Welcome to the Massive Action Podcast. Today we go into goal setting and the many ways it can improve your way of living.
The goal is to share valuable life lessons to you not make the same mistakes we did. We value you time for listening and appreciate the support.
Stan Medina is a first generation business owner and entrepreneur and soon to be a first generation multi millionaire. He was raised by a single mom in a bigger city which was a big change of environment. Learning to adjust and cope without a father figure, he relied on self education and the streets. Growing up in the wrong environment and with the wrong educational information, life was difficult. At the age of 16 he became a father of twin boys and soon after decided to drop out of high school, changing his life forever. He searched for employment everywhere but everything turned out to be a dead end. After many declines he finally got an opportunity in the autobody industry and decided to dedicate his life to being a father and provider. A short time later he decided to become a business owner and get involved heavily in the custom Lowrider scene. Award winning Stan Medina made his mark on the custom scene by being recognized as one of the top custom painters in Texas. But he knew that there was much more to life. He knew there was more information to learn. Since then he has indulged himself in leadership, business, marketing and real estate investing. While on this journey he also decided that the community needed more active supporters. So he became the president of Corpus Christi Evening Rotary and currently serves District 5930 as an assistant district governor and Young Professionals . As the President of Certified Collision Works LLC and a real estate holding company, his approach to business is different and unique. He pursues business as a sport and an opportunity to help others. His journey also includes managing a household along with wife, Elaine Medina and 8 children.

What is the Rule of 72? The rule of 72 is a quick, useful formula that is popularly used to estimate the number of years required to double the invested money at a given annual rate of return. While calculators and spreadsheet programs like excel sheets have inbuilt functions to accurately calculate the precise time required to double the invested money, the rule of 72 comes in handy for mental calculations to quickly gauge an approximate value. Alternatively, it can compute the annual rate of compounded return from an investment given how many years it will take to double the investment. By paying off high interest cards you you will be able to pocket all that interest you would have paid. Now this money can be used to purchase I ticket items or you can start to invest. Credit card companies use this Formula to trap you for years and some for life.
