In the second video of my Techonomics series I discuss Bill Gates' recent "proposal" for taxing robots. I use quotes there because, well, there isn't really a proposal ... and it's not really a tax on robots.
In today's podcast I explore how I developed a morning routine that I enjoy and that leaves me feeling alert, productive and in a positive state of mind. The keys are letting it evolve organically, abandoning those elements that make you less likely to enjoy and repeat the process, and making sure that every component serves your goals, even if one of your goals is to do nothing (e.g. meditate).
In today's podcast I use First Principles Logic to argue that money can be thought of as a "productivity point system." As I have said in the past, my goal is never to tell people "how things are," but to explore ideas that enable ordinary people to expand their understanding of complex subjects like technology and economics (techonomics).
