This is what happens when you drink a bottle of bourbon each and try and have a deep conversation, me and Kris were supposed to be talking about personal development but we had to bank that for a more sober occasion.
There's a few snippets of sensible conversation sprinkled about but it's mainly nonsensical mumbling, some topics covered include; - Milking Kris' rats - Martian travel agencies - Monkeys and assholes tree - Micromanagement - Political fanaticism - Amateur dramatics Thanks for watching!

In this episode I talk with the inspirational Hayley Crawshaw! We had a cold swim in Bala lake, had a campervan curry and then Hayley gave some amazing insight in to her story.
She was made a young widow when her life partner and soul mate passed away aged 37. Hayley is helping other people by building on online community, encouraging people to be open about their grief and showing how much meeting new people, talking openly and grief hugging can really help.
If you are in a similar situation and are feeling lost, then read Hayley's story and follow her exploits on Instagram, links to her website and Instagram are below.
