As we begin a new series titled, "Rooted in Christ Jesus." Chip talks about how we all followers of Jesus have been given a task by God to reconcile people back to Him through Jesus. How can we represent Jesus in a way that draws someone into the Kingdom of Heaven, into a relationship with Jesus?
Pastor Mitch Price from Life Vineyard in Fairfield County uses the story of Moses to teach how God calls us to join Him in what He is doing, but like Moses, we often use excuses and allow our insecurities stop us from what God is calling us into. However, with God, He is always with us, and He is the One who gives us the ability to do what He's calling us into. We never go at it alone!
Our guest speaker Wade Coffey, lead pastor at Muskingham Valley Vineyard teaches on the ministry of reconciliation. When we are reconciled back to God through Jesus, we live in victory! Not a victory that is won by our own might, but a victory that was won, and paid for by Jesus, the One who reconciles us back to the Father. This is true victory!!
Kim Richardson shares about our partnership with Convoy of Hope, and the field teams mission trips we recently joined them on, both domestic and international. Kim also challenges us to listen for the call of God, and do the next kind thing that God puts in front of us. We can't do everything, but together, all of us can do something.
As we finish our series on seeing things the way God sees them. We look at the "million dollar question." Where is God in my trial, in my difficult chapter of life? We take a few different looks on how we can navigate through trials and look for God to lead us through.
As we continue our series on seeing through the lens in which God sees things through, we are looking at how God sees relationships, and how we can bring the same Kingdom of Heaven experiences we have into our relationships.
As we continue our series on how to see things the way God sees them, we look at how we can learn to see people with the same compassion and viewpoint God sees them with. Jesus came to the earth to sacrifice His life for all people. His love for humanity is that great, and He is looking for those willing to join Him reconciling others back to God the Father. Can we learn to love others in the same way Jesus loves us?
Today, we lay the foundation for a new 4-part sermon series on how we can see things the way God sees them. But beyond that, we also look at how God sees us. If we had a full understanding of how God sees us, instead of how we see ourselves, we would be unstoppable in our efforts when it comes to the things we set out to do, and also joining God in reconciling others back to Him through Jesus.
As we end this series, we look at how God is constantly searching for people to join Him in reconciling others back to Himself. The invitation to join God in His plan for mankind is always available, but the question is, are we willing to take the risks so others can experience the power of God's Kingdom here on earth?
As we finish the Lord's Prayer (Next week we end the series with the Doxology of the Lord's Prayer), we look at how Jesus is teaching us to ask God to help us stand strong and not give in to temptation, for God is faithful, and He will rescue us when we call upon Him for help. What does staying focused look like from a Kingdom perspective?
In this verse of the Lord's Prayer we move from receiving forgiveness from our Father in Heaven to extending forgiveness to those who hurt us. Today, we will unpack how important is it to God that we extend forgiveness to others, and how do we forgive in a way that keeps us on the path of finding freedom in Forgiveness?
As we get back in to our series on the Lord's Prayer, we unpack a topic that brings freedom in Jesus the way He intended for us to be free, and that is the topic of forgiveness. Forgiveness starts with confession and in confession healing can be experienced.

As we finish our Easter Offering giving series we look at how the biblical law of proportion is connected to the law of sowing and reaping. The Apostle Paul teaches that we should not expect God to pour back into our lives in abundance if we are not willing to invest in His Kingdom in proportion to what we have (If a farmer plants a few seeds, he would be foolish to think he's going to reap a generous crop).

Steve oversees the operations of the water filter project, and he has a lot of good information to share as far as what has been happening in Brazil with the water filters. Thomas Dickson is sharing a special message titled “If It Were a Complete Christmas Story.” The message examines the completeness of the Christmas story, from the promise in the Garden of Eden to its acceptance in our hearts. It emphasizes that Christmas is not merely about a manger, but about a God who fulfills promises. The greatest gift is not found under a tree, but in the One who gave Himself for us.
As we end our series titled, “Refocus,” we will look at how great of an experience the Kingdom of God can be when we stop limiting His power, completely surrender to Him, and look for His blessings in all areas of our life. Learning to see the constant presence of the Kingdom helps with experiencing all the fullness and power of God’s unlimited resources He has to offer.
For part 2 of our “Refocus” series, Chip teaches how we can turn little constants into big experiences as we learn the importance of seeking the presence of God with all the little things in life, and how these little constant reminders of seeking the presence of God in between the refocus moments can turn into big experiences with the Kingdom of Heaven.
Today, we are starting a new series titled, “Refocus.” This is a message intended to help us head into the holidays in a way that will provide some spiritual resources so we can refocus on what’s important in front of us. Jesus gives us a personal invitation to come to Him, follow Him, and be with Him!
As we look at the last statement Jesus made in the Beatitudes, we will notice that He is preparing His disciples for what they are about to face as they have made the choice to follow Him. This same mistreatment will happen to us as well, as it is not some strange thing happening when people insult, and say all kinds of evil things against us as we put our faith in Jesus.
This Sunday as we continue our series on the Beatitudes we look at what it means to be a peacemaker. Is Jesus looking for someone willing to go beyond just keeping the peace? To be a peacemaker means that we intentionally work for peace at reconciling relationships and being proactive in creating an atmosphere of harmony with others
As we continue with our Beatitudes series we will be looking at the condition of the heart, as Jesus teaches on the blessings of God that are upon a pure heart, for they will see God. How do we achieve a pure heart, and just what is it that Jesus is looking for as we represent the Kingdom of God here on earth.
As we continue our series on the Beatitudes, this week we are looking at the topic of mercy. God blesses those who are merciful. God pours His mercy out on those who show mercy to others. We will unpack how it is expected of a follower of Jesus to show mercy to others after receiving it from Jesus.
Thomas Dickson will be sharing a message titled “Don’t Be Afraid – I’ve Got You.” He’ll show that throughout Scripture, from Abraham to Peter, God’s constant reassurance has been: “Don't be afraid.” Even when circumstances seem overwhelming, God calls us to trust His presence and promises more than our fears. By fixing our eyes on Him, we find courage, provision, and the assurance that He will hold us up no matter the trial.
For our Missions Sunday message we look at the importance of helping those in need, how God expects His church, His people, to fill the role in meeting the needs of those who are hurting, and how God identifies with those hurts and needs.

