This episode starts off right where we left off. Lindsay weaves in an important point when working with Tarot, that all cards show up for people differently.

I then ask them about their process with inclusivity and reparation that they weave into their podcast, teachings, and business model. The take away is the importance of investing in anti-racism education and being open to making mistakes.

We end the episode with next years card and energy of the year- The Lovers and Gemini work. If you are wanting to go deeper and prepare for opening and grounding into this work, I recommend checking out Lindsay's offering, The Threshold.

After we gain awareness of how our brain pulls us into story we are assisted with the 6 of Swords. This is a reminder that it is helpful to allow others to support us so that we can tend to our inner child's needs.  Sometimes this card is about that journey away from harm. Which may include leaving old identities and beliefs behind.

Once on the other side, our brain continues to send us warning signs that we may not have what we need. The 7 of Swords is a reminder to acknowledge what type of projections you are making to right that fear.  Checking-in with the minds fear helps us to move forward in an open and expansive space.

The reason the bone moon resonates with me is because in myths, bones represent things that can not be broken, destroyed or deteriorate. Bones are a symbol of mortality. As we talked about in last weeks episode, this is a month of death. But bones keep us going. They are still here thousands of years later, as a reminder of our existence. Our individual existence. So I choose to embrace this months moon energy as a representation of the pieces of us that cannot be destroyed and will be here long after our flesh.

It is also a time of quickening or building the fire within. So this idea of letting the snow melt away my doubts and fears so that my inner passions burn stronger and brighter provides us with that hope that is needed for us to keep going.
