Persistence is to success as excuses are to failure. Never, never give up - there is always a way.
If you want more, you WILL find a way, because there always IS a way. With persistence and consistent action, you will make it happen. If you don't believe me, keep listening.
Did you know that Thomas Edison had over 10,000 failed attempts to create the light bulb before he was successful? His persistence was as valuable as his invention. 10,000 failed attempts and look what he created! Even if you’re not out to change the world, what could you create with an unresolved persistence?
Persistence always pays off - and sometimes big time! It's a known fact that more business deals are inked when one of the parties is persistent. Now, being persistent is not the same as being pushy; rather, it is voicing your ideal fit and expertise to someone that may not be aware of the benefits they will receive when working with you. They will appreciate your persistence and the benefits - so you have to make them known.
There are thousands of examples of ordinary people achieving extraordinary goals; these are just a few examples of how persistence has paid off. Achieving your goals requires you to take consistent action, be persistent, and maintain a resolve to simply not give up. Let’s explore 5 steps you can take today, to get you closer to achieving your goals.
If you don’t currently have a way to track your progress with referrals, download my free referral tracking spreadsheet, so you can easily tell where everyone is in your pipeline. Get my sample tracking by going to https://bit.ly/Referral_Tracking.
The road to success isn’t always easy - but it isn’t always hard. There may be times when you have to talk yourself through periods of self-doubt, and there will definitely be times when you defy the odds. Never, never give up because there is always a way to achieve your goals and experience the life you truly desire.

Competition in the business world is always going to be fierce. Creating a successful model for running your business is not necessarily enough to be at the top of your industry. There are other important factors that go into what companies rise to the top and stay there.
Of all the companies in the Fortune 500 in 1955, only 61 (or 12%) were still in business in 2014. What set these companies apart from the ones that failed? Is there a formula for being on top and remaining there? Companies that have had a long run at the top of their industry are able to be successful when they do the 8 actions I share.
Getting to the top is not an easy road and staying there is even harder as all eyes are now on you as the target. Once you have found success, it is not time to lessen the pressure. Continue to work hard to stay at the place that you worked so hard to get to.
If you would like to make more money and work less, so you can ultimately enjoy having your ideal business and ideal life, reach out to me today to schedule your complimentary consultation.

Stop holding on to things that can be done by someone else and do only those activities that you can do and can’t be done by anyone else. Confidence doesn’t always come naturally to everyone, and it often needs to be built. For people putting in the work to build confidence in themselves and all that they do, it can pay off immensely and lead to even greater success. When you believe in yourself, you set the bar higher and create opportunities for yourself to rise to the top, as you would expect.
Let’s explore five ways that increased confidence leads to a more successful business and life.
Being confident enough to set boundaries also protects your mental health. Rather than doing activities you don’t need to do and becoming resentful later on, you can protect your mental bandwidth and just pick and choose what you want to work on. More time, and a greater mental bandwidth, equals even greater success.
Download my Free Delegation Exercise to help you identify more even activities to delegate, by going to https://bit.ly/Delegation-Exercise.
Building confidence is not something you do overnight—the choices you make, the mindset you embody, and the people you surround yourself with, all contribute to your increased confidence. With confidence, you’ll be more comfortable asking questions, taking risks, talking to others about your business, setting boundaries, and reaching for the stars. With practice, you’ll see how even greater confidence can lead you to even greater success.

Having a winning attitude is essential to being successful. Theodore Roosevelt once said ‘Believe YOU CAN and you are half way there’. A lot of times, we end up defeating ourselves before we begin by having a negative outlook on what is going on. We sometimes tend to look at opportunities and only see roadblocks, or see only a glass that is ‘half empty’ as opposed to ‘half full’.
Having a ‘winning attitude’ is all about how we view the world around us. It can be very easy to only see problems when we face hard times and new challenges, and yet the most successful people in the world have always shown that outlook plays a huge part in how successful you are.
So how can you have a winning attitude, even in the face of adversity? Well, let’s explore 5 tips that might point you in the right direction. Following these 5 tips will get you well on your way to defeating that negative frame of mind that threatens to dampen your spirits and discourage you when times get tough.
What you can imagine is what your potential is and what your possibilities are. Set your intention and choose to live the life you want. Many billionaires do imagination work every day. They imagine what they want for a few minutes every single day as a consistent habit. You can do the exact same thing to help you accelerate your results in business and in life.
Visualization is a way of tapping into the amazing power of the mind, so that you can train your brain to help you create the kind of life you want.

Sticking to your goals is not always easy, especially if the next level of success is at stake. It can be very tempting to give up and stay where you are because the next level requires a lot more work… but this is not what you really want for yourself! Part of setting worthwhile goals and sticking to them is that this process allows you to grow as a person. If you give up and go back to the way you were before, then you are not going to have the peace of mind and confidence that comes from KNOWING that you can achieve your goals when you set your mind to it!
Maybe your goals are business related, or maybe they are personal, or both (which is what I recommend to have great work life balance). Regardless of what they are, they MUST be important to you…so why give up on them? Life is what you make of it, and achieving goals is one way to shape your life on YOUR terms. Goals are something that nobody can take from you, which is why sticking to them is SO important!
Let’s now explore 6 tips for sticking to your goals. These six tips are simple to understand, and they can help you with even the most complex goals that might be on your list!
Even if it seems like sticking to your goals is the most difficult thing in the world to do during certain times, it is important to remember that if you DON’T stick with them, you absolutely WILL NOT succeed to the level you want and desire. Today, really think about what your goals are, and find it within yourself to make a promise… promise yourself that you WILL NOT stop sticking to your goals, even when it gets difficult. The vision of the benefits you will experience when you achieve your goals should be powerful enough to keep moving you forward.

