Is it wrong to want to be rich?

The Guardian says that If you were to line up every unemployed young person in Britain, they would stretch from London to Edinburgh – can you imagine how impoverished and denied they must feel, if that is their only income.

Most people even when they are working, don’t really waste money, they buy most of what they need and a little of what they want, which makes it impossible for them to save it into today’s economic climate.

Some say your attitude to money changes when it’s new money as opposed to old money – if you are born into wealth, or if you acquire it via the lottery, a contest, or by exploiting your talent – depending on how hard it was for the individual to acquire it, will determine his/her attitude towards it.

Fifty Cent rose to fame with the release of his albums Get Rich or Die Tryin' (2003) and ... Throughout his music career, Jackson has sold over 30 million albums – got rich from having what people want

Most people prefer to play it safe by following the crowd – these people will never make it rich!

Some try ‘get quick rich schemes’ because they don’t want to work for what they want and usually lead to robberies, murder, scams, fraud or con games of any type to make money at someone else’s expense

People who made it rich by believing in themselves, usually made sacrifices – waiting on the lottery is a fools game - you have to be willing to do a great deal and receive very little at the outset!

Str8 Talk discuss the intricacies involved in money land

History has left its mark and the concept of beauty is plastered over television screens and in magazines, in the forms of Beyoncé, Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Raquel Welch, Gwen Stefani, Nicole Sherzinger & Kelly to name a few. For the men, it is Nelly, Jay Z, Pharrell, Tom Cruise and Simon Cowell. Cowell openly admits that he has regular Botox injections!

Both men and women, do things to enhance their appearance: Latoya and Vybz Kartel bleach their skin to look lighter, Lauren & Sam (Any way is Essex) and Jordan tan their skin to make it look darker! so what’s with the preoccupation of one’s image.
