The main reason most Visions never materialise is because there's no focus or discipline on execution. I see it all the time when business leaders create some new initiative that is supposed to be their "game changer", or their "big breakthrough", only to have it die a slow miserable death because no one has any idea what they are supposed to do. Or they have some vague idea but no real plan. So, nothing really happens.

I came across this product on social media while I was browsing, and I was immediately drawn to the price. It seemed like such a good offer that I couldn't help but want to find out more. The thing is, when I started looking at the actual product and it's comparing it to the other leading products in the same field, it actually felt quite misleading.
I understand that marketing can be tricky, but it's important that you let people know what you're offering as clearly as possible so they don't feel mislead. I was excited about this product because of what it promised me as a customer, but when I looked into it deeper, it wasn't what it was saying, particularly on it's price comparison.
That's why I think you should always do your research before buying anything online — This was bad marketing my opinion, this why you should always do your due diligence when making purchase.
Little update, I mention the lifetime cost and then it goes up to $97, just to clarify that was $97/month

The most powerful marketing focuses on building trust through helping your customer solve their problems. When your marketing is focused on helping people and not on selling them something, customers will naturally engage with you.

Personal Productivity is necessary to make sure what needs to be done gets done.

For all the people out there saying don't bother with your customer avatar, persona, ideal prospect, I say absolute bollocks to you.
I've seen loads of comments recently, one on a magazine "stop obsessing about your ideal customer" - No! Obsess about your ideal customer, know them better than they know themselves, just like you should know your products like no one else.
"The relentless pursuit of mass will make you boring, mass means average, it leads to compromise and generalisations. Begin with the smallest viable market, what's the minimum number you would need to make it worth your while" - Seth Godin
Carve out your Niche, listen to them, listen to their frustrations, be market driven not marketing driven.
Don't be one of the billions of whispers in a sea of voices, choose who you serve, it leads to growth.

Casper began his career at a heavy haulage trailer manufacturer in South Africa designing 40 tonne interlink trailers to withstand harsh road conditions in Southern Africa. This paved the way for a strong Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) knowledge base that supported his career path into the civil composite market.
He started Structural Evolution in September 2020, whilst progressing his PhD in mechanical engineering with composites, researching the micromechnical behaviour of stiffened real world structures and how this localised stiffness effects closed form analytical solution like classical laminate theory.

The Power of Videogames to Non-Gaming Domains – an Entrepreneurs Journey with Yin-Chien Yeap
Yinch studied software engineering (MEng) at Imperial College London, after which he worked in multimedia and in the videogames industry, including as lead developer on a Nintendo64 project for Mindscape.
In 2001, Yinch set up Playko in London. The company sought to bring the power of videogames to non-gaming domains. Playko deployed tradeshow and showroom 3D interactives for Ford, Samsung and Mazda and evolved into a web app and digital solutions company.

1. Be the best listener you have ever met.

“What you do with the 24 hours you’re given determines your successes, failures and contentment in life. Life is not about getting more time, it’s the hard practice of managing and maximising the time you have”.
I hear the same concern over and over again from Business Owners, “I don’t have enough hours in the day to do what I need to, let alone what I want to”.
This is a similar conversation (and for me is very much linked) to the work/life balance, personally for me balance is the wrong word. Do we ever really achieve balance?
You could be flat out on work-related activities one day, and another have more time for your loved one and hobbies. For me, it’s more about that work/life integration, ensuring we make time for the most critical of all which is improving our physical, emotional, and mental health.

Podcast listenership continues to grow, and is in its early phases within the UK, in my opinion. As an interesting stat, the number of Americans listening to podcasts every week increased 175% over the last five years, with roughly 90 million listening to a podcast each month. 15 million for the UK but growing, estimated at 20 million in the next few years.
You don’t need to be a very technical person, nor does it require a lot of money to learn how to make a podcast. In this episode I discuss where I started, what Kit I use and what software I use.

I am a qualified Counsellor, Wellbeing Therapist, Yoga Teacher and an Instructor with MHFA England delivering their Mental Health First Aid courses.
I have a wealth of experience personally and professionally to deliver training on mental health and wellbeing, that is honest and real yet humourful and empathetic.
During my own journey of health and wellbeing over twenty years ago, I took a path that very much went on to inform the professional path I lead today. Training in a number of complementary therapies, qualifying as a yoga teacher, and also gaining an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
In early 2018 I then went on to train with MHFA England as an Instructor for the Adult Mental Health First Aid course.
From first hand experience, I know how poor mental health can feel so dis-empowering. This is why I am passionate about mental health training and building awareness, so that we can all become empowered to lead positive healthy lives both at work and at home.

This is a short on Routines and Consistency = Results
Our routines and the consistency in doing them is a key fundamental within business, something that is overlooked by most businesses. This component is probably one of the most neglected, often taken for granted and undervalued by entrepreneurs and leaders.
We need to understand the core processes that build the business. These need to be written down and understood by anyone that touches the process.
We need to clarify the systems and hone them, so the business can run itself and not you have to run it. Think “E-Myth” by Michael Gerber
