This episode features my close friend Victoria Ten Broeck Buker. I first met Victoria about 6 years ago through our local running community. We became fast friends through a love of running and overall fitness but what has really cemented our friendship is our mutual interest in seeing our community thrive. Victoria organized our local group of runners to give back to the community one holiday season by collecting inexpensive tangible items for 12 local charities. That idea became Elf on the Run, which is now 250+ people working together each year for our community in many ways. You can check out the mission and vision of Elf on the Run at ElfontheRun.org.
