A week ago we had a chat on the phone about sidelining the podcast with host Dallas Stone doing renovations on his house, running a business and not having much time to organise guests to head into the studio, So Matthew made the suggestion that he would pop out once a month to co host.
The boys didn't do too bad banging out almost 2.5 hours of a broad topics from Connor McGregor in the new road house remake, renovations, real estate and the stigma that comes with the job. The boys also discussed Dallas turning 40 this year and what his next 10 years looks like and also Matt turning 30 and how his mindset has changes from short term gratification to now seeing the long game.

Today we had Luke Cole in the studio, Luke is a Ronin Jiu Jitsu brown belt, big wave surfer, devoted husband, father & all round legend of a man.
In 2022 Luke had a very testing year in his work life that had him burnt out and frazzled, he had come across a podcast where he discovered Ben Southall from best life adventure and as it worked out the stars aligned, and within the drop of a hat he was booked to trek through the arctic circle of Norway to really test his mental fortitude and learn some valuable life lessons that he shares today.
Some very powerful experience were shared and really hit home at how much we don't value or back how strong we really are as humans, and if this doest kick you hard where it hurts, I`m really not sure what else can be said.

Max is a BJJ purple belt under the team at Alpha MMA where he is a 3x Aus & 3x NSW champion.
Max is also a freestyle wrestler and is the 3x Aus & 3x NSW champion.
Max dedicates himself to grappling as a professional athlete, training 15 sessions a week across his disciplines, and also some striking just to keep himself fresh.
Max's major goal is to win Australia`s first Olympic gold medal in freestyle wrestling and a ADCC gold medal by the time he's 30.
In August, Max will be competing for his country and wearing the Green & Gold for the first time in the Oceania championships.
If you would like to support Max at this event, the Podcast has created a Gofundme on his behalf (please see link below). Any funds raised will go directly to fund Max's travel expenses in order to represent Australia at this monumental championship. As many would be aware, it is not cheap and much of the trip will need to be self-funded, even though Max is only 17. Dane Sherratt is a husband, father, local Rugby legend and the host of the Unpro Pro podcast.
Dane grew up in a small country town outside of Cape Town in South Africa with his family, where he attended an only boys boarding school that was prestigious for developing some of the highest quality Rubgy Union players.
Dane had little to no interest in school and knew Rugby was his passion and what he wanted to do for a living. After some feedback from the Cheetahs (a super rugby club), Dane found himself playing local Rugby and knew he wanted to showcase his talents to other teams around the world (England being the plan), so he put a resume together. Soon after, he was contacted by a club in Newcastle - no not Newcastle in England, but F*&kin Newy aka Newcastle Australia.
This move has seen Dane win b2b premierships with the Hamilton Hawks, along with our representative teams, and he also has built a family with his beautiful wife Kendall and Slater, their son.