As humans, we all have desires and dreams- something that you truly want to achieve, be, and feel. But many constraints in life inhibit us from reaching our goals.
Often, it is our self-liming beliefs that prevent us from becoming our true selves and achieving even greater success. We imagine our ideal life and then say, ‘I’m not good enough,’ ‘I don’t deserve it,’ or ‘I can’t do that.’
These are all examples of toxic, self-limiting beliefs, living in our conscious and subconscious originating from past experiences and memories. To transform your dreams into a reality, you need to address your limiting beliefs head-on.
Let’s explore what limiting beliefs are and how you can challenge them to achieve personal greatness.
What are Limiting Beliefs?
Beliefs encompass conditioned falsities built upon old memories of pain and pleasure. The foundations of our beliefs depend on how we interpret and emotionalize our experiences.
Our limiting beliefs are unconscious thoughts that act as defense mechanisms to avoid pain, discomfort, and hurt. A limiting belief can be about yourself, your interactions with other people, about the world, and even your career.
What Are Some Great Activities to Help Achieve Your Goals as You Change Your Limiting Beliefs?
How Does Breaking Your Limiting Beliefs Improve Your Life?
Incorporate the strategies that I’ve shared to break your self-limiting beliefs. This way, you can achieve everything you have ever dreamed about or imagined.

More than just simple goal setting or repeated affirmations, manifesting self-esteem in your life is a surefire way to amp up your personal and work life, so you can begin living the next-level life you’re dreaming of. While it is a relatively simple process, it is nevertheless something many people fail to do in their lives.
Essentially, manifesting something is approaching it with extreme intentionality and specificity. Rather than being vague with what you want, you focus intently on it, and go to great lengths to describe to yourself what it would look like and feel like to achieve it. Your level of confidence and self-esteem has tremendous impact on your ability to perform at work and to be successful in the entirety of your life. Being able to intentionally boost your confidence and tangibly improve your overall self-esteem is key for a happier and a more driven life.
There are many reasons why people push off the process of manifestation, but truly successful individuals have figured out how to harness the power of confidence and use it to their advantage every day. Are you curious how to get your self-esteem rising? Check out these three tried and true methods used by high-performing people across the world.
To begin manifesting higher self-esteem today, take some time to write down three areas of life – both personally and professionally – where you would like to see increased confidence. Remember: be as specific as possible with what success would look like to you in those areas!

I know you will find my guest to very valuable in sharing her insight and ideas about helping you, as a high achiever, to get to the bottom of health issues like burnout and feeling stuck in hitting health goals, so you can be as healthy as possible which helps you be in the best position to achieve your goals and even accelerate the achievement of your goals.
As a functional-medicine expert, Christa Elza specializes in investigating underlying factors of fatigue, hormone balance, thyroid issues, digestive issues, and more. Christa uses breakthrough diagnostic testing that’s rarely done in conventional settings to uncover the hidden causes of why people feel the way they feel.
Here are a few questions I asked Christa that you will benefit from by listening to her interview:
· Let’s start with a general conversation about the importance of us learning the root cause of our health issues (we may or may not know we have) and the impact it has on us doing our “job” every day and being the best we can be. Let’s say I feel tired or just not 100% for example. What do I do?
· Why don’t more doctors do more diagnostic testing (typically rarely done in conventional settings) to uncover the hidden causes of why we feel the way they feel?
· How do we get more of these tests done with our current doctor, or how do we find a better doctor that can do these for us to help us so we can perform optimally?

We all have fears that stop us from stepping into our potential. It’s what we’ve come to call the comfort zone - the place where fear is minimized to allow for daily life functioning. But we don’t always realize just how much we give up for the sake of comfort.
In an effort to minimize our greatest fears we can be sacrificing our heart’s deepest desires. In the name of comfort, we sacrifice potential.
It reminds me of a quote by Tony Robbins that says (paraphrasing), the dance of life happens between our greatest fears and our greatest potential, which translates into life happens outside your comfort zone. Sounds good in theory, but how do we move through our terrifying fears to break free of limitations and embrace our true potential?
The process of doing something you haven’t done before is the great risk because you are stepping out of your comfort zone and stepping into your true potential. If it feels a lot like stepping out into mid-air - it’s because it is. You are literally stepping into new territory.
To create different results, you must step out of your comfort zone so you’re taking action from a different set of beliefs. Stagnation is comfortable….growth is uncomfortable.
All that you are and have experienced is the result of beliefs that have built your comfort zone. Mastering your life and fulfilling your true potential comes down to how willing you are to get uncomfortable.
I believe that successful people are comfortable with being uncomfortable all the time. That is how they got to be successful, and you can learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable as well, so you accelerate your results to having and enjoying your ideal business and ideal life.

Failure is a word that’s easily misunderstood and often feared. Especially when it comes to your business, failure is not something we necessarily want as part of that entrepreneur journey. But the truth is, failure is something that’s inevitable and necessary for success.
By embracing failure and seeing opportunities for growth, it takes away the power that fear holds over us. It’s what you do with that failure that determines the outcome of your business.
If you shift your mindset, you’ll understand that through failure comes the growth we need and the lessons we learn to reach successful milestones.
Let’s explore seven keys to help you turn failure into success.
A lot of what differentiates failure from success is perspective. When you choose to see failure as a positive aspect for growth, when you let go of the fear of failure, when you take time to reflect and stay focused on your goals, you shift your mindset from a negative one to a positive one. Failure is something to be grateful for, because it provides us with the lessons we need to get up, try again, and ultimately reach success.

