This week, Joe talks to Griffin of the Pink Place. The DIY venue is in the process of winding down with just three shows left before it closes up shop. However, that almost did not happen. Griffin, one of the people who runs the venue, was kinda enough to talk with me about why the Pink Place was almost shut down early and how they run such a successful venue.

Initially, Wes and Joe wanted to do a Car Seat Podcast where they drive around Minneapolis and talk about how Ear Coffee and how it has evolved over the last year. However, that didn't happen so they talked on the phone instead.
