A podcast by student paramedics, for student paramedics. The Stay Systematic podcast is dedicated to generating discussions about the experiences and challenges related to being a student paramedic. Amongst the excitement and chaos of the rapidly evolving paramedic profession, join us, as a bunch of university student paramedics attempt to make sense of this weird and wonderful world of pre-hospital medicine.
Welcome back after a long break! Today the normal crew is joined by a couple other fellow (bout to be graduated) students, Jasmine and Angus, as we discuss ways paramedics and other HCW's can build resilience to ensure long, healthy and full-filling careers.
Inspired by our final year assessment, we each trialled a research based technique that MAY improve our resilience.

Kicking off a new form of episode where we discuss different disease pathologies, today we chat about seizures..
In the coming episodes we'll attempt to provide short summaries on pathophysiology and prehospital treatment of many different conditions which will hopefully be helpful for revision or those looking to gain some new knowledge.
