The White Sox traded for Craig Kimbrel and it cost them. The Cubs breakup is getting nastier by the day. There were also a bunch of other trades around the league that we eventually get to.
Ramiro and Oscar both separately recorded some quick reactions to the trade deadline, these are those recordings.
The Craig Kimbrel trade happened and then I went into the studio to go live on Twitch. So most of this episode is the audio from the Twitch livestream. We'll record a more in-depth episode next week.

The Cubs playoff hopes got whittled down to a measly 2% after a 4 game sweep at the hands of the Cardinals. The Joe Maddon era unofficially comes to an end in Chicago.
