Our guest today is Lisa Mossman
I first met Lisa when she auditioned for our Central Coast TIMBA show last year. Lisa shared her story of her lived experience on stage dressed as an Armadillo. I will let Lisa explain that one.
Lisa has gone on to start the J&B Foundation on the Central Coast and established the Therapuetic Garden Space at Epicentre at San Remo on the Central Coast
After over a decade as a paramedic, Lisa experienced PTSD, Anxiety and Depression which prematurely ended her career. Lisa's recovery and subsequent post traumatic growth has profoundly changed her life, for the better.
Lisa founded Freedom Mindset Training in 2018 She shares her expertise in areas of mental health, self-care and Neuro-Linguistic Programming both Live and online.
She is also a regular guest presenter and has a successful working relationship with Victoria Police as a Community Encounters volunteer and other organisations particularly related to her passion for front line mental health care.