As a business owner, it is quite easy for you to get caught up in running your business from day to day. This is even truer if you are into micromanagement as every small issue that arises will require your personal attention. You can take your business to new heights but at the cost of your personal and social life. Plus, rarely is it beneficial for a business to rely on one person so much, even if you have the largest stake in it. After all, the success of your business will benefit you the most.
Did you know that without effective day-to-day systems in your business, it can cost up to 20-30% of your annual revenue?
At some point, there will be a breaking point for you. You cannot keep on making all the decisions and taking all the important actions for your business. Sooner or later, you will start feeling the pressure and that could be dangerous for you and your business. In the beginning, you might be able to manage this quite easily. Success is the biggest motivator but when you reach the apex, it can sometimes become difficult to have that same spark you did when you were starting off.
Without a doubt, creating systems and processes to make the workplace more efficient does require a lot of effort initially. Yet, there are some great benefits to be had that make the exercise totally worthwhile. Some of them include things like:
· Gives you the time and space to focus on the most important revenue generation areas of your business.
· Enables you to explore new opportunities and broaden your business’ horizons.
· Makes your employees more responsible and productive.
· Significantly reduces training of a temporary employee or new employee.
· Provides you with the leisure time you need to keep yourself fresh, active, motivated, and inspired.
· Makes it seamless when a team member is out ill or on vacation and someone else has to fill in for them.
· Increases the value of your business, should you even want to sell it.
Simply speaking, when your firm has systems and processes for every job function, you will have more energy and vigor to contribute to your business. A business needs a leader who is willing to take charge of any situation. That is just not possible if you are mentally and physically exhausted. If you choose to persist with the way things are going on at the moment, it is only a matter of time before you start becoming ineffective and complacent.
What you have to realize is that even if your business runs independently of you, it doesn’t mean your authority has been undermined. In fact, it shows what a great business owner you really are. Putting the structure in place that will take your business to the next level will turn out to be your biggest achievement and one that is necessary for your business to get to where you want it to be. So, it’s about time we look at some of the steps you can follow to create systems and processes in your firm.

Many business professionals have a difficult time managing their time efficiently, unknowingly sabotaging their own success, over and over again. They often spend months, even years, struggling to discern between the low-priority and high-impact tasks, and where their efforts drive the biggest results. Unfortunately, this type of unawareness can lead to a failed business. How do you prevent self-sabotage of your business? One very good option is to hire an accountability coach! Let me share four reasons you need to hire an accountability coach to help you achieve your goals and accelerate your results.
An experienced Accountability Coach will help you…
Understand how your actions either lead you toward or away from your goal(s)
Nip procrastination and other timewasters in the bud
Break free of your limiting beliefs
Achieve success by refining how you approach personal and professional goals
Let’s do a deeper dive into each of these benefits.

80% of success is mindset and 20% is strategy!
95% of our thoughts are the same each day, and on average, 80% of our thoughts are negative!
Accountability coaching is especially beneficial to business owners, since they are the most susceptible to common sabotaging habits like procrastination and lack of direction. As a business owner, you can get so caught up in the chaos of running and building your business that you can become lost. Without direction, a clear understanding of where your actions are leading you, and which tasks are low priority versus high payoff, you may drive yourself and your business into the ground. If you are ready to achieve the kind of success you have always imagined, do yourself and your business a favor and hire an Accountability Coach to help you accelerate your results, so you can enjoy having your ideal business and ideal life.

In today’s continuously evolving world, we are in a constant phase of change. It means that the business model thriving today may become outdated within a decade or possibly even sooner. An excellent example of this is brick-and-mortar stores.
It was a preferred shopping method; however, Covid-19 has reshaped many aspects of our lives. The lockdowns and advancing technology have helped online stores take over previous physical models.
It has empowered millennial entrepreneurs with a low budget since you don’t need any inventory, a place to showcase your products, or a team to run the store. You can single-handedly run the entire show and pave your way to success.
All you need is a killer website, products that clients crave, and unparalleled shipment services. Unfortunately, this model comes with its own set of challenges: credibility, consistency, and reliability.
For those that want to make it big and are ready to dedicate their time and energy can overcome this by cleverly integrating technology with incredible client service. However, those who only focus on making money fast suffer.
Take a look at Nike and how it connected the digital experience with brick-and-mortar experiences by launching its flagship in SoHo, NYC. This experience-driven retail experience encourages buyers to visit retail stores by offering a one-of-a-kind experience. But more importantly, the store also boosts its digital marketing strategy. Since it’s fully integrated and connected with Nike’s mobile app and website, your data is instantly stored and accessible.
By introducing its innovative flagship, focusing on the client experience, and providing both a digital and physical store experience, Nike attracts the attention of sports fanatics across the globe.
So, what sets your brand apart in the swarm of start-ups, small and medium-sized businesses? You learn to listen!
Listen to the stories of successful business owners, listen to how badly they may have failed, and listen to how they picked themselves up. But most of all, you need to listen to tips that industry experts have shared over the past years.

