The truth is that MacOS is that when comparing Windows vs Mac, you are going to run into personal preference more than anything.
Productivity is generally going to be similar.
Ease of use is 50/50.
And then it comes to glitches… MacOS is less glitchy than Windows.
You will have overall fewer problems.
I don’t have hard numbers to back this up.
I am going by personal experience as a computer technician over many years.
The honest truth is that I choose Apple for preference.
The truth is that is completely ok.
The truth also is slightly more than that when thinking deeper.
Apple has historically shown that it will innovate and create the overall best user experience.
Apple and the Mac really invented graphical personal computing and I simply don’t see them losing what makes them constantly and never-ending improving to create a more raving fan experience.
Even where they messed up with the 2013 “Trash Can” Mac Pro, they still came out with solutions to keep people at least partially satisfied until the new 2019 Mac Pro was announced.
Now we see the most vibrant Mac lineup in the companies history.
Ultimately what it comes down to, when buying a Mac, is the simple fact that nothing will integrate like the Apple ecosystem integrates. You would have to be a master technologist / programmer to be able to make those sorts of things happen
Audiobooks, podcasts, websites, YouTube, and so much more in your pocket... are you using the iPhone to it’s abilities?
The lineup is full and ready for any task, the new Mac Pro is going to be a great addition this fall.
HomePod and AirPods are each unique devices that stand out from the competition. That being said, aren’t for everyone yet.
