These are the five questions you can have with your team to try and help them to connect to their inner purpose: 1. What are you good at doing? 2. What do you enjoy? 3. What feels most useful? 4. What creates a sense of forward momentum? 5. How do you relate to others?

However, at work, we can easily get confused and lose our purpose and work become a chore. What was the real reason you showed up today?
70% of change programs miss their mark. This could be due to the way we introduce change. When we introduce change to our team or organization, very often we think about teaching and learning, like children do at school. But this might exactly be the reason why change fails.
When we reach the next level, like in life or in our career, it is because we have performed well at the previous level. At the next level, however, we are faced with a new perspective of the things. This means that the performance that got us here may not automatically make us successful at this level now.