Many times, we get in the way of ourselves, meaning our beliefs limit us from reaching our goals. We all have limiting beliefs, some more than others. Since limiting beliefs are at the subconscious level, most of us are not even aware that we have them; however, they can stand in the way of you being successful in your business or other areas of your life.
What is a Limiting Belief?
Beliefs are perceptions based on memories of past experiences, and how we have interpreted them. We make emotional attachments to people and events, which then become the foundation of our belief system. Beliefs translate into how we view ourselves, others, and situations, and give us a sense of certainty on how we act on a daily basis. These influence the decisions you make throughout the day based on expectations that you have. A limiting belief causes you to automatically make an assessment based on something that is inaccurate.
While some limiting beliefs are easier to identify than others, they do begin to become part of your identity. Limiting beliefs have a negative impact on your life because they stunt your personal growth. By keeping you in your comfort zone, you will never explore other options that allow you to improve and be even more successful. When you create a goal, you will probably be very motivated for the first few days, weeks, or even month, but that motivation wanes over time. That’s partially due to your limiting beliefs affecting your thoughts. Those beliefs that are negative must be dealt with before you can move forward.
Identifying Limiting Beliefs
Everyone has a different perception of the way something occurred. We all have limiting beliefs but most of them are not relevant to our everyday life. In order to be successful, you need to only focus on those issues that are important, so let’s explore five tips for identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs now.
Make a List. Think about the areas of your life in which you feel challenged. If there is an area that you struggle with, and you are not working on fixing it, it is probably due to a limiting belief. This could be at work, with finances, or your relationships with others.
Make Another List. According to the challenges you listed previously in the first step, make a list of your beliefs. Include both positive and negative during the brainstorming process. Think about how much you could accomplish at work if you weren’t held back by the negative beliefs.
Deal with the Negativity. Read each belief aloud and ask if it is truth or your perception. For those negative beliefs, ask where they came from. You cannot get accurate conclusions about people or life events from only a few experiences.
Choose One and Disavow it. Pick one negative belief and tell yourself that it is no longer true and examine the source. For example, maybe you never actually tried it yourself and are basing your thoughts on others’ opinions.

Look upon history, and you’ll find that the notable quality that exists in all champions is persistence.
The path you walk will not always be easy, but you have to continue to persist. Even in the face of seemingly overwhelming odds, you must keep putting one foot in front of the other, because there are lessons to be learned along the way, all of which will support your success
Whenever you confront an obstacle or roadblock, step back and emotionally detach yourself from the situation. It’s much easier to think of ways to go around, under, or over the obstacle when you let go of the frustration. This may take some practice, so try this exercise: imagine a friend is the one facing the challenge(s), and you are simply providing ideas on how to help them overcome the obstacle. When you are solution-oriented, you focus on the possibilities, not the impossibilities.
In truth, nothing is impossible, and change is always inevitable. Knowing this, you can take persistent steps in faith, with the wisdom that nothing stays the same, and at some time in the future your current obstacles will dissolve.
Here are some quick facts about people who have applied persistence.
What’s the lesson here? You should never, never give up. However, there are times when it may be appropriate to refocus your persistence in a new direction. How do you know when it’s the right time to change course?
If you absolutely cannot live without what passionately consumes you, then do not give it up. The problem is never your passion, it only the manner in which you are trying to make it happen. Try a different approach - think of a creative solution. However, if you can live without it, then passion is not what is driving you. When passion is not driving you - it’s not something you really want. Perhaps you have trained yourself to want what someone else wants for you. Go back to your list of goals and reconnect with the goals that really drive you.
Visualization is a way of tapping into the amazing power of the mind, so that you can train your brain to help you create the kind of business and life you really want. Studies show that visualization can improve motivation, coordination, and concentration, while reducing fear and anxiety.

When you’re the only one holding yourself accountable, it can be easy for things to slip through the cracks. The goals you have for yourself and your business can fall to the wayside if you’re constantly getting stuck in the weeds, which is why it’s important to have accountability as a business owner.
The #1 Reason People Don’t Get What They Want in Life is Lack of Accountability.
Accountability can look differently to each person; it might mean weekly check-ins to make sure you’re on track with your financial and strategic goals for the company, or it could mean having someone make sure you’re addressing a recent failure and learning from it. Even as you scale, you’re ultimately responsible for everything that happens at your company, and how you respond to and handle various situations can not only position your company as an authentic brand, and put you in a better position for growth and success.
Let’s explore the five unique places to find accountability that can help you grow your business to your next level of success.
What does accountability mean to you and what are some places in your business and life that you can benefit from accountability? Whether you’re a solopreneur or the leader of a growing team, having accountability is very important. Accountability leads to a more complete picture and clearer perspective of your business and will help you to continue to set bigger goals on your path to greater success.

Understandably, most businesses are focused on nurturing the relationships with their clients, but running a successful business is also dependent on effective management and leadership skills. If your employees aren’t functioning to the best of their abilities, your business won’t be either. So, ask yourself, are you an effective team leader?
Do you lead by example?
Action Step:
Are you compassionate and patient, yet firm?
Action Step:
Are you an approachable leader?
Action Step:
Do your actions build team loyalty?
Action Step:

I know you will find my guest to be very knowledgeable about helping you be as healthy as possible, so you can achieve the goals you have set for your business and in our life.
Andrea Nicholson is a Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Nutrition Therapist Master, and Restorative Wellness Practitioner. In her "previous life" as a forensic scientist and crime lab manager, she learned a very valuable skill - how to identify and follow the evidence to solve mysteries and people are glad she is applying this valuable skill. Using over a decade of experience in the health industry, Andrea creates personalized packages using functional testing and other cutting-edge technologies to give people confidence in achieving and maintaining improved health, so they can get the results they want.
Here are a few questions I asked AndreaNicholson that you will benefit from by listening to her interview:
· Generally speaking, what are some common myths and misconceptions in the health industry that we may NOT know?
· Why do you focus on blood sugar and insulin (isn't that just for those with Diabetes)?
· What is insulin resistant mean and how can having this negatively impact us?
· How might someone know they have gut health issues (is it always digestive symptoms or maybe no symptoms that we notice)?
· What is metabolic health and who should really consider a metabolic health reset (or who needs to focus on metabolic health)?
· Getting enough sleep is important as we all know. How does sleep actually play a role in our day-to-day productivity and success outcomes?
· How might someone who is working long hours, and therefore not prioritizing quality sleep or nutrition, be sabotaging their business success?
· Other than food choices, cortisol (stress), sleep, and exercise, what else could be preventing a person from reaching their goals?

