Just as roots are the lifeline, anchor, support and nutrient source to plants, the same applies to our lives as christians when we plant our roots deep in God. The deeper our roots in Christ, the more balanced our lives becomes, because we have a direct connection with the same God that sees the future. He has a wealth of the resources we need to go through life and when He sees us struggle through life, it breaks His heart because he is standing at the door of your heart, asking you to let Him in. Please listen to this episode, and don't forget subscribe to my channel
What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think about Christmas? Lights, decors, gifts, eggnog, Santa, carols, food, the cold weather, am I missing something? It has been a year and I know it may seem so sad because your plans got cancelled. Please make this Christmas a memorable one for yourself by creating your own tradition. I pray that you have the joy and happiness associated with the birth of Christ.
Compliments of the season.
Narratives came from hasty generalizations, and these generalizations come from experiences that are from examples instead of evidence. These assumptions lead to misinformation and stereotypes, and they can be highly detrimental to us when we believe them and allow them influence our daily decisions.. Being trapped in a narrative can end up preventing us from having meaningful relationships, hinder meaningful business partnerships etc.
What do you do each time you run into an unexpected situation generally in life? do you fight to finish, or do you move on to search for the next thing? We can all agree that life is filled with different seasons, and if you keep running from each season for invalid reasons, you will never grow or mature to be the person God has created you to be. Stop running on to the next, enjoy your current season.
If you feel your life is not moving as planned, there may be a need to shed some weight. This weight could be psychological, mental or emotional. In as much as we strive to shed physical weight, losing some pounds or kilos does not automatically rid you of inherent toxic traits. If you do not lose the bad attitude when you are big, it will follow you around when you get slimmer and may hinder your progress in life.
This is to shed a little light on the situation of things in Nigeria. There has been series of peaceful protests within and outside Nigeria just to speak against Police brutality. As a Christian, you should be sensitive to the power of music as it has the ability to affect you in a positive or negative way. When a song is written, I believe the intent is not just to communicate what the writer is feeling but also to stir up something in the mind of the listener
