Today I got the opportunity to talk with Brian Winkler, a close family-friend who has helped me recover from multiple injuries over the years. He specializes in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with over 35 years of experience.
Today I got to sit down with Dr. Tanis who has been affiliated with Azusa Pacific University for over 35 years. She has a B.S. in Physical Education and Athletic Training, went on to not only get her M.Ed. in Education but also her Ph.D in Sports Psychology.