Time management is one of the most important skills for entrepreneurs and high-performing business professionals. At the heart of it, it really isn’t a skill as much as it is a necessity for success.
Many high-performing business professionals have continuously attributed their successes to being able to manage their time appropriately and consistently.
When looking closely at time management, it boils down to managing yourself and your activities efficiently. This has a huge effect on your overall success and accelerating your results.
In your business, the best management techniques that work for others may not work for you. That is why you have to find what uniquely suits you and apply it.
The bottom line still remains the same. When your time is managed effectively, your outcomes are stemmed from how you work, how you manage distractions around you, and how you focus and concentrate on your high payoff activities.
Since we all have the same 24 hours every day, how you manage your time directly impacts the results you gain at the end of your business year.
The question you need to ask is: How can I manage my time even more effectively to reap the benefits of achieving my goals in the timeframe I set?
Let’s review five techniques to help you manage your time even more effectively.
Aim for what you want each and every day!

When you start a company and build it up from nothing, it can be easy for you to be motivated to continue its growth. Of course, you want it to succeed—it’s your business baby! But for employees who haven’t been on that journey from the start, it can be harder to motivate behavior change in them.
Leading a team comes with its own challenges. There may be times when productivity wanes, or team members start cutting corners. A great leader empowers and inspires their team—which is easier said than done. Let’s explore four tips to help you drive change in your employees’ behaviors and actions.
1. Communicate Your Vision
2. Demonstrate Trust in Your Team
3. Take Time to Understand Individuals on Your Team
4. Highlight Your Team’s Accomplishments
Motivating behavior change is a bigger part of being a great leader than you may think. It’s tough to build a business alone, and having a team whose strengths complement yours is invaluable. Maybe you have no idea how to motivate your team. The solution? Just ask. Get to know your team on a personal level. You can even ask them directly what motivates them. Once you understand what makes each person tick, provide coaching, and feedback, and then give them space to take steps towards their clearly defined goals. Changing behavior isn’t something that can be forced—but by following these four tips, you can create greater motivation around behavior change for your team.

Most entrepreneurs have a difficult time understanding exactly how to stop wasting time. When you’re self-employed, it’s easy to take a “short break” to surf the internet, check email, return a call, talk to a peer who stops by your office, or read blogs, but those “short breaks” can easily turn into hours of wasted time each day. This includes unnecessary chats with colleagues, long lunches, or non-focused or misguided meetings that do not accomplish goals and resolve issues.
The success of your business venture depends on your ability to buckle down and learn how to stay laser focused. Let’s talk about three essential steps to help you stop wasting time, stay focused, and have productive work days, so you can be on the path of achieving your goals.
1. Always Prioritize
2. Get Organized
Answer this question, How much time do you think you waste each day? Remember it all adds up. Five minutes here, 10 minutes there, and 30 minutes on something fun yet not productive.
Did you know that some of the most productive people in the world swear by time blocking? Ever heard of Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Michael Hyatt, or Cal Newport? Yep – all time-blockers. They’re squeezing every drop of productivity from their days, and so can you.
For more on time blocking, check out an article I wrote by going to https://bit.ly/Time_Blocking.
Consider using a time log to occasionally monitor what you do with your time every day for a week or two. You might be amazed at how you actually spend your time versus how you think you spend your time. To download a sample time log, go to http://www.accountabilitycoach.com/time-log/. Simple instructions come with this exercise to help you fill it out.
3. Delegate! Delegate! Delegate!
To download my Free Delegation Exercise to help you identify even more activities to delegate, go to http://www.accountabilitycoach.com/delegation-list-sample/.

Many business owners tend to spend a great amount of time performing unnecessary tasks that contribute little to the growth of your business. The 80/20 rule, otherwise known as the Pareto Principle, teaches that only 20% of your actions should lead to 80% of your results. Get a handle on your business by putting the 80/20 rule into effect and identifying your high payoff tasks.
The 80/20 Rule (Pareto Principle) Explained
Developed in the early 19th century by Vilfredo Pareto, an Italian economist, the Pareto Principle was used to explain why only 20% of the population was responsible for 80% of the country’s wealth. It was later in the mid-1900s that the theory of the Pareto Principle was modified by Dr. Joseph Duran. When applied to cause and effect, he theorized that 20% of actions (cause) would produce 80% of the end results (effect). Because Duran’s theory expanded on Pareto’s original version of the 80/20 rule, Dr. Duran’s theory soon became known solely as the Pareto Principle.
What the Pareto Principle Means for Your Business
The 80/20 rule can be applied to pretty much any situation, but, it is especially beneficial when applied to a business (especially if you’re currently a one person show). The 80/20 rule isn’t just another ordinary time/business management method; when used effectively, it holds the power to drastically increase your income and free up your very valuable time, allowing your business to grow.
Maybe this means that you can cut down on staff by weeding out tasks that are completely unnecessary by setting up an automated system. Perhaps it means that it is time for you to hire an assistant or virtual assistant to whom you can delegate low-priority tasks. Using the 80/20 rule to identify the high payoff tasks within your business and automate the low-priority or non-income driving tasks will allow you the freedom you need to grow revenue.
To download my Free Sample Prioritized Action List (PAL) that everyone in your office can use, go to https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/pal-sample/.
Identify the High Payoff Tasks
For the purpose of putting Duran’s theory into context, let’s say that 20% of your employees are responsible for driving 80% of your sales, or 20% of your clients make up 80% of your product or services sales revenue.
To grow your business and success, it’s vital that you closely analyze your business model and examine which 20% of your actions are accountable for 80% of your results.
Put the 80/20 rule into action by focusing in on specific tasks that will result in driving sales and revenue. Instead of relentlessly marketing your business to new clients, focus more of your attention on up-selling to your existing clients. It takes as often as ten times the effort to get new clients to purchase from you as it does to up-sell to an existing client.

