It is a crazy world that we live in now where technology is at the tips of everyone's fingers, and where we can instantly compare ourselves to the people of the internet with the tap of one finger. Therefore, it is even harder to see the true beauty that we are when we can see that there is a more "perfect" person right in front of our face. The fact is, no one is perfect and beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and what I am trying to say in this podcast is that you should be the person that thinks you are the most beautiful. Yes, it is nice to get compliments from others, but what will have the most long term affect is what we say to ourselves. That is why self validation is so important because at the end of the day, what we say and what we do matters most, so go through this world with confidence and resilience.
This is the final episode on my “past life” series where I talk about how college was like for me. I met these amazing 3 best friends and am the happiest I could ever be. “Everything happens for a reason” and I would not change a thing on how I chose to live my life.
High School was a great experience and I would not change a thing. I learned so much from JROTC that I will continue to use those skills until the day I die. I also talk about my new website that is linked in my insta bio @vivianliveslife. I hope to start giving advice to people that want it and reach out to people beyond my friend group :)
Middle School was an interesting part of my life that I would never want to relive. I learned a lot from my experiences over those 3 years, but I am ready to let go of the past. I just wanted to have this so people can relate and see that what people see of me now is way different from who was before High School. I grew a lot from then and I am glad about everything that I’ve gone through :)
This episode is just a little background about me and how my younger childhood life was like. Not to many events happened that shaped my life, but it still was an important part that showed how I developed throughout the years.
