A special thanks to Tariq for sharing your everyday hero with us.
I have a question for you. Is there peace when you enter a room, or more peace when you leave the room? Do you bring peace to someone's storm? The worst thing to hear when someone sees you coming is, "Here comes chaos!" The best thing to feel when someone sees you coming is, "Here comes peace!" Boyd and Stacy want to encourage you to be a peacemaker wherever you go. Not only does being a peacemaker provide calm in the chaos for others, it gives you a peace of mind as well.

Maybe you know someone who is dealing with this, too. Encourage them to get the help they need. One more thing and I'll stop writing so you can listen to the podcast - even though we know that depression isn't for wimps, we know that what we've experienced "doesn't define you, it only designs you" as Stacy so nicely puts it. "Keep Your Head UP" as Skip reminds us, God isn't finished with you yet!
Episode 140 is all about JOY. Joy is a choice. It's a state of being present. What Stacy and I talk about is happiness is external where JOY is internal. Rather than it being a mindset, what if we simply flip it and set our minds on things that are good? Philippians 4: 8-9 reminds us of this importance. Let us know what you think.

Or, are you laser focused and productive, getting all the items checked off your list before the weekend arrives?