Time is of the essence. Time is the only resource that cannot be controlled or generated. Because of this reason, many goal-driven people strive to learn how to maximize their valuable time and improve productivity with the finite amount of time available to all of us.
By consistently working on improving at time management, there has been a significant increase in workaholism. Many CEOs and entrepreneurs have blurred the lines between business and their personal lives. Some have simply erased the line that should create the much-needed balance in their lives.
It may seem counter-intuitive for you to carve time out of this limited resource for something as inconsequential as a hobby, but the powers and value of hobbies are not to be overlooked and underestimated.
Many highly successful entrepreneurs carve out time from their busy routines for their hobbies. Others learn new habits and add them to their growing list. What these two types of people can agree on is that having a hobby outside of work is beneficial.
Why? Listen in!!

We're all guilty of putting off a task because "I don't feel like doing it" or "I'll do it later." If you wait until the last moment to get started on your task, you may be wondering why you procrastinated.
Tim Urban, founder of the famous blog, Wait But Why, is no exception. Urban shared a story of his 90-page senior thesis in college and how he spent months thinking, 'I'll get it started on it tomorrow.'
Unfortunately, tomorrow never came, and months passed by without writing a single word. Then suddenly, Urban had only three days until the deadline. Thus, he pulled two all-nighters and finished a project that required months within 72 hours. And the thesis was terrible.
When you understand the underlying causes of procrastination, you can identify the right strategies to overcome them. As a result, you reach your full potential and start chasing your dreams.
What Goes Inside the Minds of Master Procrastinators?
Tim Urban, in his TED talk, built a framework representing the procrastinator's system:
· The Rational Decision-Maker
· The Instant Gratification Monkey
· The Panic Monster
Master procrastinators procrastinate in the following ways:
1. Procrastination on things with deadlines
2. Procrastination on things without deadlines
Chronic vs. Acute Procrastination
What are the Causes of Long-Term Procrastination?
What are the Signs of Chronic Procrastination?
What are the Effects of Long-Term Procrastination?
What Are Some Easy and Fun Ways Master Procrastinators Can be Successful at Battling Procrastination to Achieve Their Dreams?
Chronic or long-term procrastination can make it difficult for you to finish any task in any or all areas of your life. Therefore, your finances, academic, work, and personal relationships can suffer.
Use the anti-procrastinating tips mentioned above to help you combat procrastination so you can achieve your goals and dreams.

Cyberattacks are something you may not think about until it happens to you. But before that happens, it’s crucial to understand why every company, even yours, needs to have a cybersecurity strategy in place.
You may not think that your industry or company are susceptible to attacks, but anyone’s fair game. Whether the intention is to hack into your systems and steal private information, or cause financial damage to your business by taking it offline, there are many reasons for people to launch a cyberattack against you.
Let me share with you five reasons why your business needs cybersecurity.
1. Protect Proprietary Company Data
2. Protect Proprietary Client Data
3. Protect Your Company’s Financial Assets
4. Prevent Costly Interruptions to Your Business
5. Protect Your Reputation
These are just some of the reasons, and some pretty costly ones, why you should implement a cybersecurity strategy in your business. Protect your own and client data, prevent costly interruptions, and make sure your reputation stays clear of any cyberattacks that could harm not only your existing, but also future business as well.
If you would like to make more money and work less, so you can ultimately enjoy having your ideal business and ideal life, reach out to me today to schedule your complimentary consultation.

Growth is a human need, and we all have desires and goals in life. Maybe you want to start your own business, change your career, change your business model, or you want to strengthen your relationships.
But something inside you is constantly nagging you, telling you can’t do it, you shouldn’t do it, and you mustn’t do it. Here’s the plain truth: that tugging feeling stopping you is an excuse – it’s a falsely conditioned perception of reality based on old memories.
The fact is that the only thing stopping you from achieving new heights and personal greatness is your limiting belief system. To become the most powerful version of yourself, you need to identify and overcome your limiting beliefs.
Belief is a state of mind – when you’re confident that something truly exists. It is something that an individual trusts to be facts, thus making it troublesome for you to identify them.
These beliefs, unfortunately, limit you from recognizing your true potential and achieving even greater success in all areas of business and life. In most cases, the beliefs you hold are unconscious thoughts that manifest as defense mechanisms.
How Do You Identify Limiting Beliefs?
Limiting beliefs resemble mental barriers hindering you from achieving your goals and unlocking your true potential. The beliefs you hold can inhibit you from creating the reality you desire and deserve.
What are three easy ways to overcome your limiting beliefs?
Acknowledge that Your Beliefs are Not Truths and Challenge Them
Organize Your Environment
Change Your Self-Talk
Remember that you are capable of anything and that you are in total control of your life. You need to identify and overcome your limiting beliefs to enable yourself to achieve your dreams.
It’s time to let go of your limiting beliefs and reach new and greater heights.

