Not much to say about it, except it’s pouring down rain, I slept 12hours and I rose needing to express this - and I’m always just recording with speaker phone - maybe I need to think about a mic or something, not sure. 🔰 I still hold back when I’m recording and I really hold back in front of people, but I think everytime I record it helps me break down my own walls of fear of being heard. ✨Gratitude to just be Here, moving through this✨
Fainting leads to healing another piece of me... people showing up, is it matrix games or divine alignment... I’m finally feeling coherent again. And why I feel All is illusion until we anchor our Eye&Be•ing into THAT PLACE. (No editing=rough in the 1st half) I tone sounds & then suddenly the Heart just releases &, Love&Innocence Pour OUT, playful innocence vibrating, creating a Light Show of Colors swirling in my 3rd Eye. “Remember Your Playfulness” this one sang to Me!!⚡️Sometimes we are hard on ourself for forgetting how far we’ve come.. we took a side turn into some past lesson we forgot, & we were quickly reminded.. then we feel shame, disbelief that we forgot our lesson.... we can’t beat ourself up.. We Must Remember Our Innocence Our Playfulness, Our True Nature = Hold On to That!! Do Not Forget It when the World and the Mind tries to make you believe you are unworthy during the time you couldn’t remember your connection to All There Is. We Are Flow, Experience, Celebrating, Song& Dance, Movement, Feelings, Creating Beauty, and LOVE. I Love You 🤍💗❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍
After an intense session of crying all day and with a cracking voice, This is how I brought myself back from despair and moved through it. By the end I felt better 🔆 I spoke out loud all the negative self talk so I could hear the shadow loud & clear to practice coherence & differentiation from Me and The crap my mind says.. 4 people reached out to me today all saying the same thing, “I want to commit suicide” THE COLLECTIVE ENERGY NOW IS GOING THROUGH ANOTHER PURGE.... WE GOT THIS! MY ADVICE, CREATE something, makes organic sounds, Sing, Paint, Make Music, put your bare feet on the ground, pray, hug trees, spend time with animals... TURN THE MUSIC UP REAL LOUD, whatever you do, don’t listen to the mind’s delirium.... we are under attack. I’m sharing this song, too inspire you to sing and make sounds, no matter what you sound like or feel like, just tone.... OUR VOICE IS A MAGICAL POWER TO SHIFT OUR ENTIRE FREQUENCY AND STATE. We Are God We Are Sovereign, We Are Free. I LOVE YOU ❤️
Working in a Bar, feeding demons. Seeing through the veil while still participating in the illusion. Not taking things personal. Preparing the Self, for the next step in ascension. Endless Loops. The first sounds I made this Rising. I’m getting back to me after a couple weeks of wandering through thc. The vocals are shabby&rough at the beginning but I’m warming as I go. Now you see why I love doing this for hours, it’s my favorite practice for connection into my Deeper Resonance. Knowing Thyself through Sound. It is what it is. 💚

When we are embodying More Light, “It” goes after those closest to our Heart. It implants thoughts, memories, body pain... “It” knows our weaknesses, All with the Purpose to Stop the Flow of Love, All to Divide Us.
