Janice Wood is the Executive Pastor at Vineyard Community Church Richmond in Kentucky where she oversees small groups and spiritual formation. She earned a Ph.D. in Early American History from the University of Kentucky and thought she would spend her life in the classroom until God firmly planted her in the church full time. She and her husband have been married 40 years, raised 5 children who love Jesus, and enjoy the addition of grandchildren.

Curt Coffield is committed to "helping others worship." He is the Lead Pastor at North Life Church in Gaylord, Michigan. Curt's wife Jadranka (Jace) is a gifted teacher, worship leader, musician and song writer. She also serves at North Life Church. Curt and Jace share four children from the ages of twelve to twenty-eight. In 2022, they welcomed their first grandchild!
Before becoming a lead pastor, Curt served for three decades as a Worship Pastor, Campus Pastor and Teaching Pastor at several great churches around the country. He has travelled to over thirty nations, touring with various bands leading worship and teaching. Between 2000-2007, Curt lead worship for Promise Keeper events in arenas across the country. Caleb has been involved in leadership in the Vineyard movement for twenty-five years. He attended the University of Chicago for his undergrad, Yale Divinity School for his masters, and Princeton University for his Ph. D. In 2007, along with his wife, Kathy and a few friends, he planted Elm City Vineyard in New Haven, Connecticut.
Today, Caleb is the Associate National Director of Theology and Education for Vineyard USA. He is passionate about developing leaders and institutions that will help to produce a healthy, courageous, and hospitable future for the church in the twenty-first century. Caleb and Kathy now live with their two kids, Josiah and Emmanuelle, in the heart of Denver, where Kathy pastors East Denver Vineyard Church.

Called to ministry in 1993, he served a congregation in western Oklahoma for 10 years prior to moving to Kentucky in 2003, recklessly following a call from God to help a young friend grow a church plant. In 2009, he was invited by Lexington Vineyard to lead the Richmond Vineyard Church plant and God has been doing amazing things ever since. He is the father of 5 children and a growing number of grandchildren, loves raising Rottweilers, coffee and conversations, but mostly spending time with his wife of more than 35 years, Janice, on the motorcycle.