As a business owner, it’s hard to find enough time in the day to get everything done. From managing your team to guiding the trajectory of your business, it feels like you’re constantly bouncing from task to task but never really getting as much done as you need to and want to.
By putting a solid time management system in place, you can automate as much as possible, so you can focus your brain power on the activities that truly need your attention. I’m going to share seven tips that can help you to establish a system that works for you and will help you to take back your very valuable time, so you can be even more productive, and increase your overall success.
1. Use Time Blocking on Your Calendar
It can be very easy to be pulled in multiple directions throughout the day and try to multitask your way through a never-ending to-do list. By using time blocking for specific activities each day, you can focus on one thing at a time. For example, if you block off 11:00am to 11:30am to catch up on and respond to emails, then do your best to NOT check emails the rest of the day. If you need to, you can have two (or more, depending on your needs) time slots for emails throughout the day. I strongly recommend that you don’t have the “check email” time block as the first activity you do each day of the work week. For more on time blocking, go to https://www.accountabilitycoach.com/how-to-increase-your-business-efficiency-with-calendar-time-blocks/.
You can also use time blocking to dedicate specific days of the week to certain areas of your business. For example, Mondays could be for reaching out to new partners or vendors, Fridays could be a strategy day, Wednesdays could be for client acquisition and revenue generation activities.
Time blocking helps you to group tasks by projects or task type, so you can focus on one type of task at a time. If you’re responsible for content creation, such as writing blog posts, it may be easier to knock out a couple of posts within an hour than to do one blog post and then shift your mindset to working on company finances. In other words, do as many similar activities together as possible for maximum time efficiency.
Having a set schedule that includes when to work on certain activities, whether it’s written or on your phone, saves you from taking time to think about what to work on next, which is wasting time. All you have to do is check your schedule and get to the next task! Simply put, if your calendar could talk, assuming you have the “right” activities on it, it would tell you what to do and when, and you would say Okay!
Did you know that some of the most productive people in the world swear by time blocking? Ever heard of Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Michael Hyatt, or Cal Newport? Yep – all time-blockers. They’re squeezing every drop of productivity f

Today we are talking about 5 Tips on How to Re-Evaluate and Re-Set Your Goals for Increased Success.
As an entrepreneur, you most likely have a list of goals for your business. But setting it and forgetting it isn’t the way to go. It’s important to revisit your goals periodically to make sure they still align with your vision.
The business landscape may change, or new trends may pop up, bringing new opportunities to re-examine your goals and shift your focus. Re-evaluating your goals also allows you to measure your progress and make adjustments where necessary.
When should you take a closer look at your goals? You should be checking in with yourself and your team consistently, whether that’s weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Apart from the consistent check-ins, you can also revisit your goals when there are changes in your organization, such as a shift to remote work, new technology innovations, a growing team across multiple locations, or an acquisition or merger.
Use these five tips, I’m about to share with you, to help you re-evaluate and re-set your goals!
1. Start with your long-term, larger goals.
What is the longer-term vision for your company? What is it that you want to accomplish or solve for? Write down your long-term goals, ideally documented for your team to look at also. A study conducted by Professor Gail Matthews found that people who write down their goals are 20% more successful in accomplishing them than those who don’t. Your team should be clear on what your company’s goals are, so that everything they do helps push the company forward towards those goals.
Once you have a list of your larger goals, break them down into smaller goals with a milestone of when you want to achieve them. By having a milestone in place, it gives you an actionable date to work towards, and you can track your progress along the way.
For example, if your long-term goal is to sell your business, a smaller goal might be to secure several major partnerships and clients. Set a specific, actionable goal for the quarter, such as “Secure [type of partnership] partnership with [target partner] by [date].” Hitting those smaller goals will help you to work towards the larger vision.
2. Determine what’s working or not working.
Do your business goals still serve your target audience in the best way possible? Are there new opportunities to better your business for your clients and prospects? As you track your progress with goal milestones, you can determine what’s working or not working. A good company is always striving to improve, and that means analyzing the initiatives that are enhancing your business, and learning from the ones that don’t. In fact, sometimes you learn even more from your mistakes than from your successes.
If you learn that something is no longer working, don’t be afraid to let it go and adopt new proc

I think you find my guest to have valuable insight and ideas about women’s health and hormone issues. Men can also learn by listening to my guest share her approach to being even healthier.
Dr. Alexandra Swenson-Ridley is a thought leader in outside the box and natural approaches to women's health and hormones, focusing on what she has termed Selfless Syndrome. She is the founder of Emergent Women Coaching & Health Consulting and is building a business that serves both her clients and her health, while helping other women do the same. She is a PhD candidate in Integrative Medicine through Quantum University, and an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine. Her mission: to help women break through the constraints imposed by misinformation, society and a lack of self-worth and step into the awesome power of who they really are.
Here are a few questions I asked Dr. Alex that you will benefit from by listening to her interview:
• Why are some people struggling to lose weight despite doing "all the right things"?
• How is stress, our gut, and hormones are connected?
• Why is cutting calories and exercising more is the worst thing you can do for weight loss after 40?
• How stress impacts hormones and how do we de-stress?
o (What about infra-red saunas, Jacuzzi’s, meditation, breathwork, etc.?)
• Why are our thyroid tests "normal" but we can still feel crummy?
• Explain what insulin resistance means and why we might want to know about it and ask if this might be an issue for us.
• How many times have you heard this: “According to the doctor, my lab blood test results are "normal", but I still have symptoms and issues. What do I do?”
• How do we go about building sustainable morning and night-time routines that serve us well?

