In this episode, we dive deep into the elusive concept of happiness. What does it truly mean to be happy? Is it just about feeling good, or is there more to it? Join me as I explore the three pillars of happiness: discipline, mission/purpose, and gratitude. Segment 1: Discipline Happiness isn't just about strong emotions; it's about discipline. Discipline creates a sense of control, and control leads to freedom, which ultimately brings happiness. We discuss how discipline in our health, fitness, career, finances, and relationships can help us feel in control and free.
Power Question: Where in your life can you be more disciplined to create more control and freedom?
Segment 2: Mission/Purpose Happiness is driven by having a clear mission or purpose. It's about doing something that aligns with your core values and has a significant impact. This mission doesn’t have to be grand or career-oriented; it can be simple and personal. We explore how to find and pursue a mission that brings true fulfillment.
Power Questions:
Segment 3: Gratitude Happiness is sustained by a sense of gratitude. We talk about how gratitude fosters a positive outlook, helps us avoid the pitfalls of self-pity, and keeps us from ruminating on our problems. High achievers often focus on what they don't have, but balancing this with gratitude for what we do have is essential for sustained happiness.
Power Questions:
Tune in to learn how these key elements can transform your perspective and help you achieve a happier, more fulfilling life.

Welcome to another episode of The Fit CEO Podcast With Chad Molyneux, where we dive deep into the topic of chasing dreams and the harsh reality of why many give up along the way. This week, we tackle a critical question: "Are Your Dreams For Sale?"
Everyone on our team has big dreams:
However, over 70% of people report having major regrets at the end of their lives about not pursuing their dreams. That statistic is heart-wrenching, but it’s a reality we must confront.
Our team is full of dreamers, but statistically speaking, only 6 out of our 20 staff members will look back without regret. What happens to the rest? At some point, their dreams get sold—not because they no longer want them, but because their will to achieve them diminishes after too many setbacks and a lack of support.
We often blame external factors:
These are stories we tell ourselves to justify why we settled. But here’s the truth: when we set big goals, the universe tests us to see how badly we want them. The challenges will only get harder as we climb higher.
In this episode, I’ll share my personal story of how, at 19, I risked it all to join my first business mentorship. I barely had $6 to my name, but I was determined. I sold my bike, headphones, clothes, and even did a leaf blowing job on Thanksgiving Eve just to make the payment. Most people aren’t willing to take such risks, but if you’re serious about your dreams, you must be.
3 Steps To Never Selling Your Dream Life:
Join me as I delve into these steps, share stories of resilience, and explore how to avoid the slow death of unfulfilled potential. Visualize your 80-year-old self and ask, "What would they want me to do today?"
Tune in for a powerful discussion that might just change the trajectory of your life. You deserve your dream life, and it’s time to reclaim your ambition. Check out from Chad Molyneuz and The Next Level Coaching Academy!

In this personal episode of the Fit CEO podcast, I'm sharing ten super valuable lessons that I learned from my amazing parents.
From my dad, I learned how to handle my own problems and the real value of hard work. It's not just a cliché; my dad really showed me what real hard work looks like through his dedication to manual labor and commitment to doing a good job without taking shortcuts.
Then there's my mom, who taught me to never give up on myself and the incredible power of kindness. Her resilience and perseverance in the face of challenges have been truly inspiring.
On top of all that, my folks also taught me the importance of going with the flow, being punctual, steering clear of drama, and staying committed in every aspect of life. These life lessons have truly shaped who I am today, and this episode is my way of paying tribute to the impact they've had on me. ________

Hey everyone, and welcome back! In this episode, I go over the common desire to grow a big online fitness coaching business and shares five things I wish someone had told me before embarking on this pursuit. I debunk the myth that saving alone can lead to wealth and encourage listeners to leverage credit and debt strategically. I urge you all to surround yourselves with people who have a positive relationship with money and to find ways to experience the next level of financial success.

As an entrepreneur, starting a business can be both exciting and nerve-wracking. There are countless challenges to overcome and a wealth of knowledge to acquire. In a recent Q&A session, we had the opportunity to discuss these challenges and provide guidance to a new business owner. In this conversation, I address the challenges of starting a business from scratch and provide guidance on prioritizing tasks. I emphasize the importance of focusing on sales and client acquisition while setting up the necessary back-end systems. I advise Emily against getting caught up in perfectionism and encourage a shift in mindset towards macro patience and micro speed. I also discuss strategies with Emily for engaging with potential clients, such as the scholarship approach, and offer her reassurance that success takes time. I want to highlight the value of ongoing learning and the support provided by Next Level Coaching Academy

Throwback Thursday for this podcast from October '22, which foreshadowed what I've been discussing recently regarding the shifts in the online coaching space over the last few months. I wanted to talk about it because I see it a lot in today's business climate. "Finding yourself" and what I'm seeing from my generation is a lot of passive thinking, pondering, and drug use to find themselves, where I have actively worked, failed, tried again, succeeded, and through that journey, have found myself. Listen to how and why I think this way is better in this repeat episode.

Coming at you guys this week with a very vulnerable episode all my fitness and health and how I lost sight of it over the past couple of years. Going to be very transparent: I was on gear during my super shredded days but coming off of gear wasn't why I gained so much weight. I got lazy when it came to my nutrition and just did what "felt good" at the time. I lost my discipline when it came to my health and I said no more starting in 2023 and started 75 Hard. It's not for everyone but definitely something I need for my discipline muscles. I want to share the 3 biggest takeaways from this experience so hopefully you don't make the same mistakes I did.

We've all been there… you get a potential client on a sales call, everything lines up, they are a great fit and say yes, you get off the phone… and "that" text comes in. The passive "actually, it's too much money for me" or "I went over my finances and it's not a good time right now" leaving you discouraged. I don't want that to be you so today's episode is all about how to eliminate potential clients from backing out of your coaching program. These tangible actions will have a positive effect on your retention rate as well (a bonus of today's episode).

This one episode may be the difference in your business this year if you implement my advice. You know the #1 objection to coaching is, "It's too much money." What if I told you to 1000% agree with that potential client? Would they be expecting that? Absolutely not. It's all about being on an even playing field when it comes to sales. Listen in as I explain this concept and the potential avenues you can go down once that even playing field is established.

The anxiety you feel is a signal… what you decide to do based on that signal is what will determine your success or failure. It took me a very long time to get a handle on my anxiety. I sought out multiple therapists and got the same answers. It wasn't until I changed my perspective on my anxiety that I started using it as rocket fuel to propel me forward in my business and life. In this episode, I share with you how to use your anxiety for good to push forward towards your success.

Welcome to the first episode of The Fit CEO Podcast with Chad Molyneux. I'm so excited to bring this podcast to your ears and be able to provide you with lessons, tips, and tricks that took me from crying in my $800 Jeep Cherokee to running a successful multi-6 figure business with 7 employees.
Speaking of that Jeep Cherokee, I want to take you back to where it all started. Yes, the crying part. It wasn't always this way. I didn't lack the drive necessary to succeed but I had a lack of results for so long I wanted to give up. Thanks to my girlfriend Cailtin I didn't. I don't want you to give up either so that's why I started Next Level Coaching Academy and why I started this podcast. Enjoy the ride with me and thank you for being here.
