Netflix movie "Dolemite" with Eddie Murphy as the lead. So this is somewhat of a spoiler alert but you will still want to see it because it's inspirational and motivational. It may push you toward your goals and even actualize your dream and passion/purpose. In this video, I'm highlight some actions that Dolemite implemented to actualize his own dreams in spite of how many rejections (no's) he receives from others who do not necessarily like his act or film or think it is too risky.
I focus on his spirit of tenacity, determination, level of confidence and vision that made him relentless at seeing his dream come to pass. I also include how our faith plays a major role in helping us stay focus and not giving up even though we will sometime feel like giving up, have doubt and get weary. In Summary, Oliver L. Roy is a native Washingtonian and a mental health advocate with over 15 years of extensive experience of outreach & mental health training. As an outreach representative, parent educator and parent advocate he was responsible for improving parent support by managing, supervising parent training's, workshops & support groups as well as congressional and city council testimony to improving access to services for individuals with mental health & special needs who face health care and social barriers challenges. In addition to creating a research programmatic and policy agenda for a merging public health Issues.
Oliver is the founding member of the Male Caregivers Advocacy Support Group, (MCAS) and advocates tirelessly for male caregivers of special needs children through presentations at both local and national organization meetings, training's, workshops... She knew there was a call on her life because of the various encounters she had with then enemy, such as drug addiction, incarceration, and even death. She is a mother of four lovely children. She is the director of Children of Praise Day Care located in Jamaica Queens NY, and has been a foster parent for many years. Ordained in 2009 as Youth Pastor & Evangelist of Second Chance Agape Worship Center. There, her prophetic gift manifested. She serves on the Minister Alliance Board, as an Armor-bearer, Intercessor, Teacher and Dance minister.

Listen to God and Write the Vision down. How many times do we have to hear God before following His directives. No more acting as if you don't know the passion and greatness inside of you that needs manifestation. God can make your name great. God enlarge your territory. This is season to push forth that purpose you're carrying. I'm your midwife right now...PUSH!
Your Present Suffering Can Be Your Opportune Time to Move forward. Sometimes it takes situations such as a catastrophes, financial crisis or losses to move us towards our destiny or successful journey. It’s as if there has to be a shaken up of things in our lives that pushes us to move. God many times uses our suffering to move us inward, outward, forward and upward that can benefit us in positive ways.
Acknowledging God in all that we do! His Will! My Plans! Blessing the Work of our hands! While working toward our Purpose, we should consult God so that He can orchestrate our moves, order our steps and even redirect us!
Don't drop out of the race because of a few setbacks or delays. Stay in the race. You've come too far and are still here. Which means, there is still hope. It ain't over til God says it's over. Don't let that dream, vision and purpose die. Don't bury it!
Testing! Testing! Put the bottle down; wean away from that pacifier in your mouth. Stop asking for more band-Aids and be ye healed. "Wait!"

FAVOR: excessive kindness; a gift bestowed as a token of goodwill, kind regard, love, the state of being approved or held in regard...(http://www.dictionary.com). Olive Oil used in consecrating something & someone for a higher office/leadership: i.e. a minister, pastor, prophet, king, queen. In Biblical times, many were anointed via smearing of oil to signify God's blessing, mandate & call (John 1:41; James 5:14; Exodus 29:7; 2 Corinthians 1:21; Isaiah 61:1; etc.)
Sick and tired of being afraid and fearful? Be Free! Ever was afraid of taking authoritative roles at work, in performance, or in your church? Some people grew up in a home, never being allowed to join the school chorus, scouts, school clubs, attend summer camps, or even have friends come over for a visit.
