I know it is difficult when someone leaves you and accepting it is difficult. You have to be strong. Don't blame anyone for your sadness. Cherish the memories. Never give up for seeking happiness and comfort. Talk to your friends, family. Be around with people, make peace with your mind, look at the blue sky, it helps you de-stress (it does help me). My Breakdown Story: This was recorded in the middle of the night when i was struggling to sleep, trying to shut my thoughts. I couldn't share my situation with anyone hence this podcast. There comes a phase in life when you want to be alone, when you don't share your personal experience related to mental health with anyone. You want to share your thoughts with someone but you are just being pulled to the devastating zone. It is negative. There's a sea change when a person who faces a breakdown sounds as to the same person who is happy. It took a lot of courage for me to upload this and share with you all. Listen and share to care for your friend who is going through the same.
