With a background in Choir Solos & schooled in the Cornet/Trumpet, Violin & Snare Drum, this is just a taste of the influences that have shaped Miz musically. ​Growing up in a family with a Dad who is a Northern Soul DJ, gave Miz access to a huge vinyl collection of primarily Culturely Black music. This created a very diverse musical taste in Miz, that centred around Soul, Jazz, Funk and Rhythm & Blues. Because of this early education, Miz’s friends often refer to Her as the ‘Musical Dictionary’ as there was never a song lyric she didn’t know or melody she couldn’t identify.

While at LEAP Studios, Miz became an integral part of the Team, as well as developing herself as an artist. Dwight at LEAP has been working closely with Miz to hone her Music Production skills and further Her development as an Artist. Miz has also been responsible for assisting LEAP’s Creative Team as a Graphic Designer & Creative, by providing filming, training and media consultation under Her Designer guise ‘MiZWiZ’.
