CEO of Investor Army, Connor Steinbrook, changed his life in just a few short years as a real estate entrepreneur investing in real estate. He struggled for years almost going through bankruptcy before he cracked the code and figured out how to be successful in the business. He now runs a company buying and selling millions of dollars of real estate every year. Connor changed his life and now he is looking to help as many people as he can change theirs too.
His goal is to create a minimum of 1000 financially FREE families with Investor Army in the very near future. He wants to pay it forward and help people change the course of their family line and teach people how to create real wealth, generational wealth, with real estate investing and he is going about it a different way.
He has an US vs Them mentality when it comes to the big national training companies, the $50,000 seminar guru. Everyone knows that most of these companies hire inexperienced coaches teaching out of workbooks with extremely low success rates and he thinks this is negatively affecting communities around the country. His life was nearly ruined by one of these companies. Many families have been destroyed going through these types of companies and he thinks education should be affordable and accessible for everyone who wants to work hard to have a better path in life.
He believes everyone has the right to be successful and he is giving back by interviewing some of the biggest investors in the country right here on the Investor Army Podcast. He built his Youtube channel, Investor Army, where he will be filming over 1000 videos in the coming few years to teach people how to be a real estate entrepreneur. In just 3 years Connor went from using a unique strategy he calls Cyclical Joint Venture Virtual Wholesaling, to saving enough money to get into rehabbing houses, and then becoming bank financeable and building a rental portfolio through leveraging bank loans and buying direct to seller with creative owner financing strategies. He believes anyone can be successful who works hard, dedicates themselves to self-development, and never gives up.
His goal is to help as many families as he can reach the TOP!!!

Real estate notes have been growing in popularity as a new type of investment product on the open real estate market.
A real estate note is created when two parties reach an agreement on a transaction that gives one party the capital to purchase a home or other form of property. Whoever is the holder of the real estate note is the party that receives repayment from the borrower on the loan, no matter who financed it originally.

H. Quincy Long is the president and founder of Quest IRA, one of the fastest growing IRA companies in the country. He is also a co-founder of Financial Friends Network together with Walter Wofford. Quincy and Walter organize the best cruise networking events, where you can meet investors just like you doing amazing deals while connecting with the right people and gain high-level education and training.
Quincy educates people to take control of their retirement assets and invest in what they know best, whether that is real estate, notes, options, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, private corporate stock, joint ventures, precious metals, or a myriad of other choices.
With brokerage style retirement accounts advisors want you to avoid “thinking outside the box,” meaning their narrowly defined investment box containing stocks, bonds, mutual funds and annuities. At Quest they teach you that “you don’t have to think outside the box, you just have to realize that the box is bigger than you think.”
If you ever wanted to invest out of your IRA, this is the episode for you!

Cash flowing rental properties are what we are all after. If you buy enough quality rentals you will never have to work again and that is the goal. If you work for passive income or cash flow and not a check or a job you will change your life just like Cindy did. Cindy is on a quest to buy 100 rental houses in Jackson, MS in less than 5 years and is well on pace to do it because she bought over 30 rentals last year alone in her second year in the business.
Cindy has a great story and is an inspiration to many who are looking to be landlords and successful real estate investors. To buy over 30 rent houses in a career for most people would be enough but she did it in a year. She is already financially free from the cash flow or passive income from these rental houses

Patrick Livingston is an investor in Dallas, TX and has been a full-time appraiser as well for over a decade. As an investor when we are flipping or rehabbing houses one of the most important parts of the whole process is the time when we have our final appraisal.
If the house does not appraise for our asking or sales prices the bank will not lend on this house. It is rare for us as investors to get to see things from the perspective of an appraiser so in todays interview you will get to hear Patrick explain the process of appraising houses for real estate investors.

Let me ask you something? Who do you think will get the deal if two people go into a house and both offer $100,000 and they are exactly the same in every way, twin’s you could say, but one has a website and an online presence and the other doesn’t even have a real estate website. I mean they don’t even have a real estate website??
When the homeowner looks them both up which they always do and find one is credible with testimonials all over online and the other is nowhere to be found there is your answer.
