Different Church
Does the world need another church? No, it needs a different church! We are different because Jesus was different. He turned the world’s ideas about God upside down, and through love, forever changed the way that humans could relate to God and each other. We're different because there is a person who sees the typical church and longs for something more, something better. Maybe that person is you. We are radically inclusive, serious about understanding the historical context of scripture, and financially transparent and responsible. Maybe you're different too?
This is a different kind of service. Not a sermon, but more of like church policy in action. BONUS - We included a song in here for you to enjoy.

Let's talk about "The Kingdom Of God", and how Jesus talked about it. We are going to focus on four metaphors to discuss what it is, what it isn't, and how the metaphors combine to show us a full picture.
Did you know, the ancient Jews probably believed in more than one God? It can be argued they did not become monotheistic for quite some time. What does that all mean? Great question, and Hannah tackles it in this message, plus lays some groundwork for what The Bible and, specifically, The Old Testament, is.
