074: Alex had her first taste of climbing mountains during the winter in 2012 when she went on a solo three-week trek in the Nepal Himalayas. This life changing experience inspired her to reach even greater heights by setting one of the biggest goals of her life so far – to climb the ‘Seven Summits’, the highest mountain on each continent. We talk about Alex's adventures in the mountains, leaving her corporate job and the fun challenges she has had along the way.
Alex is now a qualified Mountain Leader, a MTB guide and a British Athletics Run Leader, living in St. Moritz in Switzerland.

All I can say is WOW! What a blessing is disguise this episode was. We delved deep and I am so PROUD (understatement) of Taleya for being so open, so courageous, so vulnerable with her story, that is still so new and so fresh in her life.
We talk about being queer, christian and black and how it has impacted her life, changed her views, how she has stuck to her gut feeling and not let others change her. Not only is she the daughter of a pastor but she came out to her parents without knowing.

Many of us hide behind an armour that we have built due to being bought up in western culture, something we delve into in the podcast.
Diana found her confidence through going for opportunities and saying yes to trying new things.
We talk about going for goals, even if we're scared or we don't think the outcome will go our way.
Diana is a marketer by day and confidence coach by night, in order to empower people to believe in themselves and their potential and help them learn how to live life being their most confident self.

045: I hope you guys are ready for a vulnerable and amazing story. Shannon and I talk about her childhood and challenges she went through (like many children in their teenage years). At the age of 12, Shannon wanted to lose weight in order to fit in with her school mates. She soon found herself excessively working out and eating a lot less. Although she found herself getting more attention, she found herself in a struggle of not being able to be herself.
After an attempted suicide, she finds herself searching for different types of help and came across functional medicine.
From that moment, she has been able to understand real nutrition, a good relationship with food and work on her mindset.
We talk about not only some of her biggest challenges but also how she decided to work in holistic health and how she works on her body and mind to keep her reaching her goals and designing a life where she loves herself and can be there for her family too.
A beautiful, heartfelt message that should be shared to all teenagers and women from around the world.

042: I'm currently reading 'The Magician's Way' by William Whitecloud and I love how it talk's about the secret's to magic and create tools we can use to shift our mindsets in order to create magic.
The first secret to magic is that your thoughts and feelings aren't real and do not represent reality. Although I have been presented with similar ways of thinking before, this one is so black and white.
What an amazing realisation! That all out thoughts and feelings are just based on the limitations that we have created for ourselves, and actually, they are completely false.
How many times have you said to yourself....'I'm not worthy', 'I don't deserve this', 'I am not cut out for this', 'I don't know enough to do that', etc. etc. etc.
Get some inspiration and motivation to start really creating a life you love and want.

Episode 041: In this episode, Jenni and I talk about her 'go getter' style since a young age, and her competitive nature.
She fell into the sport of Kitesurfing at a later age after being convinced that she wouldn't make a living from being an athlete when she was younger.
Going from sport to sport, she was limited by options of growth, but after going into a corporate career, she finally found a way she could get her sport and adrenaline fix.
Make sure to stick around for her 'scariest' moments and grab some of her passion to take with you and design the life you want.
Check Irina out and find her on Instagram and facebook @Irina__jenni.
I can't wait to get on a kiting trip with this lady! :)
How many times does someone tell you that you 'should' be doing something or 'should' be living a certain way.
I have had it all, maybe more than most because I decided to live a life like no one else. I decided to basically do the opposite and the 'should's' keep coming. I just want you to know that you're not alone and I'm here with you.
It's time to stop listening to other's and start listening to yourself and what you really want to do.
You are in control of your own life, no one else can do it for you and no one else can make you happy.
Lots of love, Fleur x

039: Sophia is what I call a badass. I connected with her on instagram because I have a secret crush on any big mountain skier. Sophia's story started at age 2 when she stepped both feet into ski boots. At the age of 6 she began competing in ski events and he identity became very much that of a skier. In 2013, she made the USA Ski Team in Mogul Skiing but suffered many injuries along the way. Sophia struggled through recovery and mindset but found her way and decided to jump into bi mountain skiing (literally). We talk about her journey and the struggles she came across. We also talk about what she has since learnt, the difference between using courage and confidence and how to harness them both.

Today, I talk about how we fall into the comparison trap and how we can get out of it.
It is pretty common these days to be comparing ourselves with everyone and everything we see around us. Whether it is someone with the big house, the expensive car, the perfect family or the best abs, there is always someone who may have something that we have.
However, we often forget what it has taken to get there, the behind the scenes, the things you do not see.
I give you some tips and tricks on what to do to help you get rid of the negative feelings and fill up your day with inspiration and motivation.

