- The vision of the business is no longer followed.
- The leadership style should be taken into consideration, because it affects the business to grow.
- Most of the entrepreneurs do not understand what goes into their balance sheet and what goes out their balance sheet.

- The people who are in the organisation, do they believe in the vision of the Business and what do they bring in the business.
This episode talks about ways which a business can come back to action!!! The business should be innovative, the business should try to accommodate the Covid regulations (example: in a media production area the business can minimize the crew). A Business can revisit its Audit, where the business checks what is working, what is not working and what did not work before Covid came. Businesses should be integrated they should be able to offer different services, so that when one side of the business is lacking the other side can get to generate revenue and the company will keep on running. Businesses can collaborate with other entrepreneurs and this can open a lot of opportunities for both entrepreneurs. Lastly as an entrepreneur you should check your friends if they are adding value to your life or not.
