Noel talks about how he juggled basketball and other activities in college, with having quality mentors who made all the difference. We chat about the power of support systems, the game-changing impact of building relationships, and how taking some risks can lead to some pretty amazing opportunities.

Alex and I first met in a career coaching appointment when she was a senior in college. She came into that appointment knowing exactly what she wanted to do and how she was going to make it all happen for her...I didn't have to do anything! The half hour appointment turned into a two hour conversation about life. Alex has big dreams, makes no excuses, and doesn't hesitate to let you know how she's feeling.
In this episode we talk about her journey from a youngster in high school to making her decision to attend SUNY Oswego, her diverse experiences in college, the big goals she has for herself, and the friendships and relationships that contributed to who Alex is today. Paige Elliott's life has been the epitome of the saying, "everything happens for a reason". The former West Chester University all-star student and I talk about our time as student athletes on the Women's and Men's Basketball Teams, our humble start together as summer orientation leaders, her journey that lead her to launching her company with her best friend out in Arizona, and being a mother to her daughter. Paige and I go way back...so naturally our conversation gets a little deep (yeah it surprised me too), but we always find a way to have fun when we're together. Enjoy!
