Series Finale
In the Golden Age of Television there is just too much to watch. Three Boston comedians cut to the chase and just watch the series finale of a show they never saw. They are generally confused, often critical, and always funny.
After countless laughs and too soon references to national tragedies, the boys wrap up their show and host their own finale. They go out with a bang with a few listener call ins, an extended meme minute, and of course a salacious role play. In their final episode, they roast the one show they ever loved: Billions.
The boys are on a little summer break! We know everyone wants more role plays so here is an episode dedicated to just that!
Series Finale launches its nukes when it discusses the last episode of the 1 season rebel military drama 'Last Resort' starring Andre Braugher, Scott Speedman and Robert Patrick. Erik Scott of the Across the Movieverse podcast sits in and talks his movie obsession and his new job as an usher at in independent movie theater.
An on-screen suicide gets the boys talking about the legendary Budd Dwyer and how it intersects with edging, Jack gets whiffs of nostalgia for the days of gore on VHS and John Paul points out that it's a HIPAA violation for rappers to expose Usher's STIs.

The Series Finale boys all remember times when they were enlisted in GI Joe. Jack was Rad Roller skater, an Xtreme sports star who got stranded in the Sudan, when he was taken in by the locals. Zach was Icy Wet, a special agent Joe who worked for Starbucks, who went undercover at a Dunkin Donuts in Islamabad that took part in a practice disrespectful to Ramadan. John Paul became a GI Joe named Mr. Lowercase t, the Low-T GI Joe, who became part of a nude detainee photo scandal ala Abu Ghraib.
In a 'Yo Joe' roleplay Cobra Commander, Big Country and GI Joe 'Airtight' get into a sticky situation when Airtight gets stuck in the washing machine like certain online videos, he gets very sad when it seems he's left out of the free-wheeling sex that's about to occur.
Series Finale returns to doing what they do best when they kick off the 3rd year of Stolen Valor July when they discuss the final episode of the BBC drama about the British Army in Afghanistan 'Our Girl'. Except for Zach who watched the wrong episode.
John Paul ruminates on the Iraqi Republican Guard and getting catcalled by a Marine recruiter, Zach suggests that what will bring down the US military isn't Critical Race Theory but Critical Waist Theory about fat acceptance for the troops and Jack ruminates on the film 'My Girl' and Jerry Seinfeld and Critical Bee Theory.
The Finale boys all happen to have served and recall those times. Jack joined the British Army and ended up on a mission with Chis Kyle, though his greatest struggle was reading his own handwriting during his writing assignment. Zach hated living in England and joined the British army as an interpreter and was fired after a misunderstanding at a mosque. John Paul was a violent soccer hooligan who was recruited into the secret unit MI69 led by Princess Di who had faked her own death.
In a jolly fine roleplay Prince Harry, an Afghani terrorist, and a British guy meet up for a photo op in hospital when things get sexual, violent and confusing, there's a huge explosion and many deaths.
This episode of Series Finale boys are back to the classics. They watched the Andy Griffith show an American police procedural or someone call it COPAGANDA. Italians move in and the town is freaked out but eventually starts to like them.
Series Finale leaves their fiancé for a soulmate when they break down the last episode of The Parkers starring Monique who they think is very gorgeous . Zach declares that Monique is the female Kevin James and he wants to marry her. John Paul talks a little about David Arquette's most famous role in Scream and his time pro wrestling and Jack ponders on the issue of kink in the Pride Parade.
In a left at the altar roleplay Nikki Parker, The Professor and Johnny try to hash out a new poly relationship when Nikki drops some truth bombs about penis size and the whole gang orders only waters and annoys a waiter.
Series Finale stages a riot for free menstruation products when they dissect the final episode of Netflix's reality show about young women offenders in juvenile detention. Zach lauds the show as the most dramatic and emotional finale they've ever seen. John Paul is shocked that same sex affection isn't allowed when you're locked up and Jack compliments the comedic sylings of one inmate when she insults another inmates vaginal hygiene.
The Series Finale boys are reminded of their own times in prison. John Paul was locked up when Zach turned him in for tax evasion and he acclimated well to his time inside until he got a famous cellmate who began terrorizig him. Zach ended up in prison over tax evasion as well, which sparked a series of events which sent Zach to a life with the Amish community. After Jack was released from girl's prison, went to community college, but left it all behind for a life of Tik Tok fame when he found out that not all Tik Tok stars are as compassionate as a women's prison guard.
