We know we do it, but the root cause is so hidden we aren't familiar with our own programmed way of suppressing it. In some cases, it's so hidden that we've just become accustomed to living with it. We live in a vacuum because we don't fully understand why we do what we do. Survival or protection of our ego and/or inner child becomes our priority.

What is this "Who's The Woman Behind The Mask" all about?
Our season is uncovering the woman behind the mask of Public Success, Private Failure. Often we face our failures when we sit with ourselves in the quiet moments and we want to be here to uncover all internal dialogues hindered our success.
Our vision is that EVERY Woman Can Heal The Whole You From the Inside Out by facing those failures which lie within...
During this segment, we will discuss how we will address those private moments when you question your abilities and face your challenges.
During this show One woman will reveal her public persona and her private disappointments, failures and regrettable decisions. She's married, two beautiful children and happy on the outside in the front line. On the side she's a bisexual woman who loves women and in physical pain a great deal of the time.
Most like this woman are professional and business women who have to keep the roles in tack. We must present ourselves in the absolute best light. No one knows the challenges we face or demons that plague our ability to be our best, yet we wake up the next day and play the role again.
We are saying you don't have to. Here's your platform to secure your spot of greatness and face all that you are challenged by.

April provides valuable tools to clients seeking to start, expand and, grow their business. She is also SBA’s Women’s Business Ownership Representative and has assisted women in developing their entrepreneurial skills for over 10 years. As a District Office Technical Representative, she monitors the activities of two women’s business centers in the state.
