my daily routine

Hello! My name is Sarah. I live in a small town called EnglishLand. I want to tell you about my daily routine.

Every morning, I wake up at 7 o'clock. The sun shines through my window, and I stretch my arms and legs. Then, I get out of bed and go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face.

For breakfast, I usually eat cereal with milk. I like to drink orange juice too. Breakfast is important because it gives me energy for the day.

After breakfast, I get dressed for work. I work at the local library. It's a nice place with lots of books. I start work at 9 o'clock, so I leave my house at 8:30. I walk to the library because it's not far from my house.

At work, I help people find books and check them out. Sometimes, I read a book during my break. I really enjoy reading mystery novels.

In the afternoon, I have lunch at the park near the library. I bring a sandwich and a bottle of water from home. It's nice to sit on the bench and watch the birds.

After work, I go to the gym. I like to exercise to stay healthy. I do yoga on Mondays and Wednesdays, and I go for a run on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

In the evening, I cook dinner at home. I usually make pasta with tomato sauce or grilled chicken with vegetables. Cooking is relaxing for me.

After dinner, I watch TV or read a book. I love watching comedy shows—they always make me laugh. Sometimes, I call my friend Anna to chat.

Finally, before bed, I take a shower and put on my pajamas. I brush my teeth again and climb into bed. I read a few pages of my book until I start to feel sleepy.

That's a typical day for me! I enjoy my routine because it keeps me busy and happy.

Thanks for reading about my day in EnglishLand!
