Got problems? Just want them to be over? Be encouraged. Go through and learn patience. There is a lesson to be learnt in every situation, especially the bad ones! Don't waste your suffering. When you have come forth, you should be better, wiser, stronger. Don't rush the test, just do the best.

Why am I qualified to talk you out? I've been there...tough times, dark days, feeling like giving up. Childhood trauma, teenaged pregnancy, destitution, depression, talked about (not in a good way), lied upon, marital failure, relationship issues, dysfunctional family, vindictive coworkers. Financial strains, lack of resources, church hurt, disappointments. But still I rise! Please, let me help you with what God has given me.

With the onset of COVID-19, a lot has changed. Changes are sometimes hard to accept and can be traumatic. Certainly COVID-19 has brought alot of trauma and uncertainty to our lives. BUT! It doesn't have to keep us down and out. Let us fight back! Take charge of yourself, your mental health and your life. Self-care is very important at this time.

It's not over, you can begin again! I was at a point in my life where I thought it was all over for me. People gave up on me and there was a lot of hopelessness. I'm grateful for that experience because now I truly know that it's never too late to do anything. You can pick up the pieces and start over or just create a whole new story. Just like the true warrior that you are!

Just can't get it right? Every time you try, it fails? Notice I say, "it fails". Not "you" fail. Because you're not a failure. You are not defined by what you do or cannot do! We are God's masterpiece, fearfully and wonderfully made and we can do all things through Christ. Never forget that.
