It could happen to any of us. At some point and time our life, we will need one or both of these practices in our lifes. My belief is that it can only help us on our journey to becoming the best version of ourselves. Just "TRUST" the process.
In these trying times, things can get a little over whelming and we all could use a little love and understanding. My message today comes from a place of love to all. Please look out for your loved ones and friends. Because you just never know, who needs your help and they are just to afraid to ask. You just might be that life boat they need. GB

I was pleasantly surprised when my beautiful niece called me unexpectedly. During these trying times, we can all use some sunshine from the voices and the inocenese of the young people in our lives enjoy.
During these trying times, just take little time to think about someone, who less fortunate then yourself. Take the challenge.
Change is always going to be a part of this thing we call life. It is how and when you move that is the key. You must embrace the change with positivity and motivation. Open eyes and clear vision will see you though.
Well, this has been a very trying time for the entire world, and this COVID 19 pandemic is effectingnations across the globe. People are wondering what to do with their children and school, or no shool tough call.
My response is, it truly up to the parents, and what they are comfortable with period.
When you start your day, always start with this. GRADITUDE! It is one of the essentials of this thing we call life. You must listen to this, don't walk away or you just might lose something.
There so many things in this life that change, and we as human beings must be able to change also. With all the good in this world that is being overshadowed by the negative, we must come together as one human family and stay the course.

- As an athlete I have won many softball awards from the age of 9-17.
- After receiving a degree in Health Service Administration, I was hired by the BBOED to work as a Spanish Translator.
- Shortly after that I became the research manager and office administrator for a dermatologist in Hackensack, NJ.
- At the age of 25 In 2019 I wrote my first short film “Karmen” which I then directed and co-produced in the fall of the same year.
- My film “Karmen” is a romantic thriller with a strong Latina and LGBTQ presence.
- It has been well received in film festivals both domestic and internationally.
- As a first time female Latina director I am proud to say my film “Karmen” has racked up many nominations and awards in reputable film festivals some examples include: Best Drama at the Couch Film Festival in Canada, Best First Time Director award in the Brightside film festival in Jersey City, Best Director nomination at the IndieX film festival in Los Angeles, as well as a nomination at the Oniros Film Awards in Italy.
- Recent victories include: Audience award at Shortcine fest, Best First Time Director award at the Golden Earth Film Awards, and Best Director Win at The Tagore international film festival in India.
- Karmen has also been accepted to many upcoming festivals including: Point Lookout Film Festival in Long Island, Hang On To Your Shorts in Asbury Park, NJ, and the colt favorite NJ Horror Con which takes places at the Showboat in Alantic City in September 2020.
- I directed the opening segment of a upcoming feature Horror Anthology.
- Co-wrote two films with Dan Gregory, “Briellis” which is in pre-production and “What Happened To Randi” which is set to film Summer 2020.

People need to think about what they say and do before they act. After all is said and done apology is not necessary. The status quo is no more. You will be held accountable for what you say and what you do. People are finally saying NO MORE! and remove the facade.
Yes you, I'm talking to you. I am sure in the last few months you have felt all three of these emotions.(Coronavirus) Rightfully so, but there's more to that. Think about your whole life's journey. Who ever you are, what ever situation, you have felt these feelings. However by going though the steps in order things got better to handle, Right? Maybe so but these are the way to handle any situation to get to better. Listen and enjoy. Just another way to look at things.

We are still trying to get to a better place, and it really is a sad day when find out that some of your favorite sport figures, and team owners that you have had so much respect for and held in a higher standing, are being outed for some of their hidden feeling and comments about certain groups of people.(Mainly Black people) They are quietly hiding behind their million dollar contracts and teams. And I am not surprise.
This is an age-old conversation about social injustice. We as a society have to get better. Law-enforcement and the community that they serve have to have a better relationship and it starts with the individual who must take accountability for their actions and respect. Until we recognize things will remain the same until we start respecting each other for who they are no matter what.
Something things are right under your nose and you can't see the forest through the trees. You must have at some point in your life fell in love... with something you really wanted to do, and sad, miss the boat. I say that that boat is still in the water. It is still floating out there. Go claim your boat.
A conversation that still is going on today. What are they? Tennis shoes or Sneakers. Depending on where you are from, this beloved footwear goes by several names and is more popular today then they have ever been in history. They're a big business, as big as the universe, and speaking of the universe. It is prepared to give you what you ask for, so be careful of what you ask of it, cause you just might be surprised.

Todays show is about the Covid19 updates and my opinion. The reopening of some spots in the country "no time to do the happy dance". The secret that get no air time or at least not enough. Quietly people suffering from anxiety and being stuck in the house. Multi-tasking during all of this down time is great just make sure you take this time to reset. We are never gonna get this opportunity again.
Just qucik update and just reading about what going on in the world. Keeping my mind fresh and occupied.
