Over 50 years of coaching experience wrapped up for you to learn, grow and develop your own coaching style. Two coaches, fathers, husbands and friends changing the coaching landscape through education and collaboration.It was a meeting of two of Australia's great coaching minds when Mark and Grant first met in 2011. At the time Grant's professional triathlon squad was booming with many national and World class champions developed under his tutelage.For Grant, those years with Aeromax were some of the most "intense, emotional, fulfilling, crazy, gratifying" years of his life. The experiences coupled with the lessons learnt and memories engraved are a big part of what has led him to the Coaching Cartel today.At that initial meeting Mark was in the early years of his triathlon coaching career. He'd turned to triathlon coaching full time in 2008 and built up his own age group squad. To Mark, Grant was the mentor he was searching for and he describes that first meeting as "a serendipitous encounter that gave him more confidence in his own coaching philosophies and to use his learning's to help other coaches today".Together Mark and Grant have developed The Coaching Cartel to transform coach development and to bring all coaches the opportunity to learn from their knowledge and from their mistakes.