In a time served roleplay Kennedi, Reyes and Galipeaux the warden try to squash their beef with a discussion. They reveal a drug smuggling operation in the prison when Reyes commits the biggest crime of all:Joke Thievery
Series Finale builds its own teen government when they tackle the 1 season Netflix teenage drama 'The Society' a show about what happens when all the adults vanish in a small town and the kids are forced tobuild their own system of government built around tik tok followers. The boys start off the show celebrating the fact that they have returned to in-person podcasting defying expectations and gathering regulations.
Zach gives a report on premium fast food chicken sandwiches he's tried, and stridently fights for the family dog Henry to remain intact in defiance of the will of Bob Barker, while Jack gets a bit annoyed by the neighbor's loud K9.
The gang all tell stories about when they were forced to create teen societies away from adults like the show. Jack was the defacto king when he controlled the food supply in a less publicized Chilean mine collapse. John Paul was stranded on an island with a bevy of diva child actors on a reality show called Survivor:Kid Nation.
In a parent-free roleplay Allie and Lexi and a member of 'The Guard' have an in depth discussion of internet porn when Terry Crews shows up to give a talk about porn addiction and ends up waterboardning Allie before Lexi makes some new goverment proclamations and a murder happens.
Series Finale puts on a disguise to slip past security when they cover the finale of the USA original heist series 'White Collar'. Zach starts the show off by stridently defending Martha Stewart, saying her conviction for stock manipulation was wrong, Jack informs the gang that skid row will be renamed after AAA movie star actor Henry Cavill, and John Paul has some fond memories of Dustin Diamond brought on by discussion about Dustin's sex tape titled 'Saved by the Smell.'
The Series Finale boys all remember the times they had faked their own deaths. Jack talks about when his controversial Ellen appearance led to him exposing a comic who lied about 9/11. Zach faked his own death to frame an NFL star for murder to keep him out of the Hall of Fame. John Paul relates how he went out west to Hollywood to be a star, but ended up being abused by a famous 'nice' talk show host and ended up having to fake his own death to escape.
In a safecracking roleplay Neal, Jack's creation Chao Pink and a security guard from the show meet up in Paris and have an argument, Chao Pink of course, complaining about the smell the whole time. The security guard reveals that he's a cop just before Chao Pink makes an even more shocking revelation, just before some non-shocking gun violence.
Series Finale reads your micro-expressions when they cover the final episode of the Fox semi-police procedural starring Quentin Tarantino darling Tim Roth. John Paul kicks things off by pointing out that this show was part of a glut of early 2000s 'super competent' shows in the vein of 'The Mentalist' and 'House'. Jack thinks that Tim Roth should have used his super observation powers to spy on sports teams for gambling purposes and Zach spends a little time talking about 'the craft' of comedy before engaging in an interesting discussion on the sobriety concept of 'rigorous honesty.'
Jack talks about when he used his lie detector powers to investigate Tiger King's Carol Baskin for the murder of her husband and ended up in a confrontation with another star from the famous docu-series. Zach remembers when he used his empathy and compassion to investigate tax cheats for the IRS and got caught up in a deadly situation with a beloved daytime talk host, and John Paul refuses to buy new diamond rings for his inter-racial poly marriage partners. Special shout out to the new body weight guessing gameshow 'Lay On Me'.
In a devious roleplay Tim Roth and Michael B. Jordan argue about mask mandates, then their careers before they're interrupted by the Dickensian Ghost of White Guys past. Jordan pulls a piece and shoots the ghost because he's concerned the ghost might say something especially rude about Tim Roth's past.
Series Finale takes on broadcast royalty when they cover the NOT final episode of the Tim Allen conservative slanted sitcom Last Man Standing. They start the show off by pointing out that this week they did NOT watch the final episode but accidently watched an episode of the show a few weeks before the last one.
Zach talks about how Warren Buffet was an early Poly King when he had a wife and a girlfriend for two decades, John Paul implies that recently seperated billionaire Bill Gates implanted microchips into the population, and Jack helps eulogize a beantown drug dealing legend Boston George, who passed recently and who was the basis for the film 'Blow'.
Zach talks about when he was the CEO of a company that provided 'bullshit' job workers to corporations and he wanted a poly marriage because his wife was a bad cook, John Paul married Melinda Gates and ruined things with her by pushing her to invest her fortune in his financial ideas, and Jack was so into the NoFap movement he wouldn't make love to his wife and forced her to go elsewhere for sexual satisfaction.
In a roleplay with "more power" Jonathon Taylor Thomas and Wilson from Home Improvement confront Tim Allen about the current state of their acting careers, when JTT makes a shocking revelation that puts Wilson in the crosshairs.
