In this lesson, we intend to answer the Essential Question: What are the metrics of Leadership? Through the assessing of Joshua Medcalf’s Transformational Leadership and Jeff Janssen’s 7 Secrets to Successful Coaching
Our content goal is for students to know the 4 E’s of Leadership, 4 types of Leadership styles, the difference between successful and unsuccessful leadership, the 6 benefits of credibility, 7 secrets of successful leadership, and the 5 steps to establishing credibility.
Our language goal is for students to know the definition of credibility, how to become mission driven with mission statements, vision statements, principles and objectives, as well as the impact of a fixed and growth mindset.
The social goal is for students to unravel the Human Knot, Time the Circle, and Survive the Ship, to experience and observe leadership in action.
