Episode 2 of the Collegiate Live Podcast for the semester features professional basketball player Zach Hankins. In his college career, Hankins garnered several achievements such as winning a Division II title with Ferris State University in 2018 while also being awarded tournament MVP. In that same year he also was named Division II Player of the Year as well as GLIAC player of the year for the second time, then moved on to a Division I one university in Xavier. On this episode Hankins discusses his time in college, his experience with the NBA Summer League, how playing overseas differs from in the states, and more.

The Collegiate Podcast returns with a new group for the 2019 summer semester. For the first episode, the new group introduces themselves, Matthew has an interview with new men's basketball coach Jeff Bauer, Lily tells the group about JAFAX, and Tessa tells the group about her column on Ellen DeGeneres' interview with David Letterman. The group also discusses whether or not Major League Baseball should add protective netting in all stadiums following an incident from the Cubs-Astros game from a couple weeks back where a young girl was struck by a foul ball.
On this episode, Jack details all the latest news regarding the fire at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. He also gives updates on the Laurie Loughlin arrest as well as the Julian Assange arrest.
