We may have already talked about body image - but I just needed to talk about it again. I have been having a rough couple of weeks tearing apart my body. For me it is therapeutic to talk about - and I am hoping that sharing how some of my listeners found a path to positive body image! We all can benefit from reminders on how damn worthy we are! Body image is such a difficult idea to shift and change and I will be the first to admit that I have yet to find the path that works for me. Thank you for listening <3

Work should be challenging. It should challenge you, make you learn, make you be the best but in my opinion it should not create a deficit in my overall mental health. I love working - always have worked two jobs as it keeps me and my mind busy and focused! I am still learning on how to best balance it all in my job. My heart goes out to those who work in heavy professions that can directly impact their mental health with the work they do because they are essential and vital to our well being!

Just in time for Mothers Day I wanted to share how my mental health was affected while I was pregnant and during my unexpected birth and recovery! I feel empowered by what my body went through - but it does not mean it was easy!
