Throughout The Female Creative Talks, I will be bringing you interviews with incredible female entrepreneurs talking about their highs, lows and everything in between! When starting my business, I wanted to hear stories from women who were like me. I wanted to hear how these women juggled motherhood and business or working full time and business as that’s what I could relate to however all I could find were stories of women earning a fortune, having given up their full-time corporate job to dedicate every waking hour to their business. This was amazing but it wasn’t me or something I could aspire too! I was already a mum, I couldn’t just quit my job and go all in, I needed to keep supporting my family, it all seemed so out of reach. I started talking to women around me, those with anything from 2k to 30k followers on Instagram, small business that I purchased from, how did they make their businesses work? How did they manage the juggle? There are so many incredible women who want to tell their story to inspire others like them to do the same so TFC Talks were born! We will be talking about all elements of business and giving you top tips and hacks that you can practically apply to grow your business! Whether you have an idea that you want to take to action or want to grow your business from feeling like a hobby to feeling like a hustle then I will have something for you! I want you to walk away from each episode feeling inspired to take the leap and follow your business dreams to success!

This week Hannah interviews Florence Andrews Success and Visibility Coach!
Florence is a Hollywood and West End lead actress and a Success & Visibility coach for impact-led fempreneurs, who are ready to step out of hiding and into their spotlight so they can get magnetic, get noticed and ultimately impact and prosper!
She works with clients on a deep level, utlising traditional business and mindset coaching, mentoring, performance psychology and also working closely with the law of attraction.
A recovered playing small perfectionist and chronic self-saboteur, Florence knows just what it is like to deal with the inner tug of war between an epic sized vision and the fear of not being enough and spent years hiding in the wings, before drawing a line in the sand and doing the deep work needed that quickly shifted her life to living out her creative dream and creating a 6 figure income alongside it. As Florence began to gain more interest in the world of business, she realised that the mindset and performance level needed for success in the west end and in the entrepreneurial space was pretty much identical, and the blocks of comparinitis, fear of judgement and not-enough-ness were holding talented and powerful women back through both. Through implementing this inner work and aligned and simple strategy herself she was able to build a thriving business during covid, going from nearly homeless at the worst point, to her first 5k week under one month later! (this stuff really works!)
Her passion is to help women reframe their relationship to fear, collapse the time-line on their journey to success, heal their ‘show-off shame’ and be able show up and shine online so they can connect with those soul-aligned clients that are need what only they can give!
She wants to shout out to the world that your energy and vibe are your biggest USP - start sharing it out each day, and watch the magic happen! You were born to shine!
Hannah chats to Florence about how she used her years of suffering from stage fright to help others become successful, why it is so important to be visible for your audience and how mindset is everything! Plus Florence shares her top tips based on her own journey and what she has learnt along the way!

Since then Bow and Arrow have moved on from just designing and selling prints, to a whole range of wall hangings and stationery. Monochrome is a BIG DEAL at the Bow and Arrow HQ! Along with the use of bold statement fonts and simple design, monochrome has become our signature style and we couldn’t be happier about it!