To hunger and thirst for righteousness is an outward expression of our desire to seek first the Kingdom of God. Jesus is teaching that when we strive to live righteously, we experience the goodness of God in a way that causes us to treat others the same way God treats us... Just, honest, and equally.
In our third Beatitude Jesus changes the focus in that this one deals with how we relate to other people. God blesses those who are humble, as they will inherit the whole earth. When we are gentle, humble, and meek in how we interact with others, we mirror the image of Jesus in a way that is met with peace. And in this we have the future hope of our eternal inheritance when Jesus returns.
As we move into the second of eight beatitudes Jesus taught on we look at what Jesus meant by the comfort of God those who mourn will receive. Mourning sin comes from a place of repentance in which we then experience the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth by way of God's comfort.
As we start a new series on the Beatitudes, we look at what it means to be poor in spirit. To be poor in spirit is the foundation we build each beatitude on, and it is a way Christians learn to live so that we can experience the fullness of the Kingdom of Heaven.
As we end our "Courage is a Journey" series, Chip talks about the importance of living beyond our past. Not allowing our past to define our present, so we can press into who it is Jesus is calling us to be.
When it comes to the courage needed to stay the course, to navigate through the hard stuff of life, pain and suffering, hurt and loss, we look and a man in the Bible by the name of Job and how he dealt with an enormous loss in his life.

Today, as part of our Kingdom Conversations series we are looking at a concept of Kingdom Theology that the Vineyard Association has planted its feet in, and that is the, "Already but Not Yet." How do we navigate through life knowing that the Kingdom of God is available to us in the here and now, but not yet fully established?

As we continue our series on lessons learned, by faith history was made, we are looking at the prophet Daniel, and how he and his three friends remained loyal to God under the greatest of pressures. Living in the pagan nation of Babylon, they stayed true to who they were in God, their godly character was tested, but they never wavered!
Today, we are looking at a man who led the nation of Israel for 20 years. He was strong, smart, and witty, but he also did not fully commit to the anointing God set upon him. The lessons learned today come from a man by the name of Samson. Samson took what God entrusted him with for granted, and in the end it cost him his life.
As we start a new series looking at lessons learned by some of the characters in the Bible, we start by looking at Noah, and how God called Noah to join Him in His plans to make the world a better place for mankind. We will see how during the process, Noah's faith was tested.

As part of our child dedication Sunday, we look at some of the reasons we do what we do as Christians. What the is reason behind, and why do we dedicate our children to the Lord. Why is water baptism so important, and should we really take communion on a regular basis?
At the heart of Jesus' last words were for there to be unity in the church, as this is the proof the world needs to believe that God sent His Son to the earth to reveal to mankind the love of the Father. Unity in the church, by demonstrating our love for one another is the vision Jesus has for the church.

As we finish the last and final chapter of the Book of Revelation, we get a glimpse of what eternity will look like, as well as the final words from Jesus. Jesus, the Lion of Judah, had the opening words to what the Apostle John was about to experience as he wrote the Book of Revelation, and Jesus has the parting words as well. All for our benefit as we live life here on earth in expectation for what is to come as our eternal home is being prepared.
In the Book of Revelation Chapter 21 we see the new heaven and new earth are formed, as well as the new Jerusalem. We get a glimpse of what the next chapter of life for a believer will look like after the Millennial Kingdom. The history of time is over, and eternity begins!
As we look at the Book of Revelation Chapter 20, we see an amazing event about to happen called the Millennial Kingdom. This teaching will show us what happens in between the time of the Tribulation Period and the Millennial Kingdom, as a variety of God's covenants will be fulfilled during this time.
As we cover chapter 19 in the Book of Revelation we see that Jesus is returning to the earth to judge all those in rebellion of him, as well as conquering the antichrist for his final defeat in the battle of Armageddon. This signifies the end of the 7-Year Tribulation Period, and ushers in the Millennial Reign.
As we are coming to the end of the 7-year Tribulation Period in chapter 18 of the Book of Revelation, we see the complete destruction of the system of Babylon. God has been at war with Babylon the great city since the beginning of civilization, and her judgment comes swiftly as He avenges the justice of years in the waiting.
As part of our "Missions Sunday," Chip shares with us what God says about helping those in need. God calls His church to be the ones to help, and in doing so He will take care of the helpers.
This is our annual missions report as we hear from those who oversee the various missions Vineyard Community supports. We will see what's happening in Vietnam with the wheelchair ministry, Steve Fitterer shares how the feeding children program is going in Haiti, Chip Richardson gives a report on the water filter project in Brazil, and Kim Richardson talks about our new partnership with Convoy of Hope and how we are joining them in domestic missions work here in the United States.
As we end this series of how to navigate through uncertain seasons of life. We look at the theology behind why we live in a world that is corrupted by sin, and somewhat hopeless, while still maintaining hope in a good God, who has our eternity planned for us.
Today, we look at the letter James wrote and how he teaches us to consider what it is that we should do when facing seasons of uncertainty. We either believe what the Bible says, or we do not.
