Welcome Wanderers! To It Gets Better Episode 6!

This is the first quarantine edition of It Gets Better, as it was unsafe and still sort of is to congregate and meet in studios. This episode was recorded on Zoom and was an interview with a UCF Anthropology professor and Doctor, Beatriz Reyes-Foster. We dive into her research and work, and the first hand experience she has had with mental health and the treatment in the world. She gives advice for the isolation and distancing and we find out some interesting facts about her.

As always you can reach out to MoreVisions(@Morevisionspurpose) and myself (@jubjubbird13) if you need anything, help finding resources in your community, talking, art therapy, community connection, or friends. Dr. Reyes-Foster says you can reach out to her through Twitter : @beatrianthro and her Email: Beatriz.Reyes-Foster@ucf.edu and that she will get back to any questions or inquiries as quick as is possible in her time.

We love all of you who listen and tune in to our stuff, and we hope that this episode reaches you in great spirit. We hope to improve content, form, and essence as we grow and we would love to reach whoever needs to hear these stories and thoughts. No matter who you are or what you are going through, I can assure you, It Gets Better.
