Toronto, ON - Canadian R&B singer, Shay 24K dropped her newest single, “About Me” on all major music platforms. The singer’s seductive vocals are on full display with the highly anticipated release. The team behind Shay, Green Money Entertainment worked closely with the artist to bring out the very best in the singer/songwriter. “About Me” has a special meaning behind it and it was important to the artist to get it right. The single addresses Shay’s feelings towards her past relationships, and how she changed her focus on providing the best life for her son. Shay 24K has come into her own and her music is headed up the charts. Her vision is clear, and her music is strong.
Shay 24K comes from a music-based/ artistic family. Music is in her DNA. Shay’s Father was an Artist, and she remembers watching him perform, from a very young age and knew this is what she wanted to do…. sing. But that step came later for her. Shay worked behind the scenes with her brother, Andre an artist, and painter (Hip Pop Art) contributing to and promoting his success. When Andre passed away, life changed, and a devastated Shay put her heartbreak on display in her music. The singer feels her brother is watching over her. He is a constant source of inspiration for the R&B artist, who brings that raw emotion to her writing and performing. Her fans hear the joy and the pain in her music. “About Me” single is the next step of the journey for Shay. She knew it was time to stand alone, confident that she has brought with her what it takes to soar to the next level. Shay 24K has stepped into the light… her light, her music, her way.

Currently, I am working on a campaign for giving Tuesday our goal is to raise 10,000 dollars that go directly to my mountain community to aid in finding permanent housing and preventing homelessness. I have volunteered to do all their marketing and it is the happiest I have ever been. When I’m not helping with the coalitions or developing marketing plans I enjoy boxing as a sport, painting, and writing (I recently published a self-help book assisting women in escaping toxic situations) modeled after a good friend who was in a very toxic situation causing her to lose her daughter I wish I could have helped her but I hope my book helps other women everywhere leave toxic situations. I also enjoy watching my son play football, and my 10-year-old just started basketball. This keeps me going. My life has been made from Nothing to something. I want to encourage others to help in their community and love each and every person around you

I started my coaching practice because I wanted to see owners of service businesses thrive. I spent approximately ten years as a service technician, four years as a field service manager and then the rest of my time as an office service manager. All told I have almost thirty-years experience in the service industry and understand clearly the challenges business owners and managers face on a day to day basis.
As a business coach, I help pull important insights and solutions from the people I serve through the use of powerful questions. These questions are typically not rehearsed; each one is a dynamic response to the other person’s statements that encourage them to stop and reflect, to dig deep inside for the answers that are just waiting to be found.

My journey continues to be a daily trek of humor, melody, and realization. Can't thank you enough for listening to my story songs. Maybe we'll run into one another at a concert.

Customer segmentation is one of those key activities that companies spend a fair amount of time doing. They will investigate their existing customers and their market to determine which customer profile is the most desirable, meaning the customer profile the company believes has the greatest need for its product or service will lead to the easiest or highest sales.
But in almost all cases, when companies do customer segmentation, they don’t include the most critical aspect: what the various customer segments are willing to pay. This means that more often than not, companies are doing customer segmentation based on pure demographics—consumer demographics or business-to-business demographics. That’s simply not good enough.

You were on HGTV?! Yes! in 2007, I was the designer on a show called Marriage Under Construction (you might recognize the homeowner Vanessa who was on Pretty Little Liars, Hair on Broadway, and currently on Blue Bloods). This incredible opportunity launched my design and television career, moving me into roles both in front of and behind the camera. I have worked as the art director on HGTV shows like For Rent, The Expandables, and with the dynamic duo of Jonathan and Drew from The Property Brothers. I’ve appeared on shows like The Marilyn Denis Show, The Goods, and Breakfast Television.
And then you had… 9 children?!? Yes, I am the proud mom of 9 children, ages 12 and under. I am also the proud owner of a Ford Transit Wagon and have enough hand-me-down clothes to open a department store.
How on earth do you “do it all”? This is a question I get asked quite frequently, and I answer it pretty candidly here. But what is important for you to know, is that for MANY MANY MANY years I struggled. Struggled to the point of absolute burnout, and an epic minivan meltdown when I decided it would be a good idea to bring a baby just DAYS out of the hospital to a messy construction site because I put immense pressure on myself to keep on top of work.
For the first 5 years of my motherhood career, I projected success. But on the inside I was crumbling under immense pressure I was putting on myself to please everyone else other than myself. I had it in my head that the only way to be successful as an entrepreneur was to work around the clock, hustling hard ALL THE TIME. And it nearly cost me the relationships that matter most.

