Join lifelong Big Ten fanatic and current Hoosier Sam Dykema alongside occasional guests every Monday as he discusses the biggest storylines across the league, breaks down the Hoosier's performance, discusses the biggest playmakers in the Big Ten and picks winners of the conference's match-ups for the week ahead.
Week 3 of College Football is all wrapped up and there was a lot good for some teams and a good chunk of bad for others across the Big Ten. Join Sam this week as he breaks down some strong road performances in the conference and gives his take on the best team in the Big Ten after Week 3. Later on he'll talk IU-Cincy and what the Hoosiers can look for on their trip to Bowling Green this week. To wrap up, he'll send you into week 4 with breakdowns and picks for every Big Ten game on the slate.
Encountered some difficulties over the first two weeks but ahead of a great Week 3 slate Sam Dykema is back on the mic and excited to kickoff Season 2 of Three Yards and A Cloud of Dust! Tune in to hear his takes on everything Big Ten from the first two weeks. This week Sam recaps the first two weeks that he missed including the Buckeyes' stumble in the Shoe, the upstart Iowa Hawkeyes, and Penn State's win in Madison. Then he breaks down The Hoosiers' first two weeks, and the big test coming this weekend against Cincinnati before making his picks for the Big Ten in Week 3.
Week 7 of Big Ten action is in the books and Sam is back again to break it all down. Join him for a breakdown of the cancellation craziness in the Big Ten as he discusses the playoff implications and conference championship plans. He'll also talk about some of the biggest performances from the week and reflect on the unique situations this college football and Big Ten season has endured since early Fall.
Week 6 has wrapped up but cancellations again limited this weekend's action, and has already affected the Week 7 slate. Join Sam to talk everything that happened in Week 6, including Sparty's holding on for an upset, the unfortunate injury in the Hoosiers Win and who could actually be better in Ann Arbor. Then he looks ahead to Week 7's matchups as Hoosiers head to Madison and discusses the Big Ten's big picture with only two weeks left, as more cancellations cloud the title game and CFP picture.
Week 5 is in the books and the end of season crossover matchups are starting to come into focus. Join Sam to discuss a valiant comeback attempt in Columbus, and the massive Northwestern-Wisconsin game in the Big Ten West. Then Sam will breakdown some of the conference's disappointments thus far this season before diving into an outlook for Week 6 in the conference and for the Hoosiers.
Week 4 is in the books and the Big Ten Season is halfway over OH NO! Fret not however, Sam is back again to break down the action from the last week. He'll talk more Harbaugh and the Wolverines ugly demise, a little about the frisky and undefeated Northwestern team as well as the best performers from across the conference. Then Sam will look at the Hoosiers shutout in East Lansing before looking ahead to the Ohio State game and the rest of next week's pivotal conference slate.
With Week 3 of Big Ten action in books Sam Dykema is back "in-studio" to breakdown the results, storylines and performances from across the conference. Join him as he looks at IU's historic victory over Michigan and what it means for both programs as well as some other surprise undefeated teams in the conference. He also breaks down the situation in Madison and what he thinks the Big Ten conference might need to do. Then Dykema previews next week's slate, specifically the two B1G Ten West matchups likely to provide some clairity to the west's divisional hierarchy.