I wanted to talk to you about what success really means.
In this day and age, we see so many adverts on 'how i made my first million' or 'how to build your business to 20k months in 6 months'.
There is nothing wrong with wanting money, it makes our world go around, but success means different things for everyone.
By determining what success means for you, will determine your values and what you want out of being on the world.
Someone with lots of money may not be successful in your eyes, so find out what success means for you so you can be your own cheer leader!
Betty suffered from a case of the "should's". She went after everything she thought that she 'should' do. She thought she would be happy when she had everything she wanted, but founded misplaced. She felt unfulfilled and what to do about it.
After changing company to company, she realised her super power was in-between jobs, interviewing and finding new and exciting things.
All signs pointed to career coaching for her, so she decided to delve deep into what career coaching was and realised she had found her passion.

Kim Kimball shares with us why she up and left her 'normal' life to travel the world and figure out who she really was, coming back and doing what 'she' wanted to do rather than what everyone else thought 'she should do'.
She talks us through relationship struggles, the 'perfect life' that everyone believes in right and truely connecting to yourself and finding out what is the right path.
Kim is a beautiful soul who has so much to give in the world of life coaching and development and is going through her own business growth and all the things that come with.
Instead of sticking with the 'career for life' that everyone else thought was right, she decided to take her own path and has encountered the many challenges along the way, but she sticks with it, keeps going and doesn't let people steer her away.
She talks about teaching english to hundreds of people when she had never taught english in her life, coming back home with the resilience of all the people around her and also going back to work whilst training and growing her business.
Ever thought you were meant for more or there is a different path for you? This podcast will totally help you think about what it is you want to do and why, figuring out your future and what it might bring.
Some of us think we will never want to give up.....but at one point or another, it will happen.....listen to Kim's tips as to how she keeps herself going :).

Christy and I have a wonderful conversation about her story in building her business, her family and how her and her husband work together.
She has an incredible morning routine, waking up at 4am everyday!
We talk about her story of when her daughter hurt herself and she decided that working a normal job, where you cannot even take time off when your child isn't well, was not the way forward.
Christy and her husband took the leap and started building their own business that started small but soon managed to leave their job behind.
We talk flexibility, the successful side of business but also the problems that have been faced along the way.
They went into franchising, dealing with difficult characters and people that did not fit into their ethos. We talk about the challenges of working alongside your husband and also growing into the person you are supposed to be.
We talk about the importance of having a why that goes much larger than just money and the importance of having mission, vision and hard work too.
Did you know we only have about 940 saturdays with our kids before they get old enough to do their own thing?

In this episode I talk about habits and morning routines.
We all have habits, but most of us have habits that are completely subconscious and that do not help us in anyway or form, in-fact, a lot of the time, they are probably slowing us down.
You daily habits are what can change your entire future, if you do exactly that....make them a habit. I talk about my morning routine and how you can implement one too.

Today we welcome Leanna DeBellevue to the She's Unshakeable Podcast.
The one thing I love about this podcast, is that I get to really delve down into the challenges that come with a business. I know that benefits of entrepreneurship massively outweigh the challenges, but we often think that people get very successful easily and they have had an easy ride.
One of the ways we can create courage and resilience, is to stick through the challenges, see them as opportunities and continue to take everything in our stride.
Leanna is a mum, busy wife and successful business owner and speaker. She runs a global marketing company which she took in her stride when she realised she was actually good at it.
She's taken her business to the next level but it hasnt always been easy, especially when she was expanding and employing new people. The one thing that keeps her going is her why, a why that was developed when a moment happened with her daughter.
This is a beautiful podcast and I felt so blessed to speak to Leanna about everything she has been through, delve deep into the real challenges to show you all that you will also go through challenges, but you too can also go through it.

In this episode, I get to talk to the amazing Lexi Hohenberg. She's a brit (like me), living in Sydney. She is not only a boss woman entrepreneur and the owner of Still Stoked, she is also a professional snowboarder, snowboard Heli Guide and Surfer! She is what I would call one of the coolest chicks I know :).
We talk about her mission, having a community to help women have mentors in the extreme sport space.
She talks about the importance of mentors and asking for help from people. Bringing the right people in to make your product great will help you in the long run because we cannot all do everything ourselves.
Look at your goals as small steps and just keep moving forward, otherwise it's very easy to get overwhelmed.
A rebel at heart, Alexa saved her money to go skiing and snowboarding as a kid, built amazing friendships, built resilience and learnt how to live in a male dominated world.
We talk about powder turns, turning on a wave and having that feeling on flow when in extreme sports. Her scariest moment in Alaska and how to push through when the fear sets in.
We have a super fun conversation about how to grow, get better, stronger and build confidence.
