In all of her work, she calls on evidence-based holistic practices, mindfulness, intuition, empathy, humor and deep listening, to provide much needed support to birthing parents.

Father and daughter felt out of body due to miscommunication before they said "I Do." Her father said "I Do" to giving her away for marriage. Destiny said "I Do" and then moved from Chicago to Atlanta. Were they ready? For the first time, they talk about assumptions and miscommunication that led to months and years of being out of mind and body.
