James Bundy is the Director of Operations for Freedom Declared Foundation, a UK-based charity which aims to promote and protect the human rights of individual freedom relating to one's religion or beliefs (FORB). James chats to Jason about the historic and current barriers to FORB, how this is affected by political choice and how the Freedom Declared Foundation charity helps in this area. James is also a political commentator and we talk about the current state of affairs in Scotland and the United Kingdom.
Andrew Morrison is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as well the Director of Morrison's Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also running to be elected as councillor for the Newton Mearns North and Neilston ward of East Renfrewshire council. Andy talks to Jason about his humble beginnings growing up in the shadow of Celtic park, qualifying as an accountant and now being a director of his own firm, his political beliefs and the political landscape ahead of this May’s election.
Ben Kitchings is a historian and is the host of The History Voyager podcast. In a more laid-back and off the cuff episode, Ben and Jason talk about the failure of several underpinning facets of society, American politics, the future of virtual reality and virtual workplaces post-pandemic as well as a look ahead to the 2022 mid term elections.
Matt Ventisei is running as the Conservative candidate for this May’s local elections in the Greater Pollock ward of Glasgow city council. Matt discusses the formation of his political beliefs, goes all in on the state of Glasgow under the current SNP administration and he talks Jason through his party’s as well as his own plans for change in the next council term.
Richie Worrall appeared on series 2 of the itv2 dating show The Cabins in January 2022. However, long before that, Richie lived as a woman having decided to undergo a gender transition process prompted by an unhappy existence in a male body into his late teenage years. Richie decided to stop taking the hormones, thus ending the transition and continuing life within a male body.
Richie is now the happiest he has ever been but opens up to Jason about his gender struggles, toxic masculinity and reasoning behind the use of specific pronouns. Richie also chats about their time on The Cabins: the application, interviews, COVID-impacted filming, relationship with date George and where their life goes from here.

Exaucé Imbo - known as ExTheBarber - has gone from cutting his brothers' hair to becoming the owner of the ExStudio and preferred barber for many footballers and celebrities at the age of 21. Exaucé talks about his life with Jason and how he remains grounded despite his meteoric rise and success.

Willie Rennie is the MSP for North East Fife and served as the leader of the Scottish Liberal Democrats from 2011 to 2021. Willie chats to Jason about becoming leader off the back of the coalition agreement, his experience campaigning during the independence referendum and continuing to make a positive case for the preservation of the United Kingdom.

Three years ago, Sharne Wood was diagnosed with the blood disorder Aplastic Anaemia. Blood disorders like Aplastic Anaemia leave the body immunocompromised. Therefore, when the COVID-19 pandemic came around, it posed a clear danger to Sharne's health.
Sharne speaks to Jason about her life with Aplastic Anaemia from when she was diagnosed to the present day. She speaks about her need to shield even as restrictions ease off as the risk to her is simply too high. Sharne has been raising award for blood disorders with the Anthony Nolan group, which we also discuss.

Royston Youth Action is a community development organisation based in the Royston area of Glasgow. Michael Gallacher is the performance analyst of the Women and Girls' Teams at Glasgow Rangers Football Club. Michael joins Jason to discuss his route into the video and performance field of elite level football.
After that, Michael and Jason take an in-depth look at the 2020-21 Scottish Women's Premier League season and how it played out for the three main teams: Glasgow City, Celtic and Rangers. They go through the transfers made by the teams as well as analyse the matches that took place between the three teams. Celtic and Rangers entered the season as full-time teams for the first time and were not able to overthrow Glasgow City, who won their fourteenth title in a row on the final day of the season.
The end of the episode also features a short interview with Glasgow City midfielder Hayley Lauder who spoke with Jason after the final game of the season.

John White is an 18-year-old Conservative activist from the east end of Glasgow. Traditionally a heartland for Labour and now a stronghold for the SNP, it could be said John and his party – in that area at least – are fish out of water, although the recent election results may suggest this is slowly changing.
John speaks to Jason about his reasons for being a Conservative party member, his experiences campaigning and he discusses the positive case for the union. Izzy Atkinson is a professional footballer who currently plays for Celtic in the Scottish Women's Premier League, having signed from Shelbourne in her home country of Ireland in February 2021.
Izzy speaks to Jason about her football above all else upbringing, making her debut for Shelbourne aged 16, the honour of playing for her country as well as her deadline day transfer to Celtic in the middle of the pandemic. Izzy reflects on life at Celtic thus far as well as how she is settling into Glasgow having left home for the first time. Izzy and Jason speak about the new TV contracts and the general positive trajectory of the women's game.

Regian Eersel is a Surinamese-Dutch kickboxer who has been the ONE lightweight champion since 2019.
Regian chats about his early life, route into kickboxing, winning titles with other organisations before joining ONE as well as his four fights to date in the ONE Championship. During World War 2, the German bombing campaign commonly known as the Blitz was conducted against the United Kingdom. Carlton Vale, a street in the City of Westminster in London was bombed heavily during the Blitz and only one building on the street survived. That building was the Carlton Tavern.
Fast forward 70 years into modern day London. Property prices have soared and the sustainability of pubs has been declining sharply. The Carlton Tavern’s building owners CLTX decided to sell the property to a developer who were planning to turn the institution into a block of flats. However, the necessary planning permission was never obtained. In April 2015, the developer decided to call in the demolition team regardless and the Carlton Tavern was partially pulled down.
Rob Cope was a part is the Rebuild the Carlton Tavern campaign group who quickly mobilised to protest the decision of the developer to pull down the building, the group eventually won a landmark judgement ordering the Tavern to be rebuilt brick-by-brick. Rob joins Jason on today’s episode to discuss in detail the chain of events that led up to and followed on from April 2015 which will culminate in the pub being reopened next week after 6 long years.