Series Finale rejects modern technology and society when they cover the last episode of the very real, totally unscripted reality show Amish Mafia. Zach is fascinated with the Amish people and how they don't pay income tax, Jack wonders how many Amish it would take to shun someone who was over 400 lbs and John Paul's mic has some scratchiness at the start of the show.
Zach talks about when he was part of a society of religious folx who declared that marriage ended at death and would NOT continue into the afterlife, Jack talked about his time with a Canadian prophet with a large penis, and John Paul talked about when he went undercover Amish to root out illegal streaming.
In a primative roleplay Lebanon Levi propositions Merlin's wife for sex because her huge size reminds him of modern society when Caleb arrives and is clumsy with a bucket of bull semen. Caleb ends up grabbing a gun to kill Levi when Bill Clinton arrives right on schedule.
Series Finale goes mystery solving when they discuss the finale episode of the dead, then resurrected series on Hulu, Veronica Mars. The show starts off with the boys thanking everyone for the magic of meme week which leads into a discussion of Martin Mull Madness and Fred Willard's arrest in an adult cinema. Zach says that adult theaters are the only places enforcing indecency laws, John Paul reveals that it wasn't him that did a stinky BM, but Fred Willard and he only took the fall, and Jack wonders about the maximum age for anal sex.
The Series Finale boys recall when they worked in private investigaions, Zach investigaged a man who secretly married another man while he was unconscious at the dentist to leech off his health insurance, John Paul relates how he and his Poly partners teamed up to investigate another famous poly triad, and Jack was hired as PI to investiage Bears in Ogunquit, Maine.
In a mysterious roleplay Deke from King of Queens and Fred Willard team up to deliver a package to Veronica Mars, when they both proposition her for sexual activity. She encourages them to warm each other up when Kevin James arrives on scene and promptly murders someone.
Series Finale goes multi-dimensional when they cover the finale of the Netflix original sci-fi drama The OA. Zach is shocked and overjoyed to see Phyllis from the Office getting more work, Jack wants to discuss interpretive dance, and John Paul claims that Porky Pig is a revolutionary figure for the body positivity movement.
A woman famously staged a protest to uncancel The OA and in that spirit the gang all talk about when they tried to uncancel a show with a wild stunt. Jack takes hostages to save the show Bunheads, Zach leads a world wide strike of layabout sons to bring back ESPN Classic and their programming and John Paul makes a last ditch effort to save The Crocodile Hunter with a wild new star after Steve Irwin's death.

In an action packed roleplay Denzel Washington, his son and Bill Paxton eschew drugs in favor of not waiting the proper amount of time to swim after eating, they head to Austin and they end up having sex.
This week on Series Finale podcast we return to the sacred ground of 'reality' TV with South Beach Tow from TruTV. Jack talks about disgraced NFL player Rae Carruth attempting to have his pregnant wife assassinated and accidently calls him Rod, while John Paul thinks that TruTV stars The Impractical Joker should target Rae to punish him for his crimes, while Zach says that tow truck drivers deliver the kind of swift justice he wants to see in the world and points out that the podcast was ahead of the curve on self-fellatio.

Zach thinks the show is out to lunch, but ponders the divinity of Christ, John Paul emphatically says that women MMA fighters could beat them up, Jack thinks that when Jimmy Kimmel goes to Hell, he'll be disguised as Karl Malone and each one of the boys has a story about Jesus and Joe Rogan.
In a divine roleplay a young cancer patient and fraud Jesus are on a plane with a very unprofessional pilot, when they try to use musical gay conversion therapy on him.
Series Finale returns to trash reality TV for the finale of the BET non-hit The Gary Owen Program. Gary Owen is a white comedian popular in the black community and in the series finale of his reality show he tries to re-do his disasterous wedding from 12 years ago as a gift to his wife. John Paul is puzzled and intrigued when he hears how Gary Owen won a black comedy contest in San Diego, Zach loves that Gary is non-political and Jack thought Gary's wife was funnier than he was. The boys relate their own weddings that they had a decade ago and go over the problems they had and in a revealing roleplay, an impatient preacher rails against cancel culture and attempts to rail Gary's wife.
Series Finale is comin at ya with a hot NEW episode. The boys get together and discuss the finale of Vikings, an original drama series from The History Channel. Right off the bat John Paul says it's episode 153 when it's actually 154, they discuss if the men on Vikings were hotter than the fat men on Sopranos and Zach claims he never did anything to personally harm Britney Spears. They make numerous excuses for why Ted Cruz fled Texas during the weather crisis. In an inspirational roleplay, Loki & Ivan the boneless talk erectile dysfunction with a beligerant Larry Flynt, until Karl Malone shows up to be forgiven.