10 Ideas to Help You Stick to Goals and Accelerate Your Results
We tend to begin a new mission with the best of intentions and expectations; however, it's easy to fall off the wagon way too quickly.
Let’s explore ten ways to help you stick to your goals, so you can increase, and possibly accelerate, your business success and be on the path to having and enjoying your ideal business and ideal life.
1. Imagine Yourself Accomplishing it.
Big goals can seem irresistible, particularly if they lead to fundamental lifestyle changes. There's a plus aspect, though: You can be sure you'll feel somewhat different, in a positive way, when you accomplish them. Whenever your enthusiasm wanes, imagine how accomplished you'll feel when you reach the finish line. Visualize yourself succeeding. What does it feel like, sound like, and look like? Create a game plan for you to get the outcome you envisioned.
2. Evaluate Now Against Later.
You can be persuaded to skip an early morning workout instead of sleeping in, or dig into the chips and dip when you know you need to eat a healthy meal. When you depend on pure determination to do or not make something, attempt to contemplate how much long-term satisfaction you'll get out of it. Compare the success you've imagined, to the one you’ve achieved and see how great you’ve done and how much progress you have made.
3. Build Accountability.
Talk with a friend or peer about what you need to do to achieve your goals, then set a deadline and document your progress using a simple spreadsheet for your key metrics. For many people, it's crucial to feel accountable to somebody other than yourself and you can build the same motivation through talking about your goals with others. If you need to eat healthier, create a better eating challenge with friends at work, for example. Want to do more prospecting calls to increase revenue? Set weekly call goals with a peer.
4. Break it Down into Manageable Pieces.
No matter what you need to achieve, it can be broken down into minor pieces. Rather than mustering the motivation to work out, push yourself to get up and put on your exercise clothes. Instead of tidying up the house, pick up a few misplaced items. Once you've begun moving in the right path, it's much simpler to keep going, making it more likely that you'll finish the chore.
5. Take a Day Off.
It may be counterintuitive, but you don't have to work every day of the week. The dread of doing something risky and failing can be sufficient to deter us from even beginning. If you've got something challenging to get done, know that you can give yourself a periodic get-out-of-jail-free card. A cheat day or cheat meal can be therapeutic and give you the energy and focus you need to keep moving as long as you simply distinguish the start and end and stick to those parameters. Recharging our batteries to help us be at 100% capacity is very important.
6. Take Your Brain Off It.
Nike has a slogan that says: "Just Do It." This c

“What the New Year brings to you will depend a great deal on what you bring to the New Year.” I think this is a great quote by Vern McLellan.
We all have 365 days in a year. The only difference between the successful people and the mediocre is what we do with each day. We spend every second of every day doing something. Are those activities moving you forward or keeping you where you currently are?
I just wanted to take a quick moment to say how much I appreciate your business and continued support.
It is a pleasure for me to be able to serve entrepreneurs and business professionals like you.
I believe that you and I have the ability to have a positive impact on this world. That's why I'm so excited to serve our community.
2022 has been written and I hope our relationship will grow into something even more amazing in 2023.
When hard-working, values- and goals-driven people like you and I put our heads together, there's no limit to what we can accomplish.
Thank you for your continued support and I hope you let me know how else I can be of service to you in 2023 and beyond.
I wish you a very healthy, happy, and profitable new year.
Oprah Winfrey said: “Cheers to a new year and another chance for us to get it right.”

You may have heard many people preaching to entrepreneurs that they can only be successful if they work consistently. Often, many misread this advice and work to the point of exhaustion, sacrificing self-care, and personal time in the process.
The truth is that prioritizing hard work over your own well-being is equivalent to self-destruction. You may start out with big business plans, but what good will those be if you burn yourself out long before you can enjoy success?
Hence, my advice to all business owners is to strike a balance between self-care and hard work. I assure you, it is absolutely possible to nail your goals and nurture your business while also taking care of your health and wellness.

I think you will find my guest to be super interesting as it relates to the powerful advantages that breathwork can bring you in your personal and professional life.
Kimberly Faith is an expert guide in breathwork. This calling chose HER after a life altering experience with her own breath. Since then, she’s been blessed to ignite transformation, inspiration and healing for successful entrepreneurs all over the world using this powerful tool. She has witnessed radical change in those who have implemented breathwork, and passionately believes that a breathwork practice can not only elongate your life, it will also catapult you to new levels of growth in business as well in your personal life.

• What is breathwork?
• Is there a story behind you wanting to learn and share breathwork with others?
• What are the overall benefits of applying breathwork in our business and personal life?
• Please give us an example of what breathwork is by taking us through a quick exercise.
• As a business professional, why is it crucial to practice breathwork consistently, and how much time do I have to devote to doing this every day/week?
• As business owners, we are in business to make money and be profitable, so how does breathwork connect to us being profitable?
• Is there more than one style of breathwork? If so, how would I choose the one best for me and what I need?
• What are some resources for us to learn more (ex. Breath book by James Nestor)?

Practicing gratitude is often associated with our personal lives and relationships. It’s often overlooked in business, yet it can play such an important role in a healthy company culture and long-term client relationships.

I believe my guest has a great message for everyone to hear about the benefits of having even better health and fitness. Our health is so most important to be able to do what we need to do every day and to help us achieve our professional and personal goals.
Eric D’Agati has spent the past 20+ years in the fitness industry as a coach, trainer, and instructor, pioneering his unique approach to training, client assessment, performance enhancement and injury prevention.
Eric is a guest speaker for prestigious organizations such as Mt. Sinai Hospital, New York University Medical, the Navy SEALS, US Army, Nike and SPARQ Camps, The Mayo Clinic, and multiple major universities.
His list of training clients includes individuals who have been an Olympic Gold Medalist, All-Americans, National Champions, World Series Champions, and Pro-Bowl athletes. He also works with many high-level County, State, National and World Champion sports teams just to name a few….
Here are a few questions I asked Eric that you will benefit from by listening to his interview:
• How is our level of health and fitness connected to our ability to optimize our career performance?
• What simple daily habits can change our energy levels and output throughout the day?
• So many times I hear comments from my clients about how they just didn’t have the time, or they couldn’t get their exercise in, or not enough time in the day to get to the gym, etc. How does a busy professional fit a workout program into an already overloaded schedule?
• How do I assess my current state of health and see where I need the most improvement?
• What are the best protocols to deal with muscle injuries to speed up recovery?
• What are the key elements of a successful training program?
• What are the biggest mistakes people make in their training?
