The White House has issued an executive order to improve the nation's cybersecurity. The now two-year-old order directs all federal agencies to take steps to improve their cybersecurity posture. One requirement of the order calls on agencies to adopt a Zero Trust architecture. This is a security model that assumes that no networked user or device can be trusted by default.
