Howard has been facing death threats and calls to recuse himself from the prosecution of the two police officers, Garret Rolfe and Devin Brosnan, in the shooting death of Rayshard Brooks. Rolfe was immediately fired, while Brosnan was placed on administrative leave.
There are eleven charges that are pending against these officers, including felony murder for Garret Rolfe.

In this latest episode, we discuss the new disturbing details concerning the death of Ahmaud Arbery. These details coming in from a preliminary hearing conducted on June 4, 2020 before a Magistrate Court Judge in Brunswick County. Arbery, 25, was shot and killed by Travis McMichael, 34, who was driving along in their pick-up truck with his father Gregory, 64, and their neighbor, William "Roddie" Bryan, 50, following behind.
The incident happened in February 23, 2020, yet no arrest was made until May 7, 2020. A total of 74 days had passed. All three men have been charged with felony murder, Bryan is charged with Attempted False Imprisonment. Gregory and Travis McMichael were also charged with aggravated assault.
