Hello, Hello! I'm De a yoga teacher based in Buffalo N.Y. and wellness expert looking to share and build a supporting community. My style is considered fierce and urban plus refreshingly different. I'm excited to share my perspective in the yoga community. In hopes that my insight will inspire people with the practice.
As the founder of Living Well with DeChantell and Code Blu Juice Bar. DeChantell loves spending time studying nutrition, philosophy, anatomy, and yogic disciplines. She appreciates art and the power of stillness, to calm the mind. DeChantell’s personalable methods to make yoga and wellness accessible is what attracts many people to her practice. She has written a eBook, writes for online publications, teaches throughout the community, and conducts workshops and wellness retreats through her business.