She ultimately landed behind the camera where casting talent came naturally to her. Casting projects like E! At 19, after experiencing flu-like symptoms, Amy, a massage therapist, was rushed to the hospital in a state of septic shock. En route, she experienced respiratory and multiple organ failure which caused her to lose circulation to her extremities.
When she entered the hospital she was given less than a 2% chance of survival, put on life support, and placed into a coma. After multiple blood transfusions and the removal of her ruptured spleen, doctors diagnosed Amy with Meningococcal Meningitis, a highly deadly bacterial blood infection.
Due to septic shock, doctors had to amputate her legs below the knee. She later received a donated kidney from her father a week before her 21st birthday.
After going through this life-altering experience, Amy challenged herself to move on with her life and attain goals that even those who have both legs struggle to achieve. Just three months after her kidney transplant, Amy entered the USASA National Snowboarding Championship where she won medals in three events. Today, she is the most decorated Paralympic snowboarder in U.S. history and a three-time Paralympic Medalist.
Amy's creativity, positive outlook, and never-give-up attitude have opened doors to many other opportunities including being featured in a Madonna music video and a lead actress role in an award-winning film. She and her husband were featured on the TV show The Amazing Race and most recently Amy came in 2nd Place on the hit ABC show Dancing with the Stars with her partner Derek Hough.

Here’s the brutal truth about launching a startup:
You won’t magically figure out how to perfectly launch your business just because you have a good idea.
You actually have to have a process...which is hard, because you’re brimming with great ideas, but it seems like life, your environment, parenting responsibilities, and your lack of experience keep getting in the way.
And we, as restless entrepreneurs and mothers (who are doing it all) want to achieve success, just like everyone else...

The pandemic placed a halt on many Americans around the nation. Travelers and tourists are getting back into the need of sun and fun. Our show will share tips and strategies from p[erillo Tours, Linda Perrilo to provide ways of what, where, and how.
Everyone has seen or experienced tragedies during COVID-19. This pandemic is a memorable event for years to come. We will discuss how your faith is increased during these uncertain times for business, Christian life, and self-improvement. I am a 51-year old Florida native who has lived in New York City for the past 27 years. I had a successful career as a singer in musical theatre before turning my full attention to my job as a professional, licensed NYC tour guide. I have worked for 25 years total as a guide, and my tours have been written up in multiple publications and featured on travel channels. I've led thousands of people on tours over the years, and I truly enjoy it. For the past 10 years I also worked as the Director of the Short Term Missions Ministry at Redeemer Presbyterian Church (Founder, Dr. Timothy Keller). I revamped the ministry, increasing its scope from two trips of 30 people each year to 14 trips per year with more than 200 people participating. My years of leading mission trips have helped me pinpoint some unmet needs, so in 2017 I founded a nonprofit called Loving All Nations (www.lovingallnations.org). My husband, Brian, has worked as Redeemer Presbyterian’s Chief Financial Officer since 2002. We’ve been married since 2000, and we’re one of Match.com’s original couples! We are longtime residents of the Financial District.
We need a balance as women. As women bear many things on a daily basis, women need a fruitful balance to digress stress. Wellness coach Kristina Shea will be our guest to help us to become more balanced through wellness investments. After a life-long career in corporate America working for Fortune 500 companies and the high-stress of the financial industry in Marketing & Communications, Kristina Shea was ready for change and she founded her passion project – "BlueSkys Life™”
Kristina has her own story — she has been widowed twice, experienced personal and financial loss through these events, raised her young daughter as a single mother and as the single income earner. High stress was becoming "her normal" and affected her overall health. After collapsing in the downtown Toronto Financial District at work one day, Kristina was later diagnosed with a brain cyst; experiencing vision loss and debilitating migraines which affected her life in every way. Through a friend, Kristina discovered cannabis as a way to reduce her use of painkillers. It was then that Kristina began incorporating holistic wellness including yoga, meditation and healthy eating into her daily life which provided her on a journey to discover a “new normal” and personal quality of life.

Choosing a life advisor should not be done in a blink of an eye. People should make sure that one’s life coach has the ability to look at the client with a strengths-based and holistic lens. Far too many coaches only point out the wrong and list down what attitudes, behaviors, and circumstances are causing a problem. It is rare to find a motivator who recognizes that people have the innate capacity to rise above any situation and bounce back and thrive in all circumstances. But women around the world are lucky because this is precisely the approach that California native Kathy Murphy takes when empowering women.

She also gets to do great things like write about film and music, and occasionally interview some of her cinematic heroes over at ThreeImaginaryGirls.com. If there’s one thing she’s learned from this long journey to leading a (mostly) charmed life, it’s this: “Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

Peterson cut out the middleman by contacting researchers directly. Through her extensive research efforts, she discovered that genomic testing—which looks at all of a person’s genomic mutations rather than a specific one or set—could pinpoint what was driving her cancer and that immunotherapy could help boost the disease-fighting lymphocytes already in her system.
